Peter was wonderful throughout the entirety of my wife and I’s first home buying experience. We originally contacted him knowing we weren’t going to purchase for a little bit until we finished our wedding but he was more than happy to field any questions and discuss the process with us. As things typically work, the week we got back from our honeymoon, we found a house we loved and had to immediately expedite the process of pre-approval to get to contract. Pro-tip (as Peter will suggest) do the pre-approval process early to get it out of the way so it’s not another hurdle when you find your house. However, even though we were in a time crunch, Peter stayed on top of everything and we ended up getting into contract, much thanks to Peter and team. He also stayed in close contact with our realtor to ensure things would go smoothly. He was always available for questions (which I have a lot of questions by nature but he didn’t mind) and thoroughly walked us through all the documents and made the first time home buying experience feel less daunting.
