Great small family business to work with! Researches all pricing so fair and competitive! Clean-out services TOP NOTCH!!!!! Cash for Gold and diamonds unbelievable!!!! were able to close out my parents estate primarily with Marc Samuel and the Warminster cash exchange team.

BEWARE. Awful. Bought an eBay item and they didn't even bother to put packing material in the box, just threw the item in an empty box and sent it.., which destroyed it. Only response was "that's what insurance is for, it's your responsibility as a buyer to make a claim." Carrier refused the claim since no packing material was used. Refused any kind of service whatsoever until eBay got involved and forced them. Then, reported my negative feedback as "feedback extortion." Incredibly rude and unprofessional (just look at some of their responses to these reviews!)

I have been to this facility a few times over the last couple of years. It seems they move a lot of product and can sometimes be cluttered with incoming goods. I found it best to not go in too close to the end of their day, when the product outside is moved in for over-night storage. The staff is friendly and professional, but based on a couple incidents I have seen, they aren't afraid to tell rude and ignorant people to leave. I have always felt I was offered a fair price for the products I brought in to them. I understand the principal of the business they are operating and many of the overhead costs involved, such as utilities, storage, wages and transaction fees. Just because I might be able to sell something myself for $20, does not mean I am entitled to that $20 and they get nothing for their time. The Warminster Cash Exchange is in business for profit, not charity. They research the current going prices for product and offer a fair price.

The place was a mess when I went inside. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. Not clean - like what you see in the picture. Brought items to sell. Sure they looked at it - but offered the lowest prices possible. Not saying that my items were worth thousands or hundreds but you would think that I would be offered more. One item I brought in I'm sure I could get $15-20 for it but they want to offer me like 60 cents. Really?... I declined their offers because I know I would get a lot more if I sell on eBay or somewhere else.

Absoulety terrible attitude and customer service. I can understand if you don’t want something and I’m more than willing to understand and walk away nicely but to get treated so rudely is crossing the line in customer service. It’s rude. I will never come back here because of the way I’ve been treated, not once but multiple times. I have given them the benefit of the doubt in the past but I have had enough. The door doesn’t even shut properly to your shop and to be told rudely on top of the rude customer service to “shut my door” is terrible. I work in the customer service industry and would never be like that esp about the door if that was my own company’s fault, I would have gotten up and closed it myself. Out of the five people in there, you think one of them would have the kindness to not be so obnixously rude to their customer.

Marc and his team took great care to make sure I felt comfortable about leaving a beloved piece of family jewelry to be fixed. Marc did exactly as promised. The ring was delivered looking brand new, the prongs are solid and I can wear the ring again with confidence that the stone is secure. Thank you for your attention to detail and excellent customer service!

They are total trash and can't accept negative feedback when they lie to you about a product. Like on their eBay account, leave a negative feedback when they are clearly in the wrong and they will say you are doing "feedback extortion" and get YOU in trouble while they walk away with your money and laughing at you. Do NOT do business with these people!

The Warminster Cash Exchange is one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. The gentleman who helped us was fair and I felt he was honest about everything. He gave us advice so we could get our money's worth. We will definitely come back again! Thanks guys!

Marc is an extremely fair guy and also a long time friend he is also in business to make money just like the rest of the people who get up everyday and put the effort in to make a living. 5 🌟 place highly recommend!

Gold prices were more then fair! Great group of people to do business with! If you are selling Gift Cards, Diamonds or Gold make sure to stop in and talk to Marc before you sell to anyone else!!!
