Huntington Bank Montgomery Rd, Loveland

The rude tellers and manager would not deposit a business check because the letters Inc. were not on the back of the check. However there is a DBA on the account so several different renderings of the same business name can be deposited in the account. The workers at this branch took great joy in depriving me from making a deposit into a business account. Huntington bank is the worst, I would never bank with them again. Furthermore the place was dirty and had bugs!

Excellent service. Even if I am sometimes closer to other branch, I will make an effort to go to this branch. I think every negative review here is unwarranted. Nevertheless, once I had a completely isolated negative experience with a male cashier who no longer works in that branch (he accused me of receiving extra $100 and not reporting that and he treated me like every black person like me is treated by this type of individual: derisively and disrespectfully) but he will not, by any means, tarnish the work of the other customer service representatives and manager who go out of their way every day. They still get my 5 stars: one incident does not tarnish an outstanding trajectory (been a customer since 2016).

I've been banking with this branch for four plus years, both for personal and business. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The bank manager, Trisha, has been wonderful to work with, always responsive to my phone, email, or in-person queries, always ready to find a solution to whatever whacky situation I present to her. Before moving my business to Huntington I was courted by four other banks in the area, large and small. Huntington treated my small business with the respect others would reserve for Fortune 500 companies. They presented their services, listened to what our needs were, and responded honestly on what they could do and what they couldn't do. I was very impressed and opted to leave Chase and move both business and personal accounts to them. Since then I have enjoyed the best of service and highly recommend them. When I was shopping around for a new CPA firm, Trisha and Huntington were always spoken of with high regard and the comments were always about how helpful and cooperative the bank was to work with. High praise to hear AFTER having made the transition--generally a time when you start hearing examples of bad performances. It's nice when you get confirmation from other sources that a decision you made was a right one.

Went in to speak with a personal banker no one greeted me, the teller asked me what i wanted after i was sitting in the very small lobby right across from the teller(about 6 feet away from teller). After i told her i needed to speak to a personal banker the personal banker came out in the lobby and in front of everyone loudly asked what i wanted her for and what i was coming in for , had to ask if we could sit down in her office. No privacy at all, then once me and my wife had sat down and wanted to get some questions we had answered she was very rude while going through our account info giving us advice we did not ask for referring to us as children who were making the same mistakes she did when she was young. very displeased with this visit i am deactivating my account and going to another bank after service like that.

ATM took my money for a deposit and canceled transaction. I'm still figuring things out with customer support but it's very inconvenient to deal with that.

We haves tried at least 3 other local banks and Huntington is the most friendly, efficient, and thorough! They are the best in the area!

I showed up to get a title notarized at around 4:20 pm. The teller was very nice and asked if I would mind waiting because the notary was with a customer. I waited 30 minutes. The notary came out and rudely told me “I can’t help you. You’ll have to make an appointment.” I work tomorrow and leave Monday for vacation so it was very inconvenient but made appointment for Saturday. The main thing was she was incredibly rude.

I've had a checking account with them since 2004, they've always been helpful and courteous. I trust Huntington with my money moreso than any other bank. They don't take advantage or look down on people when they have low income.

This bank cost me so much money and time the worst bank I ever dealt with and the always out of money and service

Horrible customer service , I’m a client of the Huntington but always use other branches , went to cash my paycheck at the drive thru , They made me wait for a 30 min and at the end told me that my ID have a problem and they couldn’t cash my paycheck , even asked if I did this before and if I’m having problem with my ID 😡 I always for the last 8 years cash or deposit my paychecks at other branches and never have any problem , never have to wait 30 min at the drive thru and being recused to cash a paycheck MY paycheck, manager didn’t explain the reason WHY Grab my paycheck , went to other branch in Mason and didn’t have any problem to cash it Never go back to this branch
