Citizens Bank Ford Rd, Dearborn Heights

Can get ahold of anyone one at the branch they keep hanging up the phone, Biggest regret of my life opening a account with this bank. Stay far from it.

This is the best citizens branch by far! They have always been there to help and are very caring about their customers. The staff is extremely friendly and makes sure you’re taken care of. The assistant branch manager Heba Alaaraj is absolutely awesome! She goes above and beyond to make sure my banking experience is perfect. If you ever have any questions or need help here, make sure to contact heba!!

my favorite branch! easy in easy out, I agree with the below that some people behind the counter are better than others but that's just because there is always someone new from another branch. I prefer them way better than chase bank as they are more down to earth... oh and I love their new android app.

The tellers at this bank are ok--some good, some not-so-good. However, the bankers behind the desk are quite snarky and apathetic. They don’t return voice or email messages very well… I’m planning to take my business to another bank that cares.

The powers that be do not provide enough support for the tellers. This is especially when the times are the busiest. This is not a CUSTOMER friendly bank. Un

Everytime i go in there nice, friendly, and fast.the teller always ask me how my days going .

Simply bad bank. They don't help their loyal customers. I have been with this bank for over 21 years . I have credit card for over 30 years for different banks my score is over 780 yet they rejected my application for credit card. And I was told apply as long as you have score over 680 you will be aprovid. 😠

bank does not take care of changing address for my disabled handicap sister. When we went in there once with my sister and called twice bank manager said it would be taken care of so now they send it to 2 addresses I guess its hard to understand when someone moves how to change to the new address!! and only use the new one not two addresses even sent checks with both addresses two sets This has been going on a year trying to get this straighten out. it is so stressful they can't seem to help us!!!

ATM Machine has something wrong with it everytime it’s been years and even when they replaced it with a new one nothing changed it’s time for me to change banks.
