    Chris Wright and Kristin in finance are both so wonderful to work with. They were super helpful on answering all the car and finance questions since my friend’s daughter is buying her very first car on her own, they were able to find the best interest rate to make all these work. Chris was also very responsive even answered our questions after we purchased the car.     Went into Morrie’s to look at a new vehicle as my old Mazda was totaled from an accident. Was greeted while looking at the floor models and transferred over to Ian Kyte. Ian was such a tremendous help with choosing the right (perfect) Mazda for our needs. He answered all the questions we had as well as walked through the whole process. Even when we were picking up the vehicle the next day he checked in and made sure we had our questions answers and our needs met with the new vehicle. Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Allie was also super helpful with the financing by walking us through the process and meeting our financial goals. She was also super friendly, professional and amazing. Would for sure go back to have these two help with any car needs!! Thank you again Morrie’s for my Mazda!

    Needed a car ASAP so I reached out about a used 2019 Camry SE on the lot. I spoke with Greg over the phone and he had me come in that same day for a test drive! It was great learning the car with him and once the test drive was finished I pulled the trigger. The car was very slick! Allie got me all squared away with the financing and service options. It was a long evening but everyone stayed late to help get me through the process! I returned the next day to pick up the car and I couldn't have been happier!     First I do want to stay the staff and amenities are quite nice and that part of the experience was great. The part that was a nightmare was our wait time. We had an appointment for 2 to buy out our lease. Meaning we didn't have a trade in or anything. Just needed to sign paperwork with no negotiations and get the loan situated. For starters we showed up and it took us 10 minutes just to get someone to help us. We had to find someone to get us taken care of. It took 2.5 hours to finally get into the office and get the loan finalized. We were left waiting in the lobby area until then with rare check ins. 3 hours later we finally got done. The staff was helpful, but this should not take this long when the price is already determined when you show up.

    My experience with Morries Minnetonka (MAZDA) staff was very positive. I was was not treated like another number coming across their table. Besides that, the process from phone interactions, test drive, paperwork was all painless and straight forward. I don't know if it was a slow day or what, but that was the best experience I've had with a large dealership.

    Curt and team were fantastic! I want to take a few moments to recognize the amazing customer service of Morries Minnetonka Mazda. Let's start with Curt. The sales process was smooth, low pressure, friendly, and informative. Curt was very kind and easy to work with. Everyone go see Curt for your next car purchase. Thank you Curt! Used Car Manager: I don't know your name, but I want to publicly thank you for taking care of us. I greatly appreciate you. It's pretty rare to find amazing customer service these days and you can tell that this place is run well and by really caring people. Situation: We purchased a used Audi last week. Right away we noticed an issue with the drivers door not locking. Even though they probably didn't have to, and definitely don't specialize in Audi's they went out of there way to take care of this for us. The service department staff was friendly and easy to work with. Thank you all for your help. I bought my first new car ever from Morries in 2003 and between me and my family we have probably purchased a dozen other cars from Morries Mazda or Ford over the years and this is another reason why.     By far one of the best dealership experiences ever. As a former car salesman I am pretty nervous going into dealers because I know the true cost of things, yet I am not a confrontational person so I don’t like speaking up. Let me start by saying I purchased a brand new vehicle as a cash out-of-state deal, not very appealing to dealers ( I had multiple dealers turn down the deal because of it). With me coming from out of state they were able to do EVERYTHING over the phone and so efficiently. Curt (my salesman) even contacted me on his off day to make sure everything was put together and I could receive my car as soon as possible. I had so many crazy request (dont detail, leave the stickers, don’t wash, ect) and every single one up them was held up to on the highest standard. When I got there, the vehicle has multiple signs in it saying those things to make sure it didn’t happen. Curt did an amazing job explaining every feature on the vehicle and showing every last thing. The General Manager Justin was absolutely amazing as well. He came up to me and greeted me within minutes of me being in the dealership.Not to mention he took the initiative to go put gas in the vehicle to make sure I could get out of there quickly! I have never seen a General Manager leave their desk let alone go put gas into a customers vehicle. Prior to me arriving he was also so quick to answer any and all questions I had via email or phone. Lastly, Barb the New Car Manager was absolutely amazing. She also walked up and introduced herself and well as gave me constant updates while the sales person and general manger were still setting up for me to go into the business managers office. I felt more than welcome at this dealership. Like I stated before, I was an out-of-state cash deal, yet never once did I few treated as less than.Price isn’t everything when you get this amazing of customer service, but I feel as if it shouldn’t go unseen in this situation. Every other dealer I reached out to tried to charge me 5-10k over MSRP yet I was charged almost 1k under MSRP here! I was absolutely shocked! A dealership that still has respectable prices , and phenomenal customer service, it’s a no brainer where you should purchase your next vehicle.If I ever buy another vehicle I know who I will call first. Thanks guys!

