Illinois Currency Exchange W 171st St, Tinley Park

The woman behind the counter around 7:00 on April 8th need to be fired, absolutely horrible waiting for service, completely unprofessional and flirting with customers. What a joke.

Went there and we can have to two weeks ago to get plates changed over for my sister. Had to have called about six times and spoke to a middle-aged man there. I believe when I went there he said his name was Steve but I could be completely off, haha. either way is someone who knew not at all how to navigate through any of this he was so incredibly helpful! every time I called he was polite and straight to the point gave me exact answers on what I needed and pricing. Absolute best experience I've had at a currency!!

I went there yesterday. The blonde hair woman had stated there was a fee for a money order. I thought I would pay the fee with cash and then use my debit card. I was confused. So I gave the blonde woman my $2 and when I was done paying the fee with my debit card instead and finished receiving my money order, the blonde women then decided to take my $2 and pocket it right in front of me. The women working there are a joke.

Was very fast and the man at the counter was very nice and helpful. Definitely worth the drive!

The owner goes over and beyond to help his customers here!

I called, no answer, looked online for info found nothing… so i showed up with my payroll check and they wouldn’t cash it because it was signed! I had my state issued ID/drivers license, My government issued passport, my social security cards always in my wallet, AND my FOID card… not to mention plenty of other documents with my name on them. Suoer frustrating as this is my only weekend j have off to do christmas shopping for my daughter .. very upset. The lady was not mean or anything but with all of that information on me i don’t get why they couldn’t cash this for me

Have been recently going there to pick up money that was sent to me from my parents through western union and the manager questioned me about me frequently getting money and makes me feel like I am illegally getting money sent or something and whenever I come in he looks at me suspiciously and now even the blonde lady who was always friendly started questioning me asking me if I know the person sending me money! Like really it’s always the same person MY MOM who moved out of state and it’s not like it’s thousands at a time or something idk I stopped going there because of it!

The guy here knows vehicle transfers inside and out. The only place I'd go for title/ plates/ stickers. Super efficient and knowledgeable.

I stopped in to pay my electric bill as it was due the following day. It costs $2 to go out of your way to pay an electric bill, and - get this - they don't take checks. Really??!

They close the door at 7 pm not 8 they don't receive customer from 7 to 8
