    In this crazy market I called probably 20 dealers and Ryan Stacy at Kings Honda in Cincinnati was the ONLY dealer willing to sell me a Honda he had on his showroom floor, even with people calling on it like crazy, for MSRP with no added addendum or "package" like ceramic coating. I will certainly be back to see these guys, they have every opportunity to hose people, and it was never even brought up, they just keep conducting business as usual with customers in mind. My trade was getting hits allover the place from $15000 to $18000 and they gave me $18,5000 sight unseen (contingent on condition of course). If you are looking for a Honda, don't waste your time shopping around, your not going to find a better dealer and Ryan Stacy is the man to see, a true car guy. Thanks again!

    Another amazing experience at Performance King Honda. My salesman Rob Larson is simply the best. Thank you Rob for making our experience so easy and stress-free. Also a big thank you to the sales manager Glenn Standafer for going above and beyond in taking care of us. It's not often the sales managers come out of their bubble, but Glenn consistently comes out to be sure that we are well taken care of and checks in with us to see if there's anything we need or anything he can do. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. A big thank you to Andy French for assembling such a great team to take care of not only us but everyone who comes into the dealership. In the past 27 months we have purchased 4 cars from Rob and Glenn, and also have referred three friends who ended up purchasing from them also. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us and also the people that we send to you. You are simply the best and you have built such strong loyalty that it would be very difficult for me to consider purchasing anywhere else.     After looking with my 17 year old son for a car for about 2 months and having horrific experiences at various dealorships around Cincinnati, we found our way to Performance Kings Honda. What a blessing that we did. Sal was wonderful. A few times he offered to come into work early to meet us when cars would come in that we were interested in. We ended up buying a 2010 Honda Civic on June 30th. We are very happy with our purchase. There were a few things that were on our order for the service team to perform on the car before we picked it up and they were wonderful. They made sure that the car was exactly how it should be and that we were satisfied. Jason and Brandon went above and beyond to get our car ready to go. They were awesome in service. We will definitely be referring our family and friends to Sal, Jason, and Brandon as well as to the Performance Kings Honda. A nice experience when purchasing a used car.     We worked with a great salesperson, Ryan Stacy. He found us the car we wanted, in a color I didn't even realize was the one I wanted. He helped show us all the features and how to work them and made sure our keys were programmed to each driver. We left the dealership loving our new car and not wondering what this button does.     Performance Kings Honda is clean and a great place to shop for a car. I made a stop at the place just to walk around and see what Honda offers. I felt at home with the warm welcoming of Chris White. He came straight to us and said hello with a smile on his face even if he had a mask on but the smile was all over his face like we have met before. That made me comfortable and created a platform for me to explain to him why I had come to Honda even if i had no idea about Honda cars because have always been a Toyota customer and that day I was on my way to Toyota. Chris is kind, patient and well informed about Honda cars. All questions I presented to Chris he had a satisfying answer for me and he even explained further to make sure that I understood well about the Honda cars.I had no intentions of buying a car that day because I was heading to Toyota to put my name on a preference list but with the way Chris presented the information to me about Honda CR-V I was satisfied and came out with a 2022 Honda CR-V. Thank you so much Chris. For anyone out there looking to buy a car go to Perfomance Kings Honda and ask for Chris.     My son sent me to this car lot because he had recently purchased a van here. I figured, I'd give them a try since my son was happy with his purchase. I'm an older single woman with a full time job, I needed something reliable but also within a budget. I contacted Sal in used sales. I was very straight forward with them about what I needed. However, nobody seemed interested in my concerns, not very knowledgeable about the maintenance. Like, Oh this annoying woman is here! The guys even raised their voices a few times during our financial terms discussion. One guy actually hit the desk and told me I couldn't possibly get what terms I needed, even though I had a near 800 credit score. After hashing our finance and waiting to see the vehicle due to it being on the rack, I finally get to see it for real (only saw photos on website) and its gross! The seats were covered in stains and the interior looked like it had sat in a river. None of this were in the photos. Sal said it had been detailed but it looked a mess, I scribbled in the dirty dashboard with my nails during the test drive. Very disappointed. I went to a different dealership. I had no issue with Nick over at Jeff Wyler in Eastgate. HERE'S A PICTURE OF THE CAR I BOUGHT FROM Jeff Wyler. Only 125k miles! 4WD w/ warranty.

    I am absolutely blown aware by the quality of customer service I received when purchasing my 2022 Honda Civic. I had a rough experience this past week shopping around at other dealerships trying to get a new vehicle and Donovan went above and beyond my expectations. He was very professional and was solely focused on my needs. As a customer shopping for a new car that goes a very long way and makes the difference for me. He did a great job of explaining the differences in the trim levels of the model, had a very positive attitude, and was very knowledgeable all around. A.J, who completed all the financing for me was absolutely wonderful! He was accommodating and was very positive . He worked hard to get me the best deal possible and I am forever grateful for that. I would highly recommend Performance Kings Honda to anyone who expects great customer service.

    Had a great experience with my recent service. Michael at the front desk took great care of me. I was really impressed with the technician's video that showed me how he inspected the vehicle. A lot of communication was through texting, which was convenient. Great job Kings Honda!

    Went to look at a car and when we got there someone was already looking at it. I understand that it's first come but while we were there the sales man never took the time to see if he could do anything else for us. We sat in the sales office for an hour and he never sat down with us he just came over to brag that this had not happened to him in a long time. I called later to tell the manager how we were treated and never got a call back. I left a message for the general manager and he hasn't called back. I guess unless you are a guaranteed sale no one cares about you.

    Last year I leased a 2021 civic sport. Was never told when to come in for maintenance. Just to come in when the car tells me. Which is fine. My lease says I have to come in 4 times during the 36K mile lease for oil changes and tire rotation. The service advisor tells me today, I need to come in every 5k miles for oil changes and tire rotation. So I'm a little confused as to what I'm supposed to follow. My lease or the service advisor. The service advisor was great and I'm happy with the service in it today. I'm just wondering why theres some sort of disconnect between things.

    I was passing through with 5 kids when my pilot had an issue. I called several places and this was the only dealership that would get me in and back on the road. Eddie and Ken went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They found the problem and fixed it quickly so we could get back on the road. They explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood what was the issue and how to prevent it. I can't say enough good things. If I lived in Ohio I would come here for all my vehicle needs. They were fantastic!

    AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I highly regret purchasing a vehicle here.. we were here from noon to close to purchase a used vehicle they had just received in. Our dealer Raheem said that during our paperwork process, he would have the car cleaned and detailed. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. The previous owners mess was still in the car and the car was filthy. He just washed the outside. I understand it was closing time but this was still unacceptable. The front of the vehicle had some damage but they promised to fix that. They didn’t call us until a week later to get the car repaired. When we dropped it off, they failed to tell us it be an overnight thing. The next day when we called for an update, we spoke to five different people and NO ONE knew where our car was. When we finally got an update, they said it will be an additional three more days to have it fixed. Again, why was this not communicated to us prior?! They didn’t even offer us a rental for the time being. From the management down to the dealer.. this place is AWFUL!!! Go somewhere else, far far away from here.

