Very friendly and awesome seeming staff! That being said was quoted $5 dollars for a game. Game was missing case so asked if they could do $3. Came back and said actually it’ll be $20. That is nearly what the game would cost in that condition at a boutique game store. One does not go to a pawn shop to pay market value and it’s bad business to backpedal on prices. Either have standardized pricing for all games or put a sticker on each game to avoid confusion. Both of these are the common practice at most pawn shops. Will not be back.

The service and professionalism they provide was not only jaw dropping, but a lost profession of customer service. Not only was I treated with kindness, but also fairly. I received more than what I asked for under the clerk's suggestion. I am definitely recommending this place to friends and family
