Huntington Bank 15 Mile Rd, Fraser

If i could i would give them no starts. I was with them for 12 years. I had two people that try to steal money from my account they did nothing. One person stole from 32000 from me and nothing was done. The second time someone try to hack my account and they close my account for no reason and said i could not bank there her your money back bye. I am on ssdi they lost everything i had. Have nothing. Shame on this bank. It is not my fault that there are scamer and hacker out there. I am just trying to live my life. If i was you i would never leave my money there or trust them. That is how i feel.good luck everyone

Huntington used to be a great bank now I’m lucky if I can find one atm that actually works once a week. Usually if you drive around to four different locations you will get lucky and find one that actually works.

ATM out of order for months. I called and asked if it's working and she says "as far as she knows" so I take another trip up there and still out of order.

They showed interest in solving a problem.

I can't tell you how many times thier ATM hasn't been working. Seems typical of most Huntington Banks in the area.

This is the worst huntington bank I've ever been to. The tellers here treat you as if your requests are an inconvenience to them. Made a complaint with corporate about a situation and the corporate lady AGREED with me because the person was so rude to her when she called to talk to them, she actually filed a complaint with her directly. Her advice-- go to another huntington. Really sad because the girls at the huntington at 15 and Garfield were amazing. Really disappointing since this is the closest one to my house. Every time I go I give it another chance and I'm disappointed every time. Also this last trip, I was withdrawing money and told the teller I wanted money from my savings account (a larger sum- so couldn't use the ATM) and they pulled it from the wrong account. I have the online banking app so I was able to transfer quickly but just another reason not to go to this bank. Would have given one star but I'm giving it 2 stars ONLY for the fact that the corporate huntington and every other huntington bank I've been at has been so accommodating and nice.

There used to be 4 Huntington atms within a mile. Now there's one, and it seriously runs out of money or breaks at least twice a week. Huntington used to rock. Now they're slipping and I don't think they'll ever be the same. Probably won't stay with them.

I have been doing business and personal banking with Huntington Bank for well over 30 years. I had a excellent relationship with the 15 Mile & Utica branch but unfortunately it closed down and sent me to the Huntington Bank (old TFC Bank) on 15 mile & Utica Road. On Friday 10/29/21 @ 10:55am I went to cash a check at the drive up stall. I waited over 5 minutes and finally the lady rudely told me they have customers in the lobby that have to be taken care of first and didn’t even let me talk and left so I’m waiting another 8 minutes and this lady rudely stated she needed my drivers license to cash my check. I started to tell her that I have several accounts with Huntington but she rudely stopped me in my conversation and said drivers license please. OMG

The bank only works until noon is unbelievable and unthinkable ???

The ATM is down a couple times a month. Currently, the ATM has been down for over a week. You would think they would replace the machine if it’s broke in a timely manner… Thinking about switching to Chase due to all the issues with the ATM.
