Huntington Bank E 12 Mile Rd, Madison Heights

First of all I love huntington bank and been a personal and business acct holder for yrs. By far the rudest customer service, tone of voice, etc. I see how the low reviews are legit! First and last time at this branch!

I do understand the other staff doesn’t even deserve a star. They r horrible, rude and lots and lots of attitude. But if you see the Sandra Gadda, you won’t be disappointed. For whole staff it is actually 1 star. Need to improve guys and be gentle.

WORST bank in the history of banking!! Unprofessional, unhelpful and clueless. They REFUSE to answer the phones. You can call and call and they won't pick up. The lady inside said they are not allowed to answer the phones!! What?? TCF used to be the worst bank and it looks like they merged with an even worse bank!! Needless to say our business will be pulling all of our funds in January and moving to Chase across the street. If you are thinking of banking at Huntington, you are insane!! Don't even think about it!!!

Awful experience, needed reasoning why my account was closed without my permission or notification as I had a big deposit coming into my account. Was told to come in then literally brushed off. Awful customer service by the manager lady. 0/10

Literally at home with covid had my girlfriend take my wallet id and card to go pay a auto loan and do a cash advance even with me on the phone and my account pulled up they said they can't authorize the process but we'll take cash. 🙃 appreciate the help🖕

This is an update 12/28/2021. They moved 1000ft down the rd and now have all new reviews, their past don't appear to have happened. I've been true to this bank for more than 10 years and now calling it quits. Not just for my personal account but all my business accounts including the line of credit. When I really needed them, they let me down. They allowed fraudulent checks which were business print only checks to be hand written and cashed at several locations. After a long long struggle with Huntington, they did not cover the loss and left me hanging in the wind. It was an obscene battle at the bank, having to go from one location to another because of poor management (no management at some locations). Before I did the full shut down I needed help with our line of credit. I called the main phone number and it took forever to get a live person on the phone. Only to be told I had to call my local branch where the line of credit originated. I called several times during the week and could not get an answer. I thought maybe they closed the doors or something. Finally I drove the branch and waited in the lobby 25 minutes with no luck. I must be invisible. I put myself in line and waited nearly 30 minutes to find out I have to make an appointment. Not one today, nor the next, but 7 days later. This truly is not a place that deserves my business or anyones.

This place is HORRIBLE, the staff is so unpleasant, unprofessional, rude and slow. I use this location because it is near me. No matter what time I go there, it is always a line inside and outside. It is always only One or Two tellers working and they are all RUDE. If you DO NOT like working with public find a new job. Manager walking around pretending they are working, if there is 5,6,7,8,9, 10 customers waiting come out your office and help your staff. It's always a 20mins to 30min wait. No deposit slips in lobby no more, you have to ask for it at from the Teller and they look at you as if you just asked them for money out their register. They change all the TCF accounts numbers and the Tellers get an attitude because your using a deposit slips from your Check book and it still has TCF numbers. The Staff here is the HORRIBLE.

This is the worst bank I’ve been too. They are extremely unhelpful, rude, and lazy. On multiple occasions I’ve done in to have things done that take minutes and have been told “we don’t have enough time” or “you can do that online.” When in fact I can not do it online (photo attached). The older woman on the far left side NEEDS to be FIRED.

Oh gosh don’t ever deal with patti at this branch she’s very very bad customer service and rude to customers also she answers customers on behalf of the manager never recommend her to anyone ever
