Not very professional. Making jokes that weren’t funny. Pronouncing my jobs name and mocking it’s pronunciation and my last name, like it was strange. Was there for 3 hours. Not many questions. My documents weren’t even used. Just a simple estimate per week and it was multiplied. Very effortless for 180$. Would not recommend. I could probably do better on turbotax. Bertha made a mistake and at that point I was getting little to nothing back. Took an hour to solve and I got a refund I would get almost any other year. My gas mileage, car use for work had almost no impact. Where are these great reviews from?

Im currently in the process of rebuilding my credit that i messed up horribly by terrible decisions when i was younger. I reached out to Patty because i was recommended to her from a family member due to her being a massive help and doing a fantastic job. Bertha, her assistant responded to me and has been helping me, and i feel very confident about the process and my credit rebuilding journey. She said that my score has great potential when I truly thought that my credit was long gone and not salvageable. The people at Tree Life Financial Solutions intentionally registered my business name that I have been doing business as an assumed name to be spiteful. They tried to justify it because I also do credit repair and they're stating that I stole their platform even though I have been doing credit repair since 2018. Before they were even around. Not only one but two businesses as they also registered my venue name. Hopefully they will dissolve the LLC they created with my two business names as they stated they would. I can only imagine the intentions they had behind this. These are not the type of people that I would want to do business with.

Shady business registered someone else's business as their own. If they stoop that low then who knows what their work habits are like. Not someone I would want to do business with.

So satisfied with the service in this office. And especially thanks to Marilyn Alvarado she personally help me out and guide me the proper way to build credit. I recommend TreeLife Financial Solutions
