Huntington Bank Plymouth Rd, Minnetonka

took me three times to close my personal and business accounts here. as a security professional, i couldn't help but point out the obvious risk of having glass office walls facing a waiting area. any bystander could easily see the keystrokes and details of everything that was on the screen of the banker. when i shared my concern on the way out, the teller told me that the screen privacy filter they have available makes it "difficult" for the banker to see the screen so she doesn't use it. i'm glad i don't bank at a place that places the comfort of their employees over the banking security (and health) of their customers. they also don't enforce a mask policy.

Website clearly states you can go to any Huntington location and ask for a voided check. Went here and they said they don't print voided checks. Staff is nice, but this was super inconvenient and a waste of time. Website needs to be updated.

The Ridgedale branch staff are all great. Everything I've needed (deposits, teller checks, questions about my account, notary service) they've gone above and beyond. I've tried other branches around the metro, none compare to here.

Nothing but issues with Huntington. They will hold your money hostage for mistakes on their end. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
