Huntington Bank S High St, Columbus

The drive up atms hardly ever work for deposits. Working in the service industry, I like to deposit my cash right after my shift, but there always seems to be an issue with one or both of the machines. There’s another drive up atm machine about a mile away and it’s more reliable, but it has issues as well. The people that work here are great, but because of my needs, I am going to have to switch banks.

Absolute worst customer service and on-line assistance of any bank I've ever dealt with. Have to send payments registered mail and they still don't process. Changed to 3 stars after Huntington banker called to apologize and made things right on my recent issues.

Friendly and polite drive-thru staff very helpful and attentive.

Great location for handling your banking needs and getting grocery shopping done.

Second time here. Both times I watched the seasons change. Don't go here unless you have to.

Two weeks, still cannot have access to my account from First Merit. I have spent over 10 hours over the previous two weeks at this branch and no help, no customer service and I cannot wait to not do business here ever again. I do not recommend this Huntington branch in any way.

Fees are ridiculous for cashing checks without an account. They have waived some fees for me at times but I feel I shouldn't have been charged the fees in the first place.

Note that the Kroger branch is not at 600 S. High St., but there is a new Huntington branch at 600 S. High St., too.

Although the people who work there are very nice, the service is very slow and there is always a wait.
