Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Ford Rd, Dearborn Heights

The manager Mohamed was very kind and patient. He made sure I was helped and verified everything with me. Ziad the person who helped me with my service actually took his time to make sure everything was secure. The entire staff was kind and polite and were eager to help. I have done transactions with this bank for a while (a few years) and I will continue to do so. thanks again for your service.

Best branch in the area, also they have nice and good staff especially Hawraa mazloum. She is a good employee, very lovely, and patience . He answers all questions and she also give you advices.

George is an amazing banker, solved my issue in just 4 minutes. I have one issue with this branch, which is answering phone calls.

very good branch with helpful nice stuff and special thanks to hawra mazloum relationship banker, Everytime I go to the bank she's there to assist and give all her time and attention to the customer, as a new member she gave me all the information I needed and explained to me everything letting me no questions to ask, as an immigrant who knows nothing about the US banks and how to create an account or how to use it benefits I can tell she made everything easy for me. If I could rate more then 10/10 or more then 5 Star I would do it

Had a great experience at this branch. My father and I walked in on a busy Friday mid-afternoon to make some changes to his account. We were unsure if we needed an appointment, but had the time to wait if we did. We asked Meaghan, the Manager if we need to make an appointment or if we were able to be seen then. She let us know that they did have scheduled appointments, but if we were willing to wait, although the wait could be long, they would get us in between appointments. We agreed to wait and I am glad we did. She was able to assist us within 20 minutes! So glad we waited! Meaghan was very professional and just so friendly to work with. Wanted to give her credit due to being short staffed and busy that while we were waiting, she helped assist several customers questions and helping her staff. She is pulled every which way while walking through the lobby and she handled all concerns for customers and employees. People need to remember, most places are short staffed and some things are out of employee/manager control during the current pandemic effects. Please be patient and understanding! We will be visiting this branch for all our future needs.

The staff was amazing! They answered all my inquiries literally. They didn't let me go unless I am very happy What a bank and what a professional team in dealing with customers

Customer service here is non-existent. i have called 40 times and no one has answered the phones yet. My terminally ill mother needs to get in there for a stamp that only the manager can do. He hasnt answered my calls, the location itself hasnt either. Terrible Terrible bank.

Horrible experience, waited over 50 minutes in line, could have gone through the Secretary of State faster than trying to pull money out of my account

I usually deal with Mohamed and Deena, very knowledgeable and friendly. It is understandable if they have a lot of customers to serve or have long lines, as long as the job is done right, I am good. Thank you so much for being the kind people that you are, making Bank of America my go to bank, always. Their professionalism and morning smiles are a good way to start of your day.