    All around bad experience. I felt rushed to come test drive but when I got there the car wasn't ready, had issues, communication was not great. Was not mentioned on website that they install a braking system that is not included in the online price and is non negotiable. Oh and they don't take personal checks without a credit check but we weren't warned your credit had to be over 700 to be allowed. I had the money to buy, but I certainly won't be buying here after a 3 hr turnaround. Editing to add that instead of understanding no, they still kept reaching out to change my mind. Be upfront. Be understanding.

    Took my daughter here to buy a Honda Civic that she found listed on their website. After meeting our sales associate he found the car on the lot and the process started. He gave us the keys and I hopped in to check it out. As soon as I started the car, several (atleast 5) codes started flashing on the display. I asked the sales associate about the codes and he said " oh yeah, they just need to be cleared". I asked if there was a problem with the car and he assured me there was not. I said alright and we moved inside to start the buying process. 4 hours later we finally made it to the finance manager. We got approved for financing, signed the appropriate documents, they handed us the keys and we left after 5 long hours !!! The very next day all the same codes returned on the display. I called the dealership and spoke to the manager. He told me to bring the car back so they could troubleshoot it. We live over an hour away from the dealership so I told him we where not driving back down there the day after we spent 5 hours there. He agreed to send a tow company to pickup the car so they could look at it. We are waiting for the car to be returned to the dealership at this point. I will update this review on the outcome but regardless, I do not like being lied to just to make a sale on a car that has issues that I have no choice but to deal with. This was the whole point of buying my daughter a newer car, to not have to deal with car problems. I might add also that the sales associate was proud of the dealerships "thorough pre-sale inspection " to verify that the car has no issues. We shall see how the dealership handles this situation but I am not happy to be dealing with issues the day after purchase.

    Went with my son to Performance Kings Honda to purchase a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT 8. Prior to me coming with him the salesman was trying to tack on an extra $10k to the already asking price of $36k. I told my son that $10k for a warranty was a rip off! I told him to shop around for an aftermarket warranty elsewhere. Well after having the truck for a bit over 3 weeks, he's sitting at a stoplight and the truck starts sputtering. Truck had lost power and would barely move. I advised my son to pull over and have truck towed to a Dodge dealership. Dealership basically says its going to need a new engine. I called Performance King Honda and spoke with David Valines. Mr. Valines told me that since my son didn't purchase a warranty there was nothing they could do because the car was sold "as is". How could you sell a car for $40k (with tax) that has no type of warranty at all?! I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the past few years and I have NEVER seen a franchise dealership sell a car without at least a 3 month-3k mile warranty. This dealership sells their cars "as is" to force the buyer into purchasing their overly inflated warranties! They double, if not triple the price of these warranties to fatten their pockets. The salesman along with the dealership gets a nice chunk of it. At this point I am livid because my son works very hard and this was a gift to himself for all the sacrifices & hard work he done for his kids. My next steps are to contact the media and anyone else whom will listen about this dealership! I will post our experience on a digital billboard as well as stand in front of the dealership with sign in hand, exercising my freedom of speech rights. I will make sure that they lose money and people know the truth about these crooks!

    So saying I am over protective and extremely OCD about my vehicles is an understatement. When It was time to buy a new car, I was shopping for the best deal. Performance Kings Honda made this so easy. Honestly the entire car buying process was hands down the best I or my father had ever experienced. Plus one for sales. Now the service department, they really make this the absolute best dealership. I do all my own maintenance, all ways have. But when I had some minor warranty issues pop up, I called and made an appointment. Ryan, my service advisor, made sure all my issues were taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and keep in mind this was all warranty work. Josh, my technician on both visits in, took pride in his work, leaving 0 traces that the car had been worked on. The video inspection at the end of the service is also a great touch. I worked in the automotive field for 6+ years while I was in college. There are not many shops that will give you the level of attention and confidence that I felt with the service I received. All I can say is, if you're buying a car, this is the place to do it. For all of your service, this is the only place you should be taking it to. I will definitely be back!

    Ryan Stacy was great to deal with. With all the supply chain issues causing low or no inventory Ryan kept me updated on the progress of my 2022 Ridgeline. The time he spent showing all the features inside and out so that I wouldn't have any issues was OUTSTANDING.

    Do not recommend having your vehicle serviced here. Passenger airbag was not fully fastened to the vehicle - all three nuts were cross threaded partially onto their studs after a recall. Realized this after they replaced the heater core in the same vehicle. Noticed issues right away after they did the heater core. -Visible damage to the interior, buttons no longer functioning. -Buttons left non functioning (cruise control, fog lights, blower motor.) I was quoted $500 to fix the blower motor that worked before I took it into their shop. I took the car apart, found they plugged the fog light ground wire into the blower motor ground wire, and vice versa. So they would have charged me $500 to replace the blower motor, that wouldn’t have fixed it, because they plugged it into the wrong place…. Every retaining clip for the wiring under the dashboard was broken by them. Wires rattle like crazy during a drive. Wiring incorrectly routed, and partially crushed. they left physical damage on nearly every panel of the interior, including physical damaged to buttons on the radio. The 6” grommet on the floor of the vehicle that separates the outside from the interior of the vehicle was pulled completely out of its place, and left that way for water to pour into the cabin. I paid $2,200 for the heater core replacement.

    Lauren is absolutely AMAZING. Bill Hess in finance also AMAZING. I absolutely can NOT say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. They made the application and approval process exceptionally easy. This was special for me because we were purchasing my daughter’s first vehicle and already owned two vehicles, one financed through Honda. We weren’t sure it could be done. But they did it and did it very fast. The follow up and customer service was like none other. And I say that coming from a family where we receive A and Z plan incentives thus buying or leasing every few years all my life is customary. I am now a loyal Honda buyer and this dealership has earned all future business. My daughter LOOOOVES her new car. It is clean, practically new, very low mileage and even delivered with a full tank of gas. Thank you King’s Performance Honda! Another happy family! Great work!

    I have never really liked the car buying process, but today we went to Performance Kings Honda. We had the opportunity to work with sales associate, Mr. DeWayne Walker. He was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and straightforward. We will most likely return to this dealership for future purchases if we can work with Mr. Walker again!     Purchased a pilot months ago from here. Called because I had what turned out to be an easy fix that I was walked through from joe Morgan honda on the phone. Was told when I called kings (the place I purchased the vehicle) that they were too busy to help me and I’d have to make an appointment to come in. Easy fix that a different dealership was able to solve on the phone In under a minute. Thanks but no thanks kings Honda.

    Avoid a salesperson named Basil. He was very unprofessional in his communication with my son and me. He accused my son of lying when he could have just said there was a miscommunication. My son had a great experience with a different salesperson, so I think this was just an issue of one person who needs to learn professional communication skills.

    Don’t finance! This place will rip you off. They say you didn’t get approved for the car a month after giving you a car and insist you bring your car back to them and not give you any of your money back. Stay far away!

