Jerry is exceptional! He helped us when we bought the house the 1st time and has kept in touch via monthly recipe cards over the last 14 years. So, naturally I went back to him when we wanted to refinance. He was so helpful and prompt! Even with all the activity I'm sure he's having during this housing boom in the valley, he always responded quickly, answered all of my questions (and there were many), and took care of every necessary issue. I never felt like I was left out of the loop or would be an inconvenience if I had more questions.

Sarah Toppi helped me refinace my house. She recommended the best options for me to be able to refinance my house. Sarah definitely found the best interest rates and was able to make my mortgage be much lower than it was. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to math and numbers and how that applies to refinancing, quotes, percentages, insurance etc. She has also taught me how to go about many financial situations, something I never learned growing up. Seriously though, if you want someone that knows what they are doing and genuinely cares about you and wants you to be financially happy then Sarah Toppi is the person to go to!

I had many questions to ask in the beginning of our journey. From the first phone call I had with Kerri, I knew right away that she was someone we could trust throughout this process. Unlike everywhere else, she took the time to answer all of my questions and I felt like I understood exactly what was going on.
