These guys are great! As a younger person I didn't understand much of the often complicated and confusing process of loans and whatnot. The ladies that work at the Nampa office have always been so friendly and willing to answer my questions. Have financed two cars with this company. I would highly recommend to any new car buyers!

I have a HELOC, my vehicle loan, and accounts here. I am very happy with the service I receive. Everyone is always smiling and says hello when you walk in. There are always promotions going to benefit us, the members. I really enjoy walking in and getting the personal service.

Great Service and very friendly and knowledgeable. The branch manager helped me set up savings accounts for our Grandchildren. Was able to do it through email, during Covid lockdowns.

My aunt Patricia stamler has an account there and she passed away on July 3rd and I am her next of kin and I am trying to pay her bills but the people I have talked to won’t just accept a death certificate and I don’t have the money to see attorney just to be executor of state just to pay her bills do something needs to change with this bank or I will bring in all her bills them and the can pay her bills .