    Their service department is either inept or intentionally deceptive and significantly overcharges for simple things even versus other Honda dealers. My wife brought her car in and, in the little video they give you telling you what they recommend, they showed that her brake fluid was a bit green and needed replacing. This was 100% accurate and was all that needed to be said since it was the original fluid and needed changing. Unfortunately, the tech went on to explain that the green was from algae. This is simply not true. Algae isn’t going to grow in the reservoir or brake lines and algae needs sun to grow and where is the sun coming from. When I asked the service rep about it he was kind of like “uh OK yeah, I haven’t seen the video.” Why do you have to lie about stuff to make it seem more urgent or worse than it actually is to get people to replace it? In this case it was totally not needed as the simple fact that the fluid was old and discolored was enough. Next, for other service items, like changing the brake fluid and another maintenance item, Kings is SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than even other Honda dealers in the area. In summary: inept or liars and overpriced.

    Excellent customer service by the salesperson, John Graham. He went over my options with several vehicles pointing out the benefits and listened intently to what i was trying to say. John is more of a sales consultant. He wanted to make sure i got what i wanted and needed. The manager David Valines answered every question i had and was attentive to all the details.     Update; Kings Performance Honda added the missing seat belts, after seeing this review. Shout out to Brandon for his help. ====================== Many details on the vehicle advertised were incorrect in the listing - remote start, bed extender, etc. Vehicle was missing 2 of 3 rear seat belts in the back - discovered after the sale. So I have to figure out how to get this fixed. Loose fuel cap warning came on the next day after the sale. I know it as a used vehicle, but I’m a bit disappointed

    So I have purchased a couple of cars from George Tierney, but my latest purchase, he was a true rockstar. I messaged him telling him that I am currently expecting, (I'm also a nanny to three children), and that I would need to upgrade my car. I was currently driving a 2015 Honda Accord Sport (which I loved). I told him I was open to a used vehicle, but third row seating was key for all the children. Not even 2 hours later, George messages me saying that someone just traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot, under 100k miles, and only one owner. I went up that night after work to check it out, and it was perfect!!! Of course I was worried about what my payments would be going from a sedan to a big SUV. Well, worry no more with George... He took care of everything and got our payments to be only $36 more a month than the Accord, including GAP insurance. The night we checked out the vehicle, it was raining. The next day it snowed... The day after that, I realized a small crack in the windshield on the passenger side. Of course as everyone knows, when you drive it off the lot it is on you. With our unconventional sale, and history of buying cars from them, George told us to hang tight and see what he could do. We found out the crack couldn't be fixed because it had previously been fixed, so a new windshield was in order. Well, nobody wants to pick up that tab. George Tierney literally jumped through hoops, corporate hoops, for us. Explaining our situation, and our history of sales with them. Wouldn't you know, George was able to get us our new windshield. Not only that, but they came to my home and replaced it, for free, right in my driveway. I've stayed loyal to George because of our history of buying cars from him, but it's more than that. He really does go above and beyond for his customers. It's so nice to know that there are salesmen out there not trying to take advantage of their customers. He is the ONLY person I would ever buy a car from.

    Worst customer service ever. I went in to purchase a car and trade in my existing car. At the beginning they were very nice. I still owed on my existing car and I was told they would take that as a trade in and pay off the car. After a few hours of going back and forth and getting financing, on a Saturday I might add, I ended up getting the car with the promise written on a piece of paper from one of the managers they would add 75,000 miles instead of the 36,000 that comes with it. Unfortunately, a week prior to the 30th of June they drop the ball that my financing had to change due to the finance company yet they let me drive off their lot with a brand new car. I sent via mail all of my wage info and never heard anything until that week before. The pressure from them was relentless. Emails upon emails responding to them only to not get an answer back. Calling me when I was working and leaving a message telling me to come in after work, mind you these emails would be sent to me at 4 in the afternoon, unfortunately most people can’t walk out of their job. Be careful and have someone with you to double check what they charge you, they added on $2000 for the mileage they promised me to get me in the car. I was leaving to go out of town 4 days later and they did nothing but hound me. Truly, they can do better than this, worst customer care ever from the financing department. I would never recommend anyone to them. The only person that was kind was Mark, my salesperson. Never sign anything until you make sure you get what you’re told.

    Beware of dishonest Bait & Switch lease tactics. If you are unfamiliar with how leasing works, do a little research before signing anything, it can save you thousands of dollars. I’ve leased all of my vehicles the past 15 years and this situation at Kings Honda is by far the most dishonest thing I’ve experienced. Lease advertised was $317/mo $2,300 down. Tax, title, license, acquisition and dealer fees, should have ended up close to an extra $2,000. The quote I received via email was +$140 more per month, the math didn’t add up. There was a phantom $5,000 added. When I asked why the quote was so high vs the advertised price, they emailed me a breakdown that included a $5,000 “market demand adjustment fee” that has never been on any of my previous leases. When I asked what this fee was, I was told that the Market adjustment fee is supposedly a dealer fee they add when they only have one vehicle in inventory and the market demand price is over MSRP. Long story short, they basically wanted to bank an extra $5,000 of the lessee’s money above the actual advertised price, hence the bait & switch tactic reference. I have no problem with dealers setting their own fees, it’s their business, but this situation was both extremely excessive and very misleading, especially since they were intentionally advertising a fake lease price to get people in the door. In the end, I ended up going to another dealer and was actually able to get one model up for the same price Kings advertised price was (no fake dealer fee) and had an amazing experience. Even though it was an extra 40 minute drive, this other dealer now has a customer for life.

    These 5 stars go entirely to Melissa! Melissa was phenomenal and the sole reason we had such a great experience. We purchased a 2021 Passport last week. When we first entered, the receptionist sent us to a different desk where the sales managers were who told us we'd need to talk to a sales rep. Not off to a great start and didn't feel very valued. Even though Melissa was already helping two customers, she took us under her wing and immediately helped us out. She helped us reach a fair deal on our purchase and trade and had our backs the entire time. We then had to sit around for over 3 hours waiting for the Finance Department to finish out the transaction. Melissa constantly checked in on us, kept us updated, and was there for us the entire time. She was running around like crazy trying to take care of all her customers, but her hard work did not go unnoticed. Melissa turned what would have been a poor car-buying experience into a bearable experience. THANK YOU, MELISSA! Performance Kings Honda - you have a gem in Melissa. I hope you recognize that!

    We worked with Graham to buy our son his first car, a Honda Civic sport, and it was absolutely the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Graham taught us about every feature on the car before we even test drove it. This was extremely helpful because it really made a difference understanding the safety features and how to use them. After we test drove it, we still were undecided about which car we were going to purchase, and he was very understanding, kind, and followed up with us to see how our car search was going and wanting to answer any questions we had. No car dealership was as attentive, kind, and helpful as Kings Honda (we visited several). We will never buy a car anywhere else but here in the future.     Today, December 11, 2020 we had an appointment at 4 pm to see a Pilot Elite model 2021. We were told the car will be sanitized and waiting for us at our appointment. We arrived (taking off time from work) on time only to be told that no one at Performance Kings Honda knows anything about our appointment. They did not have the vehicle there, and a random salesman was pulled over to us to go to a different lot to look for the vehicle. Also, we had the price quote in an email, thinking all is set up and we can actually buy the car today. We did not drive the car, because it was NOT sanitized as promised. We will not buy a car from such unprofessional dealership! You need to have better customer service and more professional employees. If a customer has an appointment, you should deliver! Very disappointed.

