Huntington Bank Saginaw St, Flint

Patrick is by far the worst person I have ever interacted with. He made me and my mother feel uncomfortable as if we were doing something wrong and would not help my mother who has dementia and did not understand his questions.I would avoid Huntington bank all together.

dealt with them on a loan could not commit to any thing. were 30 days past first promise date and called it a slight delay.. .they are useless.. lied and made excuses. called loan officers boss and he defended her behavior. second time i have dealt with Huntington. they were just as incompetent on the first time. when i complained i was told "alot has changed in the last couple years and our people are not up to speed"... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

Went inside to have a bank statement sign lady was rude behind front desk said I had get a fax from main office in Ohio and it takes up to two days I went to another Huntington bank in Grand Blanc manager sign the statements without any problems I wasted an hour driving back and forth close out my account

Great bank, needs more staff but love the current staff

Really need more than two tellers here. There’s always a long wait.

The guy Patrick who helped my elderly mother and i is the most inconsiderate and demeaning person I have came encounter with. My mother has dementia and needs things explained to her and over the years her signature does not match as perfect as it did years ago. But to look me in the face and say I don't know what your trying to pull here but I'm not authorizing any transactions. I mean wow. I will be pulling my mother's money out of your bank as soon as I can and will never do business with you again nor will I ever recommend you to anyone. Hopefully this is not the practice of all Huntington employees.

This place takes way too long to process transactions, equipment failures and poor banking advice should be expected here

When does the lobby open back up and December of 2020. Please someone let me know.

I've had at least 3 employee walk past me with a line of people waiting no wonder they have a 2.3 user review laughed when I saw that...