    Overall experience was okay.... Brennan was our sales guy and we was great. He answered questions and was professional. The finance guy was not. He was very pushy for us to get the extended warranty. Would not recommend dealing with him.

    I'd give Morrie's and Frederick Noble 5 stars but the way in which the car industry is selling cars (and this comment goes for Walser, Luther, AutoNation and all the large dealers - I've visited them all the last six weeks), I give 0 stars. Once I got to Frederick and onsite staff at Morries, it was great; but for me the lack of supply and an increased demand for used cars made this process way more difficult than it should be.

    Bought a used car from this location, after driving it straight home I took it to my local dealership to have a multi point inspection done. They informed me the rotors were badly warped and brake pads had nearly zero life left on them. None of this was provided to me at the time of sale and because of this I had to pay $800 out of pocket to remedy the situation. Morrie's refused to provide any assistance.

    Excellent service from this dealer. I was acknowledged by 3 different people when I arrived at the dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The showroom is clean and inviting.     Avoid this service center like the plague, unless you want to be scammed out of money. Got an airbag recall “fixed”, but immediately after the service, my airbag light kept flashing. After I brought it back in, they said it would cost me >$300 to fix the issue that undoubtedly caused.

    Steven Evans and Morries Mazda was a joy to work with and really made my car buying experience feel personal and cared about. I was hesitant about some discrepancies on my used car purchase and they were more the willing to help and calm my nerves about the purchase.     Salesperson (Robert) was great and low pressure. However, the finance guy went on for about 20 minutes about upgrading my warranty on the certified pre owned car I was buying. It caused the entire process of purchasing a car to take longer.

    Entire sales experience was subpar and full of tiring hassles. Their advertised best price first and great inventory selection is seldom found. By 7/22/21 I stopped at the dealership late afternoon and wanted to check out a CX-5. Their sales person initially got a different trim and color that I preferred. After my request for specific color and options he pulled out a Silver vehicle and told there is no Grey color option available and might cost more. After going through their sales proposal and their pressure to sign off immediately to avoid car being sold out I had to wait for a total of over 4 hours with no progress and after 8:30 PM they told me the sale could not be complete due to technical difficulties. Next day I noticed a Grey vehicle in stock with another dealership at even lower price but the sales person again told me only that the color option is available only with Turbo at 2K extra. Then I was told I will have the best possible price offered. While I was signing off the silver vehicle, I noticed the Grey vehicle I asked for was parked right next to the car they showed to me. Then they said it's already reserved for an employee there. Just by next day the vehicle with color choice I asked for was showing up in their dealership website at over 2K lower. I was totally shocked and immediately reached out to their sales team but had to wait for another day due to holiday and check up again. I stopped by there by next day to get a reasonable solution on the price and color choice but to my shock I was told nothing else could be done as I already signed off. After a long wait again I had to make a tough choice and return the vehicle with a 190 fee which adds to the pain of already not getting the car I liked. Overall the experience was extremely painful and I had to go through a lot of mental agony and regret my decision. Adding to all these , there was a lot of upselling pushes. There had been no response after conveying the same in feedback to management. Even with such a great product from Mazda the purchase couldn't be complete due to lack of transparency and customer friendliness at the dealership.

    They are kind here, but they also will come out and assume the sale by placing signature forms in front of you to move the sale along in their favor. Shady if u don't know what is going on. Ask questions on every form in front of you. Think about how much u researched before buying.

    I was given such great rates for leasing my new CX-5!!! Jake was excellent! He gave me an awesome price for my trade in -best I have found after talking to dozens of dealers. He treated me with respect and listened to my needs. And I also got the best leasing price after talking to dozens of dealerships about pricing of leasing.     Jordan was so great and knowledgeable while helping me pick out my Mazda CX-5! I got exactly what I wanted for the price we expected. My only complaint was that we were sitting around for the business manager to pay and sign all the contracts for over an hour. We were told we were next to meet with him, and when he came over to check on us he said it would be 10 more minutes and it was another 30. We made our decision by 2-2:15 and couldn’t leave until after 5.

