I came as a First time customer to cash a check, in which they did. The lady used my Drivers License and Social Security number to verify myself and stated I would be in the currency system for cashing future checks. My next check I took it to their currency exchange and this currency stated after Five days the check hadn’t cleared. So NO currency exchange would cash the check for this currency exchange reference for over a week. I don’t know if they wanted the check cashing fees and that’s why they wouldn’t verify the check. Currency Exchanges already charge extreme fees and for your inconvenience they will give NEW customers the run around. Open a bank account, if not put it on a money 💴 card as currency exchanges are making themselves extent. Money is short for Many Americans 🇺🇸

I went in trying to get a western Union and the computer didn't work and the only way I can get it done is in the currency exchange for what I needed to do

Rude employees ..i cant pick money up here but goes up the street nd they do it for me..tell me this one got miserable people

I went in and ask the skinny guy with the glasses would they charge me for paying my bill off of my card or should i use cash?? Now my words were will they take money off my card for swiping it to pay my bill?? he said no.....he loads the money on my card and now he tells me there will be a 3.50 charge to pay ur light bill. How?? sir when u just told me that it wouldnt charge....he said i was cutting him off and didnt let him finish. Its a yes or no if they charge to use it. I already know its a charge to load and pay bill. Point is he was in the wrong and did nothing to make me feel better about the misunderstanding. You guys need to find a new worker. This was not the first problem i have had with him and his smart reactions and I have been coming to the currency exchange since i had my first job and now he has turned me completely off from coming here.......hope something changes such as his attitude because thats not great customer service.....i know because im a sever at a hotel.

Horrible customer service curse you out when you ask a question rude I have attitude at everybody
