Dona Jeka, her team are the epitome of a well-oiled mortgage machine. The whole team was instrumental with communications and on top of everything that needed to be accomplished from the start of the loan process until the end. My wife would receive calls with requests for specific documentation needed, document signing via eSign, or giving instruction on calling the specific third parties with tasks that needed to be accomplished as we moved forward in the process. In the instance of some communication not being understood well, we would be allowed to visit the Office and we would sit down and brainstorm the next steps. As an end result, our loan was approved and we were on our way. Dona’s team got the job done and we were approved. This is probably my 3rd time now working with Dona and her team. I have always felt very important to them and that I would have any and all help I asked for. Things went smoothly and there were no hiccups. I was updated probably and given time deadlines appropriately for dates that I wanted to meet. I also had personal medical issues that popped up out of nowhere that Dona made extra effort to make sure I was still comfortable and things went smoothly. I can't sing their praises enough.