    Stopped by to get information on what the lease-end process is like. Just wanted to know if I had to do anything before returning the car, and when I was able to return it. Before I was even finished saying what I was there for, the woman at the front desk was trying to talk me in to a new vehicle. Mind you, not even a salesperson, and I'm already being sold to. I had already sorta made up my mind on the vehicle I wanted, but this completely killed any chance Morrie's Mazda had of getting my business. Left a very bad taste in my mouth, and ultimately is the reason I won't be returning. About a minute into the conversation, she took a personal call and then proceeded to call a salesperson over. She told the salesperson that I was looking for a new vehicle, when in fact I was just looking for info on how to return my lease. The salesperson then spent nearly close to an hour trying to find paperwork on my lease all the while leaving me sitting there twiddling my thumbs. Then the salesperson immediately started in on what new vehicle they were gonna get me into. My request for the information I went there for went completely ignored. Out of courtesy, I agreed to test drive some vehicles since I was already there. The salesperson made assumptions about what I wanted based on my previous vehicle, despite that I'm in an entirely different income bracket now and can afford something much nicer. While I was waiting, I was spoken to by at least four other salespeople who were eyeing me the entire time as I was waiting. I test drove two vehicles, both of which were very short and did not give me anywhere near enough time to get a feel for the vehicle. Was also not a fan of taking the test drive with the salesperson in the car, just didn't feel comfortable driving the car how I wanted to drive it with someone I didn't know in the car. I was told to make it quick because they were closing soon - which is true, but I found it a rude thing to say to a potential customer. I had just come from another dealership and they allowed me a solo test drive for as long as I wanted. I spent probably an hour driving and felt significantly more informed about the vehicle I was considering purchasing. In total, I think I spent maybe 15 minutes test driving two vehicles, after sitting with my hands in my pockets for over an hour and a half. I never received the information I came for and even after emailing the salesperson directly I did not get clear answers on what I asked about. The salesperson I worked with did not respect my time, and that matches my experience from when I got my lease originally three years ago. Overall I'm not impressed with the sales process at Morrie's Mazda and will not be taking my business there in the future unless I'm absolutely forced to.

    I have never left a negative review, this is a first for me. But now that I have had a moment to process what happened, I will share with any discerning customers willing to listen: We had one of the strangest, most frustrating experiences ever at Morries Mazda of Minnetonka. I am not using hyperbole when I say it was downright bizarre. Our patience and willingness to be graceful was pushed like never before. The experience took over four hours. The salesman was completely confused as well as confusing. There was clearly something wrong in the way he processed questions and relayed information. He couldn't answer some of the most basic questions and spent no time explaining anything which was left up to the business manager who was a high pressure, fast talker who understood that they were in control at 10 PM at night. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of Mazda dealers.

    I purchased a new cx-9 and had an oil light come on while in another state and the indifference I received in assistance for what to do with the car that has less than 6500 miles is disappointing. Don’t bother paying for maintenance plan because if you have trouble they do nothing to help you find a local dealership to resolve the issue. I got a new car so on long road trips would not have to worry and it didn’t seem to matter to them. Update: after spending 1.5 hours of my vacation time at a dealership that was more helpful than Morries it sounds like my oil was not properly filled and was a bit low, just that hopefully. So their poor service combined with poor customer service when I called is extremely disappointing.

    Undoubtedly 5 star. Best used car buying experience. Jim Block was best in sales. The insights he provides and his transparency resulted in undoubtedly the best car buying experience. The whole office was so busy in the business but everyone were so orderly friendly professionals. There was no deliberate waiting time unlike the dealers. Financial department was quick too. Highly recommended!!!

    I took my car in to fix a ghost touch issue that had a recall on it. They tested it and weren't able to replicate the issue so they couldn't fix it under the recall. I was a little annoyed that I ended up spending the time to bring my car in for nothing (though they did check over my car and give it a wash it desperately needed). After I left, my car showed the issue a few times, so I persisted on getting it repaired. They agreed to have it looked at again, and ended up just replacing the screen without needing to test it again. The entire time the staff were friendly and helpful, they were just following procedure. Also, they washed my car (again) and sent me on my way. Thanks a ton to the staff at Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda, I really appreciate it!

    I just bought a X3 bmw from this dealership and let me tell you the experience was phenomenal! My credit is a bit shaky but I make good money so I wanted to treat myself to something nice to ride to work in. My sales consultant jake was amazing! He Walid and barb worked with me for about 4 hours and fought to make sure I could get myself into that car! I told them I really wanted that one in particular and they didn’t budge with the lenders and provided amazing customer service! The car had to be serviced and they made sure it was fixed, detailed and ready for me to drive with no issues. I def recommend this location to anybody looking for an amazing sales team and finance department. They actually care! Thanks again for putting me in an amazing vehicle that I love driving around the cities!

