She provided great customer service and an affordable plan for me all while making sure I understood what I needed to do to get my finances in order! I loved the fact that she was so patient and took time to understand what I needed. The representative I spoke to, Dave, was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain all my options and seemed to sincerely care. He was very professional and took all the time needed to help me out. At no time did he come across as wanting anything other than what was best for me. LOVE this nonprofit and the incredibly helpful services that give what is left of the “middle class” (and others not so middle) hope... with debt management plans that really work because ACCC has such a good reputation plus useful relationships with credit card companies to secure a Win-Win-Win arrangement for all parties. My rep, Matt, took me through the very detailed phone interview with grace, efficiency and clarity. Amazing to find someone who knows the job and does it so well with such a supportive attitude. I have used this program twice and both times I have been extremely pleased with it , as well as with the employees that I had a chance to ask any question during the whole length I had to keep the program. The program itself works beautifully and “ WE” the customers have to do our part.!!! THANKS ACCS!!!!

My husband lost his job and we were in a precarious financial situation. I found ACCC online and gave them a call. This place is amazing! They actually do what they say they will. Have paid off 20k+ in the time promised. My credit score is in the 700’s now and it feels fantastic.

I’ve never contacted a Consumer Credit Council company before, but the name alone was intimidating! It can be nerve racking trying to prepare yourself for the potentially difficult impending conversation about your finances (or lack there of) with a total stranger. However, Molly made the conversation effortless and quite pleasant in fact. I appreciated her knowledge, understanding and attention to detail as well as her ability to connect with me as a human. I felt safe giving her the information she required and never felt judged or pressured. Thank you molly for making my first American Consumer Credit Counseling session a pleasant one!

This counseling session was excellent! It exceeded by expectations. Sawyer was professional and courteous. He guided me through identifying by debts and income . I was given a budget . I needed information on home equity loans, the advantages and disadvantages. He covered it all . I was able to make a decision that was best for me . I am thankful for my sister who referred me . So far everyone I have worked with here is very professional and understanding of my situation. I am new so I will update my review later in the program but they are a great company, not trying to screw people over like other companies are, and actually care about getting you back on track towards a better wallet! Definitely recommend and will be recommending this company to my family who need it.

My consultant Tom did an amazing job from start to finish, from the first phone call explaining the program, explaining what my options were, providing encouragement, and assisting with my personal program setup.
