Impeccable Credit Services is nothing short of being Impeccable! They did more for me and my credit than I️ could imagine. Vanessa was detailed and professional throughout the entire process and was available 24/7 with any questions or concerns. Her expertise helped me finance a new truck for work and even equipment and a new house! With a higher credit score I️ also was able to get lower rates on insurance too!

I have used credit repair services in the past, they absolutely do work as long as you follow the plan. This service/firm unfortunately over promises and under delivers. We paid in-full for the top service and then several months go by with zero contact from Impeccable Credit, We did reach out a few times to get clarification but it was a total bother to them. The rebuttal will be that we did not follow the plan that they created, absolutely not true. This review is not about the money we spent with this group, it's the time lost and that is much more valuable. There are much better services available, and I would recommend you do a bit of research because we all know credit is important. We all get into jams and there are firms that can help, just not recommending this one.

The team at impeccable credit services is awesome! They help guide you along the way and make ever step feel so easy, Vanessa Perry is very smart and good at what she does. Everyone there is very friendly and they are always there to answer any questions you have. So glade I found them!!!

Do not use this service!! I signed on for the service and paid $600 with the option of pulling out after a few days, but it took a week before they sent me the "plan" which is a boiler- plate word document list of credit cards to go get. I asked for a refund when I realized, even a "good faith" refund and was willing to split, etc but the owner refused because of the 3- day rule, again, when she had not sent me anything in 7 days.. I understand the plan, but was also interested in what they were doing on their end (disputes, etc) but she had no updates other than "we are working on it." She does not provide any updates at all and is pretty rude and short on the phone. In one month she has reached out to me zero times to discuss items on my report, strategy, etc. For half the price you can get a credit repair service that does a lot more. Or just flush your money down the toilet.

We first used this company a good 10 plus years ago. Due to our own mistakes we have used them more than once. I couldn’t be happier with the attentiveness, support and guidance they provide. They got our scores up to over 740 which allowed us to buy our dream farm. They helped our dreams come true. Such a blessing.

Impeccable Credit Services and its owner Vanessa Perry are extremely unprofessional and will not deliver the results they promise. Credit repair letters Ms. Perry stated she would send were never received by any of the credit bureaus even after paying the $1000 up front cost she requested. After 45 days without action or a response from her or the company, I made a report with the BBB. Her response was threatening and dismissive suggesting her company would pursue legal action for contacting the BBB. As a member of the military, I always trust that my time and money is put int he right hands, but that is not the case with this company. I highly suggest you look elsewhere when it comes to repairing your credit. Impeccable Credit Services and Ms. Perry will take your money and show ZERO results.

Vanessa and her team have, on two separate occasions gone above and beyond to inform me on specifics as it relates to home loans. All of this while I currently do not have any type of services I’m paying for with them. I’ll recommend them to anyone I ever speak with. I appreciate the candid and straightforward information—especially when it’s something you cannot just google to learn yourself!
