Huntington Bank Center Ridge Rd, North Ridgeville

Stopped in today at about 4:35pm...25 mins before closing time. I have to mention as many of the other reviews the tellers are always polite and friendly. However, the typical experience as it was today this has to be the SLOWEST banking experience I've ever experience at any bank in NE Ohio. I've even watched the customer's in front of me on many occasions while experiencing a painfully long wait and it appeared they were only cashing check(s) or making a withdrawel. Today happened to be the best one yet; two teller's behind the counter both wrapped up in counting money (seemingly wrapping up there day) pretty oblivious to the two customer's waiting for service. After a 6-7 minute wait and no end in sight for getting my banking done I had to walk out the door. If you're in a hurry for your banking needs seriously consider another Huntington branch or another bank.

We have had our account with Huntington for years now. We went to make some changes to our IRA. The teller was excellent but both of the bank officials were absolutely uncooperative. Customer service obviously is not a priority for them.

I would not visit the drive-thru at this location! I am 70 years old and have NEVER experienced a bank making an error until becoming a customer of this bank. Within a month's time period, TWO errors were made by the drive-thru teller--one rather substantial in nature! All the manager, Andy, could say was that they are short-staffed. Should that really be an excuse for making a banking error?? And there was not even a line at the drive-thru. Only one other car was there. Also, we just finished getting a mortgage from Huntington--absolutely the worst process we experienced!! And we have had 5 mortgages from various banks around the country. Needless to say, we are changing banks!

I went to this bank to help set up and maintaining an estate for my recently deceased father. Every time I went there I was sent away. I would go to other Huntington banks and they would be very helpful. Not sure why people at this bank didn’t want to or couldn’t help when other Huntington banks could. I won’t return

Opened my first credit card here and was told it would be interest free for a year. Well a few months later and $80 more in dept, I can confidently tell you I was lied to.

Kristen was amazing and went well above and beyond to help me during a difficult time. She was polite, professional, friendly, and sympathetic despite being very busy. Thank you so much! She made a world of difference!

Every employee here is welcoming and helpful. I had an issue with a business I recently took over management of that resulted in over 40 deposits needing to be made. They all worked with me on a few different days to make sure they got done in a timely manner. Much appreciated and thank you to the team there!

Business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM I show up at 4 PM and the doors are locked. Not so reliable huh!

Can't comment on tellers. However the management is the best around. I was dealing with an issue for month with a branch in Elyria with no success or help, I contacted corporate and they referred me to this branch and the problem was fixed with in a hour. Good customer experience with management team here!

Close to half an hour of waiting in line for the tellers and STILL waiting. I’ve watched 3 cars who got here 5+ minutes after me who are in the other lines already leave. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service. The McDonald’s down the street runs circles around these people.