    I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing, and I wish I could give this dealership zero stars. The entire buying/leasing process has been nothing but a giant headache. I had to bring my 3 week old car back in because of an issue with the wheels (which were replaced when I leased the car because I was told there was "scuffing" on the rims - now I'm seeing the tire replacement on "new" cars is a pattern with other customers as well). After waiting an hour for the inspection, I was told that one of my wheels had to be replaced AGAIN, and that the parts had to be ordered and would not arrive until later in the week. I was also told that the loaner car wouldn't be available for another hour and a half. Apparently, only one person in the entire dealership knows how to schedule a loaner car, and not even the assistant manager "knows how to get a loaner car" for customers. After waiting for almost two hours, I was told that the person who handles the loaners wouldn't be coming in at all. To add to the frustration of this entire experience, the financing department did not correctly pay off the loan of my previous car and never returned my calls asking for assistance. Not only were they late with the payoff check, but they didn't pay the correct amount. I spent a week going back and forth with my credit union trying to sort it out (my credit union was actually very helpful), without the help of the Honda financing department - and I'm still out the money that they shorted when paying off my loan. I will never, ever buy or lease a car from this dealership again and will absolutely tell every person I know to do the same. Embarrassing customer service and quality of vehicles. Go *anywhere* else!

I ended up getting a new tire at no cost under the warranty and only paid an installation fee. They also swap out my licence plate holder frame that I had purchased elsewhere.     Bought a used 14 Durango April 10. Vehicle had not been through service or detailed being that it was traded in recently. Was told to call Tuesday Apr 13 to see if was ready to be picked up and that anything found during inspection would be fixed and the vehicle would be detailed as well. Came down to pick it up on Tues. Was inspecting vehicle before going inside. The “detailing” was very poor. Just a wash and a vacuum. Looking under the vehicle I noticed numerous globs of grease inside the front drivers wheel and suspension. I went inside to ask for paper towels to wipe it off before I drove it home and also asked for the service report. While inspecting to try to see where the grease was coming from, I noticed a missing bolt that holds the hub bearing to the spindle. I obviously didn’t take it home that day and told them to fix it and inspect and fix the source of the grease flying around. I also asked for the service report again in which they couldn’t supply before I left. I was contacted on Thurs April 15 and told the vehicle was ready again. I came down Friday April 16 and inspected the hub bearing. The bolt was there but there was new grease globs inside the wheel and on the suspension. I decided I didn’t want them working on the vehicle I was going to be driving and I knew I’d have to take it to my mechanic to get the CV axle replaced since I’d suspected the grease was flying out of the CV joint boot. Any novice mechanic could have made this determination and inspected the boot for tears for confirmation. I was able to get the service report on Friday and after looking it over I noticed they replaced the hub bearing assemblies on Monday April 12. So that means the mechanic left the bolt out or possibly broke the bolt inside the new hub or cross threaded it and didn’t fix it. I say possibly broke the bolt inside the new hub or cross threaded it because the service report said they replaced the hub bearing assembly again on Wednesday Apr 14. This would not be necessary for simply leaving a bolt out. After getting the vehicle home I looked under again and it had certainly flung more grease during the drive home. My girlfriend and I spent 4 to 5 hours detailing the vehicle over the weekend and found food/drink splatters throughout the vehicle on seats/carpet and door panels. Food under every seat. Door jambs were not touched as they were filthy. I was able to get the vehicle into my mechanic on Tuesday Apr 20 and got it fixed. After talking to Mr French, he offered to pay 1/2 of the CV axle replacement if I was willing to “change my review”. Not because I want customers to be happy or because we made a mistake and want to rectify it. Offering me less than $200.00 was an insult not alone stating if I’d consider changing my review. My god man, at least offer to pay for the repair not 1/2. Also the service report shows 6 qts of oil was added during oil change. The owners manual and any internet search shows this engine requires 7 qts. I’m not sure if it’s employee incompetence or management pushing to save every nickel that cause these dangerous and unacceptable practices but it needs addressed. Mr French, I’ve left a message on your voice mail 04/20/2021 @12:38. I’ll be waiting for you to call me back before I edit/write up my experience I had at your dealership. When I originally posted the 1 star review, I didn’t see the option to comment so that’s why it was blank. Since you attempted to contact me, I find it only fair to give you a chance to hear me out and make things right if

    Sales staff was personable and knowledgeable. I bought a used vehicle and everything was as advertised. Joe Jarvis was my salesman and he had experience with the vehicle I was purchasing so he was able to answer any questions I had. Financing was quick and painless, they worked hard to get me where I felt comfortable on the monthly payments. The sales manager stopped by once as he was passing through just to say hi and see if I needed anything and then again after the sale he was walking through and stopped to congratulate me and to thank me for my business. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I highly recommend visiting Performance Kings Honda anytime you shop for a new or used vehicle and I recommend requesting Joe Jarvis as well.

    Shout out to Kris Wheelen. After waiting for 5 hrs to get our Pilot towed in, Kris handled our car repair in no time. He pointed out that it needed some maintenance items to be performed, as well. We ended up getting some much needed items done while there. Very happy customers.     Buying a new vehicle used to put me in the most rotten mood. Every sales tactic imaginable has been used on me and because I know what they're doing, it would just make me more and more upset. Performance Kings Honda has some sales people that are this way, but if you get the right one, your experience can be great. I am a 2-time buyer from Performance Kings Honda and both experiences have been better than expected. In my most recent purchase, Aaron O'Donnell was very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable on the vehicles, provided all information asked for and was very responsive in getting pricing and providing input on my selections, which saved me at least a few thousand dollars. I gave him my price and he took what I offered for the exact vehicle I wanted. The price beat a quote from other local dealers. Performance Kings has more stock, more options and is the most price competitive Honda dealership in Cincinnati. Dustin, one of their sales managers assisted me in getting more money on my insurance payout for my totaled vehicle by providing detailed information on my purchase from 18 months ago. His input got me over $2,000 more than the insurance would have paid without his input. This helped me upgrade to a nicer vehicle on my second purchase. As long as Honda keeps making excellent cars and I'm living in Cincinnati, I'll be buying cars from Performance Kings Honda. Thank you!

