I love this company. I have had a loan with them for 3 years for my daughter's martial arts and I'm about to start a new one for my son. They are so friendly and genuinely helpful. I love that when I call I get an answer and I'm never put on hold. The best part is after 3 years they know me. It's so nice when I talk to them to know they know me, they care, and they appreciate me as much as I appreciate them. They are helping me fix my credit and that is such a big thing for me as a single mom. I could not say enough wonderful things about them. Seriously best loan company out there.

Whenever I have to call there and talk to someone I love talking to Tracy. She understands that sometimes... life happens. And she is willing to go above and beyond!!! Tracy has been by far the most help I have ever received from anywhere! But Performance Equity Partners has helped me purchase a home and has been able to work with me. Especially when everything was so chaotic during the pandemic.

I also use them for my job as a lender and Lauren Mandalke makes the whole process very easy and she is always a very friendly voice to answer any questions that I have. We worked directly with Lauren and it was an amazing experience, she was fast and kept in constant communication. I liked the fact that she was honest and was up front about the fact that her rates were going to be a little higher than the other companies but I am a firm believer in "you get what u pay for" and with PEP we got everything we paid for and then some!
