I made a mistake and fixed it as soon as possible. I didn't check if a person had transferred money for a mechanic job i did. made a total of 16.00 of purchases got 3 overdrafts. explained the situation to the kuna id branch. and basically acussed of being habitual and a lair. now I banked with chase for 5 years without issues. so I'm not liying or habitual. I very upset and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Over the last year I have always had a great experience with the bank tellers and a horrible Experience with the bankers in the cubicles. The tellers are always very friendly and eager to help you. The bankers have been too busy to help me or understand what I needing. They don't seem to care if they have my business or not Natalia reached out to me after my last experience. She apologized and explained what was going on. She made an appointment so I could get my business taken care of. She was very caring and willing to go out of her way. When I came for my appointment I experienced the usual confusion and lack of understanding in the cubicle. The gentleman helping me did get the matter i was there for taken care of. Unfortunately it took some time to try and figure out what was needed. If there would have been notes on the account the confusion would have been eliminated. All of my business there is for an HOA and it seems like it's very confusing for the bank.

I liked everything about this bank, until they made changes to way you access the mobile app. After receiving a phone call from the bank and explaining why and what happened to the app, I am revising my review. Communication is key to my business and I appreciate Katy for letting me know it was all getting corrected.

Opened a personal checking/savings, small business checking/savings and auto loan with this branch in June 2018. They are professional, efficient and pay attention to details. I am very impressed with service I have received and highly recommend the Kuna ICCU.

Pro: Friendly folks (mostly) Con: Nickel and dimed on every last thing, not what I'm used to for CUs, frankly; if you ONLY get 6 transfers/month you should not have to also pay for checks -- good grief.

Usually average. Just left on what is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at any ICCU branch. Waited several minutes in the lobby. Only one customer inside the entire bank and 5 employees. Not one person could be bothered to greet me. Nobody ever offered assistance. Really disappointed. Customer service used to mean something to ICCU. I left and will go to Mtn. West to get the check cashed. That was all I needed. Bummer ICCU.

I stopped inside the bank there to enquire about Bitcoin and foreign currency and the teller there was very helpful.

Baylee was very knowledgeable and is the definition of what excellent customer service is all about. I was there on Saturday afternoon and I got my banking needs taken care efficiently and promptly. I am glad to see a branch of ICCU closer to where I live.

Always personable and helpful. I switched from US bank and I will never look back. They made the whole process to switch so easy and every time I need them, they’re there on the phone or at the branch to help me with anything and everything!

Iccu was really good because I had a representative help me and she was really nice her name was Hannah I really recemend this place
