Great bank and personnel . We deal with Carrie and Missy and they have helped us with our transition process greatly !

Nobody at the drive-through. Five people in the bank. And one person taking care of the customers at the counter. And customers out the door. Typical for Huntington. I’m a commercial contractor at all Mike bank count with you guys. Typical for all your locations. And are we not to have too many people inside so why would she try to get them out quickly. No common sense don’t care about the customer. Rather let you wait.

Service is terrible. Not just the branch the whole bank. I’ve had multiple instances where I’m missing money or my information is stolen even though I stopped using my debit card, I just have the checking account for checks.

Bank is horrible went there to open a checking and savings account there was no one in there 6 people working there not 1 customer but me they said have a seat and wait for the banker after 45 mins I left and there was no one in his office never again went to key bank! They dont deserve 1 star!

I always walk out of this branch happy. They meet all of our banking needs and are nice people.

No matter when you go there is always a line and one teller. Never enough help inside or at drive up. And manager just sits in her office and never comes out to even greet customers like at other Huntington banks.

This was by far the most helpful experience I have ever had. She took take of all my issues and helped me order a new card. Phenomenal customer service

I went into this bank to make a deposit for my landlord who lives out of state. This is what I have been doing for the past 5 years. I was treated like a criminal. Gave the teller the account number and money and she acted like I was doing something illeagle...I was depositing money in her God dann bank....I promptly closed my personal account and urge all others to do so as well.

Closed my account when they underpaid check for my car insurance resulting in it getting canceled
