This was my eighth experience financing a home, but my first with Cherry Creek Mortgage and the Jason Higham Team. By far the best process and experience I've ever had buying a home. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and did their jobs with grace and efficiency. Jason was there every step of the way making sure I was up to speed and didn't have any questions. During the stressful process of shopping for a new house, moving, packing, and planning, the lending process was the easiest of all of it and a bit of a relief thanks to this team. The thought of buying our first home was super scary. My understanding of mortgage loans was very basic but I needed to apply for a loan/find a house/fully move in less than 45 days.
