Pawn America Robert St, West St Paul

Location - Very easy to find over in West St Paul right off Robert, big parking lot, was a nice surprise to find reserved customer parking right in front of Pawn Americas doors, making for a 10 foot walk inside. Store - (I did not take pics to respect customers inside, will try to grab some next time) Surprisingly huge inside, the store uses what I think is 2-3 suits inside the strip mall, and was a very clean and safe feeling environment to my surprise as other pawn shops can get a bit seedy. Staff - Only worked directly with Jason but he was very awesome, pleasant to speak with and gave me more $ than I said I was looking to get for my PS4, took maybe 15-20 minutes from in the door to money in hand. Overall - Easy location to find and get to, staff was friendly and helpful, great place to go shopping for quality items at a discount or get some extra cash for unused electronics, highly recommend to visit!

Super great experience with this team!! I was greeted upon entrance and noted how clean and organized the store was!! I went in to but a snow blower off-season... I was looking for a good deal on one cuz that's how I roll. I worked with Jason. He was super knowledgeable and helped me to determine the best bang for my buck! Overall great experience!! I'll definitely be back!

Came into pawn America to sell car audio and James was very helpful and efficient.. wasn't expecting to get that much for my old system but was grateful he helped in my time of need. I wouldn't pawn or go anywhere else.

Brought my games in to pawn i needed a loan they gave me 130 dollar losn on overv1thousand dollars worth of games .i pay back my loan to get my games back and theres more than 5 games missing from what i paened im not happy art all going to be talking to them in the am.

This store is amazing donate and justice are so awesome they helped me with everything I needed and they. Met all my needs. They are great and sure to help u with whatever u need. This is the only pawn America I’m comin to from now on

Roy who works at the West St. Paul location of Pawn America is incredible. He's knowledgeable, helpful and an asset to your company. He was extremely patient with this elderly customer. He deserves a standing ovation or some kind of appropriate recognition for his amazing ability to do his job and be kind to the people who he serves at the same time. Largely because of him I will be purchasing from Pawn America again.

Michelle is my Alias name.. Please whoever is the HR or higher department, please contact me. I've been going in every once a week. To my knowledge the employees change the dates on the items every week yet month. I have photos of the same item same spot with newer tags. Employees changing tags for the same price but different date. They are supposed to mark down the price when it's been there for a long period of time. Their excuse to items when I ask for a small discount even though I know it's an very old item, is "The Item just got here". To my knowledge I've seen you guys change date tags right in front of my eyes. I've seen a certain item there since November yet now it says January or February?? Kmon please be more loyal to those who help support you. I've yet to see this happen at other pawn Americas but this one clearly does it right in front of your face. The employees there are great people though. Everytime I walk in it's always a happy place but practicing shady business is a no no. Thank you and I hope you guys change your ways.
