Huntington Bank 5th St, Barberton

After being told we didn’t need an appointment from Huntington’s customer service, then turned away at the Manchester Road location, I was ready to open our account at Chase, but decided to try another branch first. Brandon, at the Barberton location made time for us to open an account. I am extremely grateful for his understanding of our time while we also understood his, and we appreciated kindness as well.

I when in the branch to start a business account being that I already have a account there no one was in line none of the mangers or desk personnel had anyone at there desk to of the desk personnel was standing in the middle of the floor having a conversation when I walked in,(that's how busy they were) when the manager who didn't have anyone at her desk told me that I had to make a appointment to open a business account and that they would be busy all this week so it would have to be the weekend or next week. This was on Monday. FOR REAL ARE YOU SERIOUSLY GOING TO MAKE ME WAIT THAT LONG. I'm soon but I went to another bank. Maybe they want all of my business 🤔.

Usually waiting like any other business out there this also depends on the hour of the day.. Friendly staff. But the location of this bank sucks. Due to high traffic . Sometimes you have to wait 5- 10 minutes depending on the hour of the traffic. To bad they didn't have their outlet through the parking lot on the right side to get to the light. It would much simpler.

Awesome bank quick and polite staff always take care of everything in a timely and professional manner.

Money goes in but you play hell getting it out

If you want to cash your check you have to have 20 forms of id and your blood drawn

I wasn't notified that my tax check would be held .I called to see what was going on . They put a hold on it cause my husband name was on it and he's not on my account .So now that we signed a release form they tell me 24 48 hours . I called today now it's a 7day hold because it's a fairly new bank account . My daughter bank there and her account only a couple weeks old same check over $500 she got hers the next day she deposited it . Like we're not one of these people out here scamming. We work hard for our money , we had bills that needed to be paid off at a certain time. I will never recommend ANYONE ELSE to this bank I will be closing my account as well as my husband and daughter . Im not happy at all with this bank.

Went there at lunch 12:00 and there's one person working the rest are at lunch seems like a bad time to schedule lounchs..
