Hi Charles we remember you. Stereotype has nothing to do with the fact that you did not at all "Qualify for Financing" for a vehicle with us. One of our qualifications is you have to be able to show two forms of proof of residence in which you had nothing no bills, no credit card bills, no lease, no tax forms, absolutely nothing. We tried our best to see if you could come up something and you were not able to. As a courtesy we opened the car , started the car , you were inside the car, under the hood , in the trunk, etc we just don't allow customers who do Not Qualify for financing to test drive vehicles that are Not Approved for Financing with us. If you did not qualify lets say for a Brand New Vehicle or Pre-Owned Vehicle at a Franchise Dealer or Large Retail Lot I don't think any dealer would let you test drive cars after you failed to qualify for financing anywhere. So the difference Charles is you don't Qualify here and we are very Sorry. If your situation changes and you are able to establish verifiable proof of residence Lease, Utility Bills, Bank Statement, Tax Forms come back and See us. And for any other customer reading this review If you don't have any form of proof of residence to show where you are currently living we can not finance you nor allow customers to test drive vehicles that have been turned down for financing. Hi Demond we do not offer such a policy of $2000 dwn any car on the lot. Nor do we advertise such a policy. We would be out of cars if we did so. On our website it clearly states: You tell us what you wanna put down, we tell you what you qualify for, Its that simple! Fill out the application online and in the comment section let us know which vehicles you like, and we'll get back to quickly.... We are willing to work with any of our customers . We carry a wide range of vehicles from Chevy, BMW, Mercedes, Dodge so down payments can vary per vehicle so if you picked a BMW or Mercedes and Offered 2k dwn it most likely would not work. Also Demond we are willing to work with you if you do our application online or in person its not credit based but it helps us determine how stable you are and what you qualify for. You chose not to do a Application and thought every car was 2k down so I can see why we tried to help you out by pointing you to one of our Dealer Neighbors that might be able to help you better. Our system works. If you take the time to do the application and pre qualify us we will go the xtra mile to work with you and try to get you into the vehicle you choose even in your case where you were short on the dwn payment we offer layaway and deffered payment options. We have no record of any such event occurring you must have us confused with another dealership. Tee 2020 Be Honest instead of telling half the story and playing a poor innocent victim. Ok the truth.. You purchased a vehicle here years ago, there were not hidden problems because you have been here many times making payments with no service issues, and congrats to you for paying off the vehicle. The vehicle you chose at the time seems like it was a Vehicle with a rebuilt title which by law we disclose to you before you purchase, and we have you to sign and initial that you are aware that the vehicle you chose out of all the vehicles we have is a Rebuilt Title when we carry a majority of Clean Title Vehicles but the price and down payments and prices are higher on those vehicles it just makes sense. The truth Tee2020 is that the Rebuilt Title Vehicles we sold in the past were sold very cheap, low miles, Super low down payments and great condition. You took advantage of the discount price and down instaed of paying more and going with a clean title vehicle that's the truth and that's perfectly fine. We use to sell a lot of rebuilt years ago and have changed over to clean Title vehicles for over 4 years now. Any customer on our website can request a Carfax / Autocheck etc online to see any of our vehicles history before they come to the dealership. You got into it with front staff when you realized when they showed you in writing copies of your contract that you were aware at the time of purchase that the vehicle you purchased had a rebuilt title. Like we stated before on the disclosures you have to sign and initial if the vehicle has a rebuilt title. Maybe you don't like being wrong who knows , but the Truth Tee 2020 we did everything right and disclosed everything correctly by law. And all our vehicles come with warranty.
