The customer service is poor. I’ve been going here for years and never got treated with disrespect until today. Wish I can I can say something better about the ladies and wish they can treat people with basic respect. Very disappointed and how they treated me. Just be nice ladies no need to be rude.

Terrible service , was so hard just to buy city sticker from there and they may you wait forever to get you papers back and then come to say system down come later. To get you money back in money order like really

I'm never coming to this place again! The service just keeps getting worse. Just tried to pay my bills around 7:40 pm and the doors were locked before their closing time (8 pm). 10 minutes (7:50 pm) later I got in and asked if I can pay my bills and the young lady said "No cause I need 2 minutes to close." I told her it's not even 8 o'clock yet but she refused to tend to me. I'm done with this place.

I have a grace period of 15/30 day to get a Chicago window sticker. They wanted to charge me a late fee. I went home and did it online and I avoided the unnecessary late free that they wanted to charge me. They are incompetent and they should be more knowledgeable about their job duties so that they can be fair and not over charge hard working people.

The experience was pleasant. Workers treated me as if I were a friend and not a customer. Very rare feeling at other currency exchange's.... defenetly coming back here for all my currency needs.