    Went there to purchase a used car. Took it out for a test drive. Drove good, sounded good, and no leaks. The only problem was the service engine soon light was on. Got back to the dealership and told our sales consultant Jason DeSantis who was very professional by the way about it. Was told the car would go in for a safety inspection if purchased. Decided to go for it. We asked what if it happens to be a major problem. He told us that cars that were traded in go straight to service to see if anything is wrong with it so if it was a major problem it would not be on the lot for sale. He said the car would be ready for pick up in 2 to 3 business days so it could go in for a safety inspection and detailing. He called us 3 business days later to find out the car didn't pass their safety inspection so they weren't going to sell it to us. We made an appointment that same day to look at other vehicles in our price range. We found one and was able to leave that day with it. The only reason we went back and for the 4 stars was the honesty and how amazing Jason DeSantis was in finding us another vehicle. Would definitely recommend this place.

    Just purchased an SUV here today and I’m so glad we got matched up with Johnny Combs to be our salesman! He was kind, helpful, good natured, trustworthy, answered all my questions, the OPPOSITE of “pushy salesman” which was so appreciated, and he was willing to put in extra time if needed for us to make sure of our decision. I truly appreciate how easy this process was. It took less than 24 hours and Johnny made sure I had an amazing experience start to finish! I used to work on the marketing side of the auto industry so I’ve been really excited to pick out a new car having learned all I did and I am so relieved to have had the positive experience I did.     Jerrell the salesman is a wonderful person, he was very informative and he knew what my budget was and worked hard to get me to that point. He helped me feel comfortable in a time where I was very anxious. The only issue I had was going into the finance portion of the visit with another person, Josh, being told "I'm tough," because I didn't want the added services. I appreciate the fact that the finance associate has a job to do and a sale to make, but when someone says no multiple times its important to respect that and to understand that I'm also a person with a specific budget and I'm not just a sale.

    During my recent visit with your store, my purchase experience was not favorable. This should have been the easiest sale for Scott Campbell as I had my own finance. Where do I begin?1. Had my own finance he stated that they could probably beat my term and rate but was unable to so I took a hit on another credit report. (not so bad I guess)2. He did not provide me with my trade in amount until I showed him my remaining balance on my vehicle and returned with your offer for my trade value. (seemed suspicious) 3. Moonroof, vehicle vibration and small paint chip was agreed to have been fixed before to complete the sale. Upon picking up the truck, Scott met me outside and did not have a clue as to what was done to fix it, for which I had to ask him 4 times before he came up with an answer. Still don't know if it was fixed correctly or if the repair is even covered. The paint chip was not done, so he had to call someone from inside to fix.4. So he gave me the key I went out to test drive to make sure that the moonroof was working and that the truck no longer had any vibration issues. Upon my return, Scott was nowhere to be found, I waited for 45 minutes, texted him that I was back only to find out an hour later that he had left to go to lunch, after I had someone try and help me and they contacted him. (so I waited another 30 minutes for him to return)5. The truck gas tank was on E (empty) and upon his return he acted like this was not a big deal.6. I don't even know when to expect my vehicle registration or even if I have to come back and sign anything else.7. Never even got to hit that thing once a satisfied customer purchased a vehicle, oh I am not satisfied thats why.

    My husband and I stopped in on Sunday just to test drive an Accord. Ryan Stacy was such a great guy to work with. He was not pushy. He did everything to make sure we were happy. I was set on the Sonic Grey. There were none in the base model but he was willing to order one. He said he had one with the touring package and we should test drive it and just see what we think.     Great time buying my new 22 civic. I’ve been searching for awhile and when I called Performance Kings Honda they had just received this car off the truck. It had a deposit already on it, however they decided to go with another option. Christie was able to verify this for me quickly and get my name on it. She made sure my transaction was fast and took care of most of my paperwork before I ever arrived at the dealership. All I had to do was sign the papers and drive away. 5 Star buying experience!

    I am absolutely outraged with the customer service at this dealership. They had the audacity to provide my wife and I with exceptional service throughout our entire purchase.... OK, joking aside, I have to say this place beat my expectations due to a "not so great experience" at Kings Toyota earlier this year. I saw a Honda Odyssey they had for sale on Carfax while I was at work. When I got off at 6pm, I contacted them about it and inquired if it was available. Jacob quickly responded to my request and told me to come on in and test drive it, they were open until 8pm. We didn't get there until after 7pm. Sal greeted us, fueled up the van and pulled it around. After our test drive they only had about 10 minutes to close. I thought, I would have to come back or leave deposit or something so they could close up. Sal and the staff stayed open, let us decide if we want it and discussed finance options with me. They had a no rush/worry "no, hey your keeping us at work" tone. They took there time and were very polite. Sal even reworked the numbers a few times until we settled on a range for the loan term. Afterwards, we sat down with Steve to sign the paperwork and again, even though they were closed and exhausted. Steve took the time to tweak the numbers, lay out the facts and give us the best deal. He even signed us up for GAP without driving the price up by being proactive. Ask for that guy at signing. Even though we weren't "rushed", the whole process didn't take long. All in all, I recommend this dealer if your looking for a used vehicle. Everyone was polite and responsive, I appreciate it.

    I am very happy with my experience with Performance Honda. The sales executive Melissa was very supportive and helpful. She was very kind to answer all my queries with patience and did manage to get a good Insurance deal. Since there is high demand due to the shortage of cars my experience with some other dealers were very pathetic. They were not even ready to even share a price quote even when I visited them at their facility. The paper work was very quick n smooth and I had my car with in 2 Hrs on the delivery date.

    I am currently at Kings Performance Honda. My Service Advisor this trip was Adam Davila. I can not say enough good things about this guy. He was very thorough and asked the technician to spend a little more time diagnosing an issue my wife had been experiencing. I have had this vehicle looked at several times over the past year by different dealers and with the help of Adam and his technician they have finally resolved the issue!     I am a dedicated Honda customer/owner. Always have been. Yesterday, just proved why again! I had Alec Saavedra as my advisor for my appointment. When I say he went ABOVE AND BEYOND, I feel that is even an understatement. This gentleman was so nice and extremely knowledgeable. I went in for a tire pressure light and long story short... I ended up needing a new tire. We thought that I had roofing nails in my tire, from my roof previously being replaced. It ended up being screws and not roofing nails. Doesn't even matter. This guy got the screws and saved them for me, even spoke to my roofing company (prior to us realizing they were screws), and literally went to bat for me. He even found any discount I was eligible for, for this new tire. HE IS LITERALLY THE BEST. You want an outstanding experience; you see this guy!! (I don't know why this is coming up under my sister's name- Brittany Boyer is mine)

    I purchased a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback from Performance Kings Honda on September 18. On the same day, however, I was driving the car home but it started to lose power and wouldn't accelerate. Also, the car's trouble lights are all on. Engine failure lights, brake system failure lights, steering wheel failure lights and so on. I called Kings Honda, and they told me to call a tow truck back to the dealership. Every day after that I asked about the car, but they would never tell me what was wrong with it. It wasn't until five days later that they told me they couldn't find the car key. What a ridiculous excuse! The day after they found the key, the dealer called me to pick up the car and said it was just the battery's problem. For about 20 days after that, the car was really fine to drive. But the day before yesterday, the same problem occurred again. The fault lights were all on and the accelerator did not accelerate. I called the dealer. However, it has been three days and there is no reply from the dealer. I was very disappointed with the experience of buying a car.

