Huntington Bank Michigan Ave, Dearborn

I have never met a more Professional and caring Individual then Samia Ahmad. I believe she is the Banks, branch representative. I called this Location after not being served properly and absolutely disrespected at the Oakman Location. Samia answered the phone call and was able to fit me the same day into her already busy schedule while the other Oakman Location did not want to assist me at all. Samia's demeanor was amazing, and she was extremely approachable and caring. Once again I really appreciate your help Samia, thank you so much!

We called to ask about our updated debit card this morning the girl that answered the phone was condescending and rude. My husband told her he was concerned that his new card hadn't arrived and she replied in a very snotty tone. " well its not due for three weeks... " she behaved like we were wasting her precious time. She didn't even ask for our name, just said have a nice day and hung up. So much for Huntingtons great customer service. We will be looking for a new bank.

Terrible customer service never follow through on what they say and full of technical issues

Very dissatisfied with this bank and don’t recommend doing business with them. I have a business account with them for many years and the teller refused to deposit a check. I’ve deposited the same exact checks into their bank numerous times without a problem and all of the sudden they said they can’t. On top of it all I was waiting 30 mins for a process that should’ve taken 5.

They closed my account after not letting me know anything and I was still getting updates on my account balance daily. I deposited 2700 into their bank ATM and they had no record of my transaction and if I wouldn't of kept the receipt I would of been out of 2700. Now my accounts closed and my 2700 is in the air until they figure it out after the whole weekend. I wouldn't recommend banking here EVER! PS my account was *closed* but it still accepted me depositing money into a closed account.

5 STARS ALL DAY FOR LEHLA... I spoke to a Lehla at a location in Michigan who was very helpfull assisting me making a bank transfer to buy an antique car from my friend out of state THANKS LEHLA.(.I hope I spelled ur name right?)

My uncle was a long time customer of TCF Bank and then they did the merge to Huntington Bank now they have no records of anything they are very rude and disrespectful and if there's a lawsuit going on over people having the same issues. I believe there needs to be a class action lawsuit against Huntington and TCF banking.

What the heck. One teller covering the drive thru and walk up customers. The other teller doing what? Surely not taking care of customers. You see customers standing in line why don't just help customers that are in the bank. Pretty unfriendly today.

I went to this Michigan Ave branch to get a copy of an old transaction, and they spoke to me as if I were an intruder; They told me I should've made an appointment to meet an employee, I swear, there was only one other customer in the branch other than me. They gave me an appointment for 5-day later. WOW!

Horrible experience they will steal your money!
