Was with Hayden when this incident happened, I also saw him ride the bike not once did the bike get dropped, I mentioned the scratches before hand and the dude confirmed they were there before the ride and yet he accused him of dropping it and couldn’t give valid proof that the bike wasn’t scratched before hand. I’m not gonna say it’s a horrible business but I will say trust and dignity is something this place struggles with buy at your own risk, I’d also like to add that the photos he showed us was when the bike still had temp plates on meaning that’s probably when the bike was bought new with no drops and if I state back he said the bike was dropped once so again tried to lie to us to get a sale yikes

Went in for a transfer. Nice people working there. Plus Johnny from cobra Kai may or may not have been there that day. In all seriousness, in my experience a pawn shop is either sleezy or it’s sleezy. This place is actually really clean, with food inventory and nice people.

I came in to look at their gun selection today and was pleased to deal with Matt. It was refreshing to talk to someone that actually had knowledge of the firearms he is selling. I'll definitely be back to this store.

Great customer service! Pawn shops are not typically known for their customer service, but this one should be! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. They were tending to other customers but assured me they would be right with me, and they were. I went and purchased exactly what I saw online and at a great deal. They have luxury brand items and good prices. Recommend!

Been in here a couple of time and everyone who works here is very nice and friendly. I normaly go in to cool at there gun and silver. They always have very competitive silver price. I've been to most of the pawn Shops in the Nampa area and they have the best prices in silver I could fine. I also like there group text to let you know know when they silver in. Since they have such good prices they normal sell out pretty fast. All in all I've always been pretty happy with my visits and would recommend this store to any of my friends and family

I came into the store looking for a stereo receiver and didn’t see one. I began looking around since I was here and saw a floor jack. I have been looking for one of those as well. Robbie was helpful and willing to negotiate a bit. I didn’t walk out with a receiver but I now own a floor jack. It was a nice experience.
