Our experience with Brett and Insurance Brokers has been nothing but amazing. Makes me question why we did not reach out sooner to an insurance broker. I had a question after hours for Brett, so I decided to call and leave a message. No more then 20 minutes later Brett called me back, after hour, to answer my question. After hearing my question Brett did more research and got back to me with a full answer that same night.

I have worked with Brett on several insurance policies and he is responsive and easy to work with. Brett is always willing to walk through policies and make sure I understand - I ask a lot of questions and he’s very patient with me! Thankful to have a great insurance broker on my side! Update! Brett has always been great to work with, but he recently went above and beyond. I was dealing with an extremely unresponsive adjuster on a claim, and Brett went to bat for me to ensure my insurance carrier wasn't leaving me behind. He was constantly advocating for me and doing everything he could to wrap up my claim. Definitely glad I had him in my corner! Thanks Brett!

Bruce has been reliable and honest. He offered a policy for our house and cars from Acuity that was much less expensive than other major brands. He reviewed the policy when we asked and received competitive quotes. Upon his advice, we kept with Acuity. They were easy to work with after last summer's hail storm and were very fair with their adjustments for both our home and car. Bruce is professional and we are pleased with his service.

We have always had a good experience working with Bruce and Brett. They are communicative and find solutions. We have never felt pressured to take any coverage that might be unnecessary. Recently, we had a bad experience with a glass provider recommended to us. Brett dug in and got to the bottom of the claim issue, got us quickly switched over to a great glass company (City Glass - South St Paul), and it was all taken care of really quickly.