    I wish I had a good review to leave, but unfortunately I do not. I brought my Honda Civic SI in on an airbag recall and oil change.. we should have just left it at the air bag repair. I was told that with the oil change came a full vehicle inspection. I had mentioned multiple times this car was being driven to Florida in a week and wanted to make sure all was well. They sent over a video of the inspection (which I’ll add was pretty neat) where the technician mentioned valve cover gaskets were seeping and the pulley belt was wearing, however they completely skipped over the missing bottom portion of the air intake being gone from the car. When we asked about this we were told that “we should have mentioned that” when we did, in person and on the phone when the appointment was made. Then when we asked to speak to the mechanic that worked on our car, we were told they can’t speak to customers. In my 15 years of driving, NEVER have I been told the mechanics “can’t speak to clients”. I fully regret having paid the money to have the oil changed and things “looked” over, when I could have easily done the oil change myself and had someone do a full inspection on the car. That money could have been used for a proper inspection. We even asked for them to take it back and relook it over, we were told “no it was free, we’d have to charge you”. Honestly I’ll never step foot back in this place or recommend it.

He didn’t try to upsell us anything, wasn’t pushy, worked around our schedules, honestly the best car salesman I’ve ever had. We are super happy with the whole experience at Performance Kings Honda.     Rob Larson was my sales consultant. Beware of him, if you are unfamiliar with leasing, do a little research before signing anything, because it can save you thousands of dollars. After signing, don’t expect him to respond your hi back, he has made excuse “busy, busy, busy, talking later” I have no problem with dealers stuff, it’s their business and I’ve leased all of my vehicles the past 10 years of this dealership. But he was the worst one who thinks others are fool. At the end, he made me to switch this dealership and very satisfied with this decision.

    Purchased an ‘09 Chevy traverse yesterday and it drove great. They had great customer service while purchasing the vehicle and I thought everything went great. I woke up today to find it too good to be true as it started shaking while going under 40mph and then traction control was switching on and off. I took it to my mechanic to find out my check engine light should’ve been on and they cleared all codes before selling the vehicle to ensure it would stay off. There are several things wrong with it including 3 cylinders misfiring making this vehicle not drivable after not even a 24 hour period. My mechanic also suspects a fuel additive was added to give the impression of a good running car. I called Performance Honda to confront them about the issue and I was told they will not look into fixing anything they would rather refund my money and “scrap” the vehicle. They might as well have told me that they knew they were selling me a car that wouldn’t drive more than a few days. The sales manager Eric Meyer refuses to pay for a tow because he doesn’t want to “sink more money into the vehicle”. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and they certainly have lost my business entirely.

    Bought my car new from here in 2018. My oil change price was always around $50. Last oil change I received from here was $95. The representative I talked to said that was because they were running an oil change and tire rotation special for a couple years, but not anymore. Who runs a special for a couple years and then all of a sudden they stop and double the price? Is it because you have hardly any cars on the lot to sell, so you are resorting to screwing over your loyal customer base through high service fees to make a profit? I do not recommend Performance Kings Honda. Take your car to a different dealership where they charge less. Joe Morgan Honda is significantly less expensive for an oil change and tire rotation.

    Kings Honda takes zero responsibility for their customers experience with Honda. All issues has to be taken to Honda corporate. All lower level staff take zero responsibility for process improvement and refuse to relay experience feedback to management. On top of it, service is "drop in" at 7:30am and they are not able to give a service time which required you to wait for hours. This company is a joke and for a 2019 single owner Honda I've had a horrible experience with the car and Kings. I would never recommend either of these companies to someone looking for a car.

    This place gives car salesmen a bad name. Repeatedly lied to about when my car would be available. First I was told March 26th, then April 1, and most recently 4/6. No tracking number or even a VIN but yet your car should be here any day! 🙄 Not to mention they ran my credit report without even having the car on the lot. I get that cars are on high demand. Just be honest if you have no idea and hold off on dinging my credit score until you have a car. Kings Honda is not worth the wait.

    We purchased a late model used car from Kings. The car we were interested in sold before we got there, but our sales rep Sal Tedesco was awesome and helped us find the right car. Highly recommend buying from Kings and working with Sal if you are buying a used car.

    Service here is quick and getting here is easy. They set up an a divisor who goes over the car and sends you video of what needs maintenance. They have overnight drop off. They had a S2000 for sale

    This dealership is the worst Honda Location I have ever experienced. They advised me that my car needed a seat belt part that was under warranty due to its risk. They said it would be in the next day and later that day stated they didn’t have a date of part arrival. They advised me to take the car home and stated that Safety is not relevant since it’s a supply chain concern. After advising their team I need solutions other then driving my car without a working seatbelt, they have not returned my calls and the manager on site will not call me back to assist me with the issue.

    I bought a pre owned vehicle in February of 2022 and bought the key protection in case I ever lost one or locked them in my car. I was told that they were going to have one cut for me and that someone would reach out to me within the week to take care of that. It is now months passed and I still have yet to receive one. My memorandum title said that it was also processed on the 27th of February and I still have yet to receive that one either. After calling and calling for weeks, I still heard nothing from anyone. I had to physically drive the 45 minutes there for them to just tell me all they could do was give me a title number for me to obtain plates. This isn’t and will not be good enough for the bmv. Here it’s may and I still have yet to receive either of the 2 that I have paid them for. I had to go to the title office and purchase another for my vehicle when I paid them to process paperwork. I will never buy from them again.I don’t know how they are supposedly the number one Honda dealership. If you want nice and correct service, do not buy here.

    We just purchased a used truck from Performance Honda. While the vehicle...and the price...are great, the purchase process was inefficient and annoying. We paid cash for the truck but a finance guy insisted that we spend most of an hour entering our personal information into a laptop computer so he could check our credit scores. I must have said "We are paying cash" at least five times. Then he pressured us about buying an extended warranty even though the truck was still under manufacturer's warranty. This all necessitated a trip back to the magical King's Automall the following day...man, there are a lot of unsold cars sitting around there! (Must be a good time to buy...hint, hint). Aside from the finance guy, it was a pleasant experience and we love the truck!

    Service department cares! Woke up at my Cincinnati hotel Wednesday morning the day before Thanksgiving to a tire warning on dashboard. I had driven 10 hours the day before to pick up my daughter at college in Cincinnati and we were driving home another 10 hours Wednesday. I called Performance Kings Honda - they said drive carefully here (it was likely due to the sudden overnight cold) and they would check it. I was so relieved to know they would fit me in. Turned out they were correct - all tires just needed some air. But had it been a larger problem I felt I would be in good hands. So grateful for their care for a customer who was never at their shop before. We barely lost any time on our trip home for Thanksgiving.

