Huntington Private Bank Pelican Bay Blvd, Naples

I came to Florida from Michigan,and my card was locked so I drove to this branch from Fort.Myers,and I am so glad I did!Wendy Harris was amazing,and helped me with my banking issues,and was super kind.It was definetely worth the drive!Her customer service was amazing!Thank you Wendy😃

I called the Naples branch and explained an issue that I had regarding a lost savings bond and I needed a medallion guarantee stamp on paperwork to be submitted to the US Treasury. The young lady , named Wendy that answered the phone said that she was familiar with that and if I was free now to come in she would take care of it. I did exactly that and was greeted by Wendy, one of the most professional women that I ever met in a bank, and was invited into her office. She did not know me from Adam and treated me like family! I highly recommend this bank to anyone in the area, even the tourists from up north. Just wish that there were more Huntington branches in SW Florida.

They canceled my debit card cuz of a purchase that went wrong they told me they were gonna cancel my cqrd i said no cuz i made the purchase just didnt get the order so they went ahead and canceled my card and now im stranded in florida no money no card

Lobby is closed and recorded message is not helpful. No one idea when someone will be available or lobby will be open. Chose not to use online banking here. Will be closing my account and transferring to PNC

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever received. I only wish I could rate it less than a star.

I just moved here and was a Huntington customer up in Ohio and Michigan. I was relieved to find that, though I live in Ft. Myers, I can go to my familiar "hometown" bank. Some of the reviews aren't too kind regarding this branch but all I can say is, they have a tough standard to uphold if they want to be like up north. I am giving them a chance. My first experience with this branch was positive. There are other banking options for sure, but if this branch is even close to what I am used to, a big HALLELUJAH! It will be worth the drive to Naples from Ft. Myers! We'll see, as I know I don't have to drive that far for good banking experiences.

After reading the previous reviews of this bank I was a little skeptical about going in and opening an account. I decided to go anyway. When I walked in the woman that greeted me at the service desk looked at me with the "you don't belong here look". She asked if she could help me and I said that I would like to open a checking account. She walked over to one of the associates and asked her and proceeded to tell me that I can open one online. So I drove 16 miles back home, got online, and filled out the form only to find out you can only open one online in about five states; one of which is not Florida. Apparently because I didn't look like I had several million dollars to my name they couldn't be bothered with me. Avoid this bank at all costs!

If your a business account, I strongly urge you to find a different bank. Customer service is non existent.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Completely inept employees. I would never recommend them to anyone.
