I recently refinanced my home with the help of Eric! From start to finish, Eric was extremely professional, responsive, and very helpful. This was my first time stepping through a home refinance and Eric made it very easy. He really listened to my needs, was honest about crunching the numbers with me, and helped me talk through what I was looking for and the best option to fit what I was looking for in a refinance situation. We spent about a month going back and forth, talking regularly about purchasing a new construction in Boise. Every step along the way, Eric was extremely informative, helpful, and responsive. You can tell that he's very passionate about taking care of his clients and making sure they understand as much as possible about the major purchase they're getting into. Unfortunately, at the end of the day we were unable to sign with Eric due to finding better rates elsewhere. That being said I would without a doubt go to Eric first for our next home purchase and would highly recommend his services to anyone interested in buying a refinancing house.
