Great bank I’ve been dealing with for years. Always a positive experience. Hamid the manager has put together a great staff and who are always so helpful and accommodating. He leads his team by example and it definitely shows how passionate he is about his work.

I've had some bad expereinces with this bank, first they put the wrong account and routing number on a voided check, then I call multiple times and no one answers. After the 6th called someone finally answered but, I've been on hold now for over 20mins. I called back again and now no one is answering my call, but you can out me on hold for over 20mins!!!! I will be closing my account. Poor customer service

Michelle the bank manager, puts her employees before her customers. I came in to cash a check that was issued from 5th 3rd, because I needed proof of funds in order to settle a pending court case scheduled for the same day. The teller, was rude, she asked me if there was any reason why I couldn't cash my check at my own bank, along with a myriad of other questions. I asked for a copy of the check, and She commented to the teller next to her in a lower voice, watch my back while I am away from the counter, which the bank manager later denied happening after calling in. I know the comments that the teller made may have been innocent, but the fact that the bank manager felt the need to denie the whole interaction taking place, truly communicates the ill will. Conclusion: 5th 3rd bank mirrors the poor transactional customer service relationship of the worst banks. Transactional meaning, if you deposit 10 grand you get treated like 10 grand, if you dont have an account, your not treated with respect, even after charging a fee to cash the check. Hope this review helps, the overall feel of the bank was like a small time bank, with a complete indifference to generating new business.

They Lie Saadia Ahmad Khan, is a lier. Do not trust anything she say. Asked her multiple times if she will do a hard credit inquiry on my credit report, and she said no every single time. And now I have a hard credit inquiry on my account that they refuse to dispute.

Extremely rude staff!!!! The manager should clean the bathroom not managed.

Opened an essential checking account. I was charged $8.00 service charge. Called them and they said to avoid service charge you need to have a balance of at least 1500. I deposited money and had 1800. I got charged another $8 service charge. I called and they said you need to maintain an average of $1500 counting the initial month I opened account. Had they told me this before, would have saved me time and money. However, from the first day I opened my account they assigned me a bank agent that have called me couple of time to follow up on any questions/help I needed! Good bank

Great bank and great service, Hamid the manager has great customer service and always makes sure you’re taken care of. I definitely recommend this bank.

Staff is horrible! And manager don’t get me started with him! Don’t understand how someone so rude and ignorant can Be called a manager!! And unprofessional how a wife walks in and acts like she’s in charge of the branch all I wanted to do was open a money market and I didn’t I walked right out! Never will I go there or recommend 5/3 to anyone couldn’t believe that’s How a corporate office let’s a branch run. No promo and no one was at the desk and the guy so called manager in the back had his door closed and when I knocked on it to see if someone could help me he said he’s busy and ill hve to wait and then he proceeded to stay on his cell phone and computer not helping me! And about 4 other people waiting for assistant!

Very professional staff and extremely helpful. I see Hamid for all my business banking needs and he always goes above and beyond.

Worse bank ever ! Take you business to other people ! I was there for western union and they did a very very poor job. Will never go there !
