WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN They require you pay them thru a 3rd party portal but you can NEVER access the details of your loan (acct# / Bal Owed, etc) and three weeks of trying to reach them has been fruitless. Never answer phones, do not respond to phone messages or email. I'm locked out of their system (but not the PAY system) I have no idea what I still owe, or even if it's already paid off. I have never been treated this bad by ANY financial institution. If you have any other choice take it.

Over the length of my loan I've made multiple calls to try to get answers or resolution on certain things. I get told that I've either called the wrong office, the person I need to specifically speak with isn't there/isn't available, been placed on hold for 45+ minutes to have the phone hung up, and multiple emails that go unanswered. I'm not asking for much other than the information any reputable bank should provide. Cannot wait until this loan is paid off, because I'll never be using them again.

This bank is SO shady. We had a 4 wheeler loan through them. You can't get a straight answer. No one answers the phone in the loan department. Additionally, you can't see your payments online. You have to call each time to speak with anyone. They refuse to transfer from one person to another. You can't speak with anyone.

This bank has terrible customer service. When trying setup auto pay monthly their system set it to every Monday. When I called and talked to them they acknowledged the issue but refused to return the money that they weren’t supposed to have anyway due to their “policies”. They refused to help solve the issue and was rude on the phone. If you bank with them, do NOT do auto pay

Absolute horrible bank, can't get in touch with anyone. They repod ny car because their auto payments got screwy finalky gor in contact with someone and sent over the payment including late fees and missed payments and they say i need to wait 10 business days before they release although the payment shows it's processed. Absolute joke of a bank and customer service

Dealt with this place for a car loan and their customer service and professionalism is extremely poor on several different occasions. They were unwilling to work with me on a miscommunication where I tried to pay off my car loan early but was charged a fee for doing so. I wanted to avoid the fee and either get a refund to continue to pay monthly or just put that payment towards the next few months. The lady who was extremely rude pretty much told me, too bad the payment had already been processed a week ago.

Terrible bank. Set up auto and had issues with a late fee that kept building, when I'd call was told system was down consistently. So late fees kept accumulating, finally when someone called me to resolve the issue the banks policies are late fees are held in place till a years worth of payments. Woman who I spoke to was rude about it

Great bank to deal with. Have dealt with them for many years.
