Being a first home buyer, the Imagination Finance team walked me through the process step by step. Justin and his team at imagination financial (Chandler and Alicia) went so far beyond the scope of what we expect of a mortgage financial team. Not only did he get us the loan with better rates, he worked quicky and was a pleasure to work with, keeping us informed along the way and explaining the process in detail so we could easily get him what he needed- as we understood what was happening.
