Jason is amazing to work with. My parents have been using him for years and now that they don't have all their capabilities he has transition nicely to working with myself and my parents together. He is very patient and understanding of the circumstances. He makes it possible to have you completely prepared before you ever walk into your first appointment. Jeremy was knowledgeable and very helpful, he filed an extension for us during my first call to them to set up an appointment, and Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was meticulous in his research, took the time to make sure he had a thorough understanding of our situation, and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. He was kind and had a lot of integrity as well. For instance he was very fair with the billing. Our problem was an unusual one that was unfamiliar to him, so he discounted the part of the time it took to bring himself up to speed on the topic. He also talked through the invoice with me himself instead of passing me off to a front office, which frankly felt a lot more respectful. We'll definitely be returning next year for his help and would highly recommend him.
