Tenisha has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was very welcoming and not only that she was there by herself and held it down completely!!!!! She made sure that everyone was taken care of in a timely fashion. Her personality is amazing. Please give her a raise ☺️

My experience here with this specific PLS was very very pleasant!! Brittany was very helpful and made sure she used whatever resources available to assist me. She explained everything to me and was even helpful with helping me get the necessary documents when I didn’t have them myself. The process was not as long as I expected it to be either. I would highly recommend coming to this location and asking for Brittany!!! She’s super nice!!

I have gotten a loan from another place I won’t name and the experience was nothing like the few I have had here!! They are with out a doubt amazing! Ashley and Lilly were so friendly and professional and even made my kids laugh and smile! It was quick painless process!!! They are amazing I would reccomend this place 18261716 times! Huge shoutout to Tanesha and Marisol for helping me out. This was my second loan store I visited for assistance. I called a day ahead of time and Tanesha was so understanding and professional. The very next day I came to the store and spoke to her and surprisingly she remembered the entire conversation. I was literally in and out and they even held nice conversation during my experience. I will definitely be coming back and referring my friends, family and coworkers!!!

The service here is quick and easy and the staff is always polite. I'm always able to get in and out with no problem. They also have a computer in their lobby to print out your information, which saves a trip to the bank. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of some quick cash. Ask for Lily she really goes the extra mile.

Went into PLS (4838 S. Cicero) and was greeted by the Assistant Manager, Brittany. She was honestly, a great listener and very courteous person. She treated me with respect from the time I entered, until I left. I really appreciate that in a professional bcus you don't get to see that type of professionalism in many nowadays, regardless of job title. She also did everything in her power to assist me in obtaining a loan there. While I waited on the approval, we had a friendly conversation and some laughs, then she got back to work. After a few, she came back with GREAT news and EXPLAINED everything to me, twice to make sure I understood, and asked if I had ANY questions a number of times. She presented me with TOP NOTCH service, whether I was approved or not, and I appreciated her. Thx Brittany.

Intended on going to lyons location but was closer to the Cicero and 48th street location, Ashley and Britney were the staff that was there, and they were very professional and polite, explained very thorough the different loans they offer. Loved the service at this location and I will recommend them for sure. Five stars without a doubt.

I’ve been a customer for now 7 years, ever since I’ve started doing business with them at the Waukegan, IL store. I currently am a customer at the 337 Franklin St location. The manager, Tenisha, and the assistant manager, Crystal, are the BEST!!! Their approach to the customers is always professional, respectful, warm, concern, and, relaxing! I love that location!
