This place is fantastic! They helped me with an auto loan and the process couldn't have been easier! Haley and Chris worked so hard and made me feel like a priority the entire time. Haley also communicated with me through the process and answered any questions I had, she is very kind and personable!

I was very anxious when I walked in..I left my bank and decided to go to Community Choice because I heard nothing but good things about the place. TAI went above and beyond to help me...very well versed and extremely helpful. Felt like I was talking to an old friend helping me with my banking. I would recommend her to ANYONE and the Credit Union as well.

Love this credit union. The staff are always professional, kind and tend too go above and beyond. I really like that everything is user friendly. The app has even been updated to better than what it already was. Oh and I was able to get my lost debit card printed same day. They rock! Today Chris the manager was great, he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

I love this branch! The staff is friendly and always eager to help. It’s never extremely busy and if it is they know how to clear out fast. I prefer this branch over every other one. I chose to drive the extra time to visit this branch that’s how much it means to me, I feel they really value there members here unlike other centers.

I recently opened an account with community choice and I have to say I am extremely impressed with the phenomenal service. Not only was the process made so easily and efficiently, Jalen was so polite and helpful. At every step of the way, he was able to answer the many questions I had. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and really does have your best interest in heart. I look forward to a lasting relationship with this credit union.

As a very long time member, I have always been very happy with my credit union experience. The staff at community choice credit Union in Dearborn Heights has always been very friendly, very very helpful, and at times willing to go above and beyond. I’m so glad that when they changed hands from PAC to community choice they kept the original staff. Some of those people have been moved since, but the new ones are great too. I have and will continue to recommend Community choice to friends and family. A special thanks to Karen and David for always being knowledgeable and helpful.

Everytime I have ever visited this location I have left with a smile on my face and the satisfaction of having a positive experience with the personelle! On my most recent visit I worked with Matt. I had misplaced a deposit slip and couldn't recall the details on a deposit I had done there back in February. I told Matt my problem and gave him my ID. Immediately he contacted someone and was able to get me a copy of the deposited item within minutes!! Awesome job, Matt!!!! Always a pleasure to go there😁!

As a member of Community Choice Credit Union (CCCU) for over a decade-plus years, I have always been pleased with the customer care that is extended to me with a welcoming voice and the service. True-team behavior of high communication exemplifies and provides a positive impact to all members. I would like to acknowledge Christopher Battah, Manager (Dearborn Heights) for his outstanding service in going the extra mile. On 5/12/21, I experienced an incident where funds were incorrectly withdrawn from my account by a service provider without any explanation of same and no fault of CCCU. Chris went out of his way to assist me with investigating as to why and where the transaction error of the service provider may have occurred as well as making resolution suggestions which I truly appreciated. Long story short, the matter was resolved by the end of the day and the funds were returned to my account. Thank you, Chris for your invaluable service and dedication as it does not go unnoticed!! In sum, CCCU-Dearborn Heights does work hard for its members in offering personalized service.

Recently opened an account with CCCU and the amazing customer service blew me out of the water. With such great staff and especially with the great help of Jalen, I was able to open an account with CCCU and that handsome young man Jalen helped answer all of my questions. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! I’ve never been more satisfied than I am today. Bank of America’s employee’s don’t even compare to CCCU in Dearborn Heights. So much respect to Jalen and his team members!

Hi, I have been a member of CCCU since 1998 and I wouldn’t trade them for anywhere else. I started @ the Warren/ Southfield location then I banked over @ Five Mile & Beech Daly, now I’m @ Warren/ Beech Daly so as you can see I’ve been around a long time. I really love CCCU, all of the tellers are fantastic, they are very kind & friendly. They are also very patient with you. I also get a kick out of how they surprise their customers on Halloween with their remarkable costumes , I think they are very creative. I just had a very cool experience with Anthony. He was very thoughtful & considerate. Keep up the good work on your hiring process. I’d give you all an A+ not to mention the wonderful aroma as you walk in the Warren/Beech location, thumbs up to you!

My wife and I went into Community Choice Dearborn Heights branch in hope to refinance our vehicles. We were able to quickly meet with Chris the branch manager to start the process. He was amazing the process was quick, easy and painless we had everything ready to go before we even left the office that evening. If anyone is in help of banking needs go see Chris and his team they are a great group of people.