    Great experience overall. Went in without appointment to test drive 3 used cars (value vehicles). Scott was quick to help me and pull the cars up. They had a good selection of quality used cars in the 7-12k range unlike many other dealerships. Financing was an easy process, although it took them almost 3 hours from when I said I wanted the car to me driving off the lot. That felt long to me, although they had detailed the car and filled it up with gas during that time so it was not too bad. Watch out for the "interior protection" service they offer, they added it by default to my financing and had I not read carefully I may not have noticed it. But overall great experience, I would buy from here again. Also, good and fair financing options.

    As a potentially new client, I called to schedule an appointment for 8:30am 01/05/22 at Performance King Honda on Fields Ertel Rd My request was to make sure the car was roadtrip worthy. She informed me the appointment would take 1 hour, after I explicitly asked what the costs of this inspection would be. I was told there would be no cost for this service. Upon my prompt arrival, I was notified by a very nice customer service gentleman that there was infact a $136 .00 charge. He apologized and said there was a problem with their CS peole giving the wrong info.Taken aback I already made the morning commitment so proceeded & and inquired how long process would take. He said also said 1 hour, so I went to the waiting room. I waited 4-1/2 hours before the final invoice was brought to me. I was given paperwork for all the work needed. Paid for the "full inspection " $157.55. Only to discover that the TPMS monitor ( an existing issue) was never even mentioned or discovered. I reported this ordeal to a Service manager who couldve cared less! Everything about this experience has me running in the opposite direction. I will take my business elsewhere.

    Bought a Ridgeline yesterday. Finance Manager told me that the "axle boots" fail at 60k miles, on all SUVs and Trucks, and that I should spend $2200 on the extended warranty to push my bumper to bumper to a longer term. CV boots can wear out, but 5 years is an exceedingly short time. After refusing the extended warranty, he came back with a purchase contract $2000 more than we agreed, between a $1200 "Appearance Protection Package" and a $995 fee for "Accessories", (I had agreed on $200 for accessories). The entire process took More than 2 1/2 hours, even though I sent all the paperwork they needed in advance (licenses, insurance, title for trade) and we had a relatively simple deal. I would have walked if I could have bought the same from another dealership. Beware deceptive practices and frustrating pushy finance managers. Read your paperwork very carefully.

    If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I bought a pre-owned 2012, 100,000 mile car from their used car lot this past May. During their 9 point safety inspection, there was nothing noted regarding the wear and tear of the engine components and fuel pump. Within 6 months, of owning the car, I am being told that I will need to do a complete engine swap and replace the fuel pump costing $9400. I called Honda to understand why this happened and why they sold me a car that's essentially totalled in 6 months. I was told no wear and tear was detected during the inspection. When I questioned the manager on how an engine can go from showing no issues to needing completely replaced in 6 months, I was told he doesn't have a crystal ball that can tell the future, and nothing could have been seen prior to predict this failure. He later compared his service shop to a doctor's office stating, "doctors practice medicine, here we practice servicing cars". I don't know about you, but I don't want someone to be "practicing" when I am trusting them to provide a safe and reliable car.

    Bought my first car ever this weekend and Julie was AWESOME! She walked out and introduced herself the second I parked my car to see how she could assist me and she was so friendly. I honestly didn't know what I was looking for and wasn't too picky, but once I saw that beautiful Accord, I was IN LOVE. Julie didn't hesitate to let me test drive it and I just knew I wanted to buy it. I really didn't expect to buy a car anytime soon as I just went to the dealership to browse, but I don' t have a single regret.

    I enjoyed working with my sales team of Christie and Rob but other areas of Honda are certainly lacking. The finance person made a mistake on my payment and then and then told me one cost for a warranty program but charged me 4 times that cost on the final bill. No one at Honda seemed to care, no one except my sales people ever bothered to contact me about their possible fraud. I did not get a second key with my new car. At their instruction, I made a service appointment to go get the second key but when I got there the service department had no idea that I had an appointment scheduled even though they sent me the confirming email and no one seemed to know how to make the new key. My crv is fine but I don't trust dealing with this dealership.

    We will never go back to service our car or buy a car from them ever again. Worst customer service ever, and extremely rude from the service reps up to the service manager. First, I’ve been a loyal Honda customer with 6 new Hondas for our family. Took my pilot in for oil change and a brake change on 2 separate occasions and somehow my wheel locks went missing. They were the last ones to service the car and I know I had the locks before that. After a week of calling them with no response, we finally talked to a lady that said to stop down as they found it. We showed up and none of the 6 service reps were willing to help, saying they were “busy” or “in training (???)”. In reality, they were on their cell phones. After waiting for 10- 15mins, a service rep tried to help and acknowledge they may have lost it and needed the manager to approve. The manager then was extremely rude and basically said it was not their end so I was SOL. He wouldn’t compromise for wasting my time. I wasted over 1.5 hrs of my time. Would have just ordered it online if they had said they didn’t have it in the first place. Then they had the audacity to charge me a marked up price on the locks. I realize we are talking about $25 but it’s how you treat you’re customers which wasn’t right!!You have lost a long time customer over a silly thing as a wheel lock, which I just order online for a total on $17.

    Lauren is a great asset to this organization! We did not have a great initial experience, but she jumped into action and turned things around. We purchased a 2010 Honda CR-V for my 16yr old daughter. They advertised it with navigation, but when we arrived it didn’t have it. Lauren worked with her leadership and made it right. I wish the car could’ve been delivered to us as offered, but because of timing it couldn’t happen. All and all, we feel we purchased a quality car from a reputable dealership.     I had a great experience with this dealership, I went in later in the evening, spoke with Chris White, who was awesome and very personable. The purchasing was very effortless, seamless, and very chill from start to finish, Chris seemed genuinely happy to get me in my 2020 Si, and you don't find that in car sales very often anymore. I was in and out in just about 2 hours. A big thank you to Stacey in financing, Chris in sales, and his sales manager for working with me and getting me out the door in a reasonable amount of time!     About 2 weeks ago I went here to look for a new car. This was my first time buying a car from a car lot and to be completely honest, what I thought was going to be one of the happiest moments of my life turned into one of the most stressful. I felt completely taken advantage of because I told them this was my first experience buying a new car (the car I got was a used 2019 civic) and I was alone. I had already obtained financing prior to making an appointment at 9:00am that day.     Sal was the best salesperson we talked to. We had been looking for a car for our son for several weeks and had a lot of interaction with different dealerships and salespeople. Sal was not pushy and if he didn’t know the answer to our question he got it very quickly. We intended to buy a used car from him and ended up leasing a new HRV and buying a née Passport. As for the financing, AJ was great. The information was easy to understand and he answered all of our questions! I would highly recommend Sal, AJ and the sales team at Performance Honda!     I had great help finding the exact car I wanted and color from jay. The car (civic hatchback) had just got dropped off that day and he was still able to get it processed for me in order to drive it off the lot that same day which was awesome!     Ask for Roger M. He's a very decent sales guy that won't mislead you and doesn't pressure you.     I purchased a vehicle in January and am now without a car for myself and 4 young children because the transmission went out. I bought a low cost vehicle but put down my last $2000 in cash. I’m now stuck with a payment and no vehicle. I reached out to the salesperson and was ignored. I received a call back from service but was told I would have to pay all repair costs. I was sold a lemon but the dealer won’t take any responsibility since vehicles are sold “as is”. I just need a safe, reliable vehicle for my family 😭. Make sure you have any vehicle you are thinking of purchasing from here inspected by a trusted mechanic first.

