Huntington Bank E 10 Mile Rd, Warren

Came to this location to help my nephew open his first bank account ever which is supposed to be an exciting time. There were 3 people there but they said they had no banker. I was told to go to the next location which was the Hoover branch to open the account. I asked them if they could call or message the branch to see if they had someone available and was told “they have someone, just go there. Or you can call”. This was so rude as it would’ve only took them a second to call and they weren’t busy. I drove all the way to the Hoover branch (after attempting to call and no one answered) just for them to tell me they don’t know if their banker will have time and she won’t respond to us. Mind you this was all occurring between 9:30 and 10, they don’t close until 12!! We couldn’t open it online and phone reps told us they couldn’t open it either since it’s his first account. I’m really considering leaving Huntington myself because it just seems to have gone wayyyyy down!!

February 5, 2022 Today, I was very disappointed in my service and this is the 3rd time I had a bad experience at this location. I seat in the drive-through for over 45-50min, one line open with 7 cars in front of me for the black lady bank teller to tell me they were closed and wasn't accepting any more cars behind the line that I had never seen. The car in front of me was seen and they were also behind the line when they shut the light off but were able to complete their transition. It's sad because All them cars were in line when I got in line at 11:10 am and they don't close till 12 pm. An it was after 12pm when she took the car in front of me. If she wasn't so slow doing transactions I probably would have been able to complete mine. So I will not be using this location in the future. I just continue to use the one in Hamtramck where I am respected as a customer. Although the Hamtramck location doesn't have a drive-through anymore im okay with that. My experience has always been good and i'm always treated we'll even when they had a drive-through.

All the staff today except one Hispanic young lady,(I'm black) were rude, unpleasant and apparently irritated with having to work with ppl. This is not what I'm used to with Huntington. I only came in because I had to and I just moved in the area. I will directly go bank to our old one several miles away. How rude!

Horrible! Horrible! They have ATM and non of those 2 ATM works or can't withdraw no money! How sad!!! Needs more improvement! Don't even waste your time going to the ATM here because they don't let you withdraw money!

Terrible & slow service. The manager Sam, who's doing his best impression of the Kool-Aid Man cant open the bank on time or do his job properly. Fire him already or lose even more customers!

Huntington is the worst bank I have ever banked with. On more than one occassion a charge comes out but then 3 days the merchant is saying that they weren't paid and Huntington is claiming to have put the money back in my account because the merchant didnt take it but there is no record of it anywhere, not my statements, not my app not the website. I was basically told none of the account balance information is correct and is absolutely not correct on the weekends as the federal reserve bank is not open then. I have never been at a bank that has this many issues with merchants not taking my money. Then to top it off I have been declined places using my pin and all they can say is it the merchants fault. I told her she sounded like a bad breakup. I will never bank with them again.

In general Hunnington Bank has proven to be the most incompetent institution I have ever delt with. This is the 4th location i have attempted to open an account at and have been meet with inability to do the one job you expect from a bank. Take my money and open an account. Gas is not cheap. Why should I make a 5th trip?

Long lines on both the drive through and inside... And no one seems to care. They get paid by the hour and it shows. If you don't have enough staff.. Close this location like you've done so many others. Gone are the days of good customer service for Huntington Bank.. They've gotten too big and forgotten us little people.

Terrible service they truly try to go slow it seems dosnt matter what your going for your spending nearly a hour thair how are they still open?? 2.4 review why don't u just close it??

Slowest bank I have ever been to. Every single time. This location is horrible.
