Horrible customer service. I pull up to the window to get quarters and the lady tells me to go around get in the other lanes and place the quarter order than drive back around to the window to get them. Dumbest thing I ever had to do just to get quarters. Never have I had to do it that way before. I come every 2 weeks to get quarters. Never has this happened to me. The guy was about to help me than the big lady doesn't let him. Seriously over something stupid like this I feel like switching banks.

Never had a middle of the road experience with ideal credit union in 35+ years. Always the best experience in all my ups and downs of life. High recommend to everyone in TC to join.

I tried to open an account today to have a normal direct deposit since that’s what normal people do right? Well apparently since I had an issue with fraud at a different bank I was unable to open an account. Not only was I not helped, but it is almost like I was a problem for being there in the first place. Don’t waste your time coming here if you’ve had issues in the past with banks, there are better ones that won’t throw you to the side like this one apparently does.

Erica M with customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT. Do yourself a favor and do business ELSEWHERE!! UPDATE!! Erica M is also a LIAR! Spoke with supervisor and was told she offered me several solutions and in fact she offered me NONE!

Ideal stole $1,550 from me over a disputed transaction on a separate account. Told me I'm SOL. After 20 years of loyalty.

My parents have been members and helped get me started with my very first checking and savings account at Postal Credit Union, now Ideal Credit Union. I’ve been a member for about 34 years now, since I was a teenager, and now all my children are members as well. We are all continuing on with the family banking tradition! It’s a great bank and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The people are knowledgeable and cool. You can tell people enjoy their jobs. Never had a problem with my account or any mishaps. Not giving the last star because their hours suck and they have no phone support.

I have been a member of the Ideal (Postal) Credit Union since approximately 1997, with both checking and savings accounts. I have mortgaged my last two homes through them and taken out several auto and personal loans. The service has always been exceptional with great service by all the individuals that I have had the pleasure of working with on all these transactions. I can honestly say that I could not be happier being a customer of the Ideal Credit Union, Eagan Branch, and look forward to many more years of top quality service by a great credit union. The ATM here offers $5 bills! There is a $3 atm fee for customers not in their network. But awesome to get $5 out quick if needed. ($3 fee is not an issue because my bank (USAA) credits all ATM fees charged by other banks/ATMs at the end of the month anyways!)