    We hate car shopping, but Angie made it a much more pleasant experience. Had cars pulled up, gassed up, and ready for test drive. Actually found a car she thought we would like and it ended up being the one we purchased! She then had it washed and the tank filled. She was super patient during negotiations and we NEVER felt pressure to make a decision with which we were not comfortable. Great experience. We found not so great reviews about Performance Kings Honda, but we are glad we met Angie and gave it a chance. Ask for her if you decide to car shop here.

    Initially went in looking for a certified pre owned vehicle, and Solomon helped me out. Ended up going for a new car, and was passed over to Jerrell. Both Solomon and Jerrell were beyond helpful and very easy to work with - no high pressure sales tactics and very responsive. The sales process was very straightforward and the price you see on the site is the price you pay. No markups or bait and switch tactics like other dealers in the area (cough…Jeff Wyler…cough).     I am no longer going to have my car serviced here or am I going to buy a car here. My wife took her car in for a recall on her Odyssey. They broke her fuel line and now it will be 3 weeks until we get our car back. They did give us a rental, but then decided to switch it out because they wanted to sell her rental. I understand that accidents happen but this has been quite an inconvenience from the start. I also had my oil change done here a couple weeks ago and I wanted to use the service where they picked up my car. The girl said they could do the service for up to 15 miles away. My house is 16 miles from the dealership so I was denied. One mile meant I had to drive there and drop it off myself. There really should be some gray area there....especially for 1 mile. If I had one word to describe this dealership, it is INCONVENIENT.

    First, because it can be confusing, I need to stress that this is an entirely different building with a completely different staff, than "Performance Kings Honda Used Cars". I have had polar opposite experiences with the two. My experience was PKH (New cars) was 10/10. I purchased a 21 Civic Hatchback sport, and I love it. My salesperson was Matt Falciani and I couldn't recommend him more. If you are in the market for a new Honda, go to Matt, he will take care of you. He was honest, helpful and upfront throughout the process. I actually felt like he was there to help me instead of fleecing me. My finance manager was Jenni Hoskins and she was a delight, and wonderful to work with as well. If you call or visit the dealership, that's the team you want, even if they are busy, ask for them..... Also, avoid AJ (finance manager), and absolutely DONT BUY anything he is trying to sell you (they can't all be great). Stick with Jenni for finance, trust me.

    I have been with Honda for about 3 years now. Recently my old Honda had some problems with it that were a bit on the high end to fix. I worked with Jason and he helped me find a newer car and with a car payment I was comfortable with paying! It was a process to get the car I wanted but Jason was VERY patient, helpful, and understanding! I am Very happy and excited with my purchase!

    If I could, I would give them 6 stars. Brought my Honda in for AC repair...They went above and beyond to get it fixed as soon as possible (thanks, Brandon W!!) Definitely my favorite Honda service in the Cincy metro area and will definitely be back. There are Honda services that are closer to where I live, but definitely worth making the trip.

    I contacted Performance Kings about a used vehicle and explained I would be driving 4 HOURS to look at the vehicle. Before making the drive, I asked that all features be double checked to confirm they were in working order. The salesman confirmed everything worked so I made the 4 hour drive to purchase my 16 year old daughter her first vehicle. When I arrive to inspect the car, I learn I'd been lied to. Not everything works, one interior door handle is broken, the paint is terrible, and the car SHOOK so bad when I started it that I didn't even get to test drive it!! NINE HOURS of my life wasted on their lies and junk vehicle. Stay away!!! They will lie straight to your face, and even put your teenager in a car that they know doesn't run correctly. Terrible car lot and even worse human beings.... you don't have to take my word for it. Just check the reviews. They haven't responded to any of the negative reviews because they know they're true!!

    Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership! I bought a used vehicle back in October 2020 and have already had many issues. First of all the vehicle had rust on the interior doors which they agreed to take care of. Then within a week I had to replace the battery after the salesman told me the battery was new. After my first oil change I noticed a knocking sound in the engine and the car jumped when in idle. I looked at the oil level and the dipstick was dry as a bone. After tire discounters ran their own diagnostics test they discovered the vehicle had an expired recall. I took it back to get worked on since I had purchased the costguard coverage they recommended and instead of fixing the issue they just continue to change the oil and tell me to drive 1000 miles on it over and over again. I’ve taken the vehicle back to them at least three times with this issue and they won’t fix the problem. If you are looking for a vehicle in that area do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, there’s plenty of other dealerships to choose from.

    We went to the dealership on a day when they were short staffed and totally slammed with customers. Joe Jarvis was in on his day off to help out and although he was crazy busy, he still did a very nice job helping us and trying to get us finished up as soon as possible. He was very honest and upfront with us about how long the wait would be but checked in on us the entire time. He even recruited help for us from the new car dealership to try to shorten our wait. Joe did a very nice job of following up with us the next day on some additional information we requested. I would definitely work with Joe again!

Buying a new vehicle, whether it's used or new, can be a difficult process.     I recently purchased a used car from Performance Kings Honda. Tad, the salesperson I worked with, was great. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He wasn't pushy and worked with me to get the payment I wanted. Even a couple days after the sale Tad was willing to answer some questions I had about the vehicle.     Great customer service. Took my Honda in for an oil change and they performed an inspection and changed the oil promptly and on time. They even have a service where they record the inspection they do and you can view it from your phone. I really like this as it shows credibility when issues with your vehicle can arise from inspection. You can see potential issues they may find from the video they provide and record. Very nice. And they let me know my battery was low and I knew it was, but didn't push me to purchase one. I am very pleased and enjoyed the service. There was also staff cleaning the door handles and high touch points with cleaning solution. Great to see that. Good job Kings Honda. I just may buy a car from you guys when it comes time.

    I sent a message inquiring about a vehicle and was promptly contacted the next morning. Kris Wolff answered questions and got me info and did it all through email and text which I preferred. When I was ready for a test drive he made sure he was available and took me through the process all the way through handing me the keys. Kris was great to work with, easy to talk to, friendly, good sense of humor, checked on me when I was waiting for financing.. I would definitely recommend him! Likewise I was impressed by the car lot. The place is huge.. the whole area is Performance Kings and it was kinda neat driving around seeing all the cars until we got to Honda. I was a little nervous..my first time buying a car from a dealer.. but I felt at ease when I walked in. Professional but comfortably casual. Front desk gal was friendly. While I waited I sat in a comfy chair and sipped on free coffee ...across the way was a kids room and while I don't have kids I love the idea. I sat at a table cafe style with Kris to discuss business and that made it seem less stuffy (as opposed to being in a small office doors closed). I was congratulated on my new car by several people as I left and it felt pretty good! Thanks Kris and Performance Kings Honda for outstanding service!
