Had some decent prices for some video game stuff I was interested in. They were definitely short-staffed, but were still able to help me out with what I needed, and were able to knock a few bucks off of an item. I didn't get any names, but the two workers who were present when I was there deserved lunch bought for them by their co workers.

Been in here a few times and have always gotten great service from Celsea. She is friendly and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. She has great customer service. If you go in ask for Celsea and you won't go wrong. Celsea ROCKS!!!

Came in to check out hand guns. Not one person came to check in on me or anything. One of the employees were goofing on a call maybe with a friend. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

I never had the pleasure of visiting the shop but I was able to coordinate a purchase via telephone with Vista Pawn. I put an item of layaway and called several times to make payments and coordinate a friend picking up my Raphael statue. Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful and didn't act like my situation was a burden. Thank you for helping complete my set.
