Chase Bank Robinson Ave, Barberton

They never have enough staff inside, the people are rude and act like you are imposing when trying to get help. I was told I would have to make an appointment which would take about an hour for them to accept a notarized power of attorney for my dad I was taking care of. Also you can never get a call answered at all. You are told to call an 800 number only to get a recording that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and to call back later and are then disconnected.

I like consistency and I like good customer service I love Jim and Erica! Was there today and it reminded me why I bank with them! They know good old fashioned service with a smile! They are always friendly and always helpful!! I do agree with the other comment here about the ATM machine inside or whatever that is. I'm not old but I am old fashioned when it comes to that - if I wanted to go to ATM I'd drive up to it when I get out and come in that means I want a human to help me and I want comfort in banking by dealing with them not some machine! Please do away with that rediculous theory and definitely don't force your employees to push it on the customers! Value your employees like I do!!

So glad I switched to Chase years ago. I have been happy with the Barberton branch. So far, everyone has been helpful and friendly.

This bank used to be good. Then they switched to the inside ATM which they try and FORCE you to use. Dennis is there to to argue with you and act like a fool if you say that you do not want to use the new machines

Have to wait between 30mins to an Hour for a banker on an average day. Go to a different chase if you can.

had to wait in a line with 3 people for 45 minutes to almost an hour just to cash a check🤦🏻‍♀️

I don't particularly care for Chase Bank, they provide the exact same service that other Banks do, but at a premium. Although I love the people that work at this branch. When you come in they always speak to you they know your name always willing to go above and beyond to figure out your problem and have you walk away with a smile on your face

Manchester branch closed and now waiting in teller line forever for a cashier check because Barberton lobby not open.

I waited for an hour to notarize a paper, then she said the guy who can notarized it is busy now.