    Friendly staff, but buying process takes forever in our case. Today we finally wanted to pick up the car (2018 CX9), but the car was not ready as promised two days before and the second key is unclear when it might be available. Today was the fifth (!) time to come to Mories and we still don‘t have the car. Rather frustrating buying experience. On top of that, finance offered various packages and guaranties, which would have summed up to over 14.000$(!!!) if all were taken. That is almost 50% of the car. I can understand hey buying a car at some dealers is not considered fun…

    Horrible sales service. I chose a 2018 CX-9. They asked me to fill the application. Finance called and approved everything and said will get you a APR shortly. I said ok lets close the deal - then no call back or response. Next day I call in and the sales person is off and no one contacts me till the following day. Apologies the car sold on Monday night. Wasted my time and also credit checks for no reason.

    I bought a Cx5 Grand Touring in July, and I've still not gotten all the "I owe you" services taken care of. Not to mention when we were in the process of buying the car I specifically asked to have the application sent to Chase and chase alone. I was advised that would be the case and it would be done, instead I have 7 inquiries on my credit report. When asked I was told it was soft inquiries which is a lie, they're hard inquiries. I could've just applied with Chase and get the car. Why state you can if you can't My wife has a 2014 cx5 she wants to trade in and upgrade but I will not be going back to Morries Minnetonka.

    I had an amazing experience buying my car. Everyone was so nice and helpful. If we had questions they were pretty quick to find out and give us an answer. We had Ian as a sales associate and he did an amazing job showing us all the different functions and everything for the car and answering any questions we had about it. Overall I had a great buying experience and if I ever wanted to get another or different car in the future (but it might be a while I love the car I got.) I will definitely be coming back.

    We had a great experience buying a used SUV. Laura, our salesperson, was extremely friendly and overall it was a smooth process. The car was in excellent condition. I even had it inspected after purchase and the mechanic was impressed by the shape of the components. They were not too pushy with financing or warranties. Only note I have is that they were busy so it was a little slow. Had to wait quite a bit but that's pretty normal for a dealer. (Edited to add summary)

During the inspection, she's telling me to hurry up because there are other people behind me. It's my time and if they scheduled appointments close together, that's on them. I would not buy another car from them.

    I had the best experience buying my car at Morrie's. What started as a very stressful situation was quickly turned into something positive and fun. Alfonso made sure to talk with me first about what I was looking for before showing me any cars and was very considerate of the budget I had in mind. He went above and beyond with every aspect of this process. I never felt pressured to make a certain decision either. Once I had it narrowed down to two cars, they walked through the two options to make sure I was comfortable making my final decision. I am so happy with my car and the service I received.     Do not bring your car here! I brought mine here for 8 oil changes in a row after purchasing it. On oil change #7, the tech tried telling me that the drain plug just "stopped fitting" in the oil pan. I asked for a manager, he said no one was there. Called the next day and they didn't let me speak with anyone either. I now have to pay for a stripped oil pan that they broke with their careless work.

    I came in here knowing the car I wanted and was expecting an easy process. My salesman was very nice, and so was the second gentleman that helped me with financing. However, I did not like the business manager I was working with. After multiple times of me declining their extended warranty ("wraparound" coverage, they call it), she seemed condescending and said how I was making a huge mistake by not taking it. She also wasn't very transparent on the cost of the vehicle with these services included, and I had to pry for the actual cost (I want total financed amount, not just the monthly payment). All in all, I spent an extra 20 minutes here than I needed to arguing about the extended warranty. I'll admit, she did her job well, and earned the commission, because I finally took the bait and opted for the warranty. I would have preferred if she just accepted my decision and moved on, but hey, you gotta pay the bills somehow!

    Things were fine overall. The dealer kept disappearing to work with another buyer as well as other 'things'. It seemed to take a long time to finish things up once I decided on a purchase. I never saw the dealer again until I was waiting for the vehicle to be done with the final detailing. Then, it showed a low tire so waited quite a while for that. Now, I'm taking a closer look at the paperwork, and it shows a trade in value of $750 which was their first offer. They came back with an offer of $1,250. Now I have to deal with that!!! I also received a very kind email afterwards that was apparently a typical formatted email because when I replied I never received an answer. I had also emailed on a number of other things and never received an answer! I don't even know who to make my payments to! I thought it was a great experience, but looking at all of this it really was quite poor. Sad when a person spends that much money and it's not a perfect experience.

    Out of state buying experience was very good! Huge shoutout to Steven Evans - he was awesome to work with in a very short turnaround time on a great vehicle for us! During the initial contact, Steven shared a couple videos with us and they really hit the mark - if you get a chance to work with him, I’d feel confident saying that you would not be disappointed. Our finance guy was very knowledgeable and got us in and out quickly, so thanks for that! I would say that the pitch for the extended warranty was a little awkward, and when we declined it, it felt like he was noticeably disappointed and made the signing of papers a little uncomfortable. But, in the end, we are super happy with our new vehicle. Lonnie - while the finance discussion was quick, the hard sell on the warranty was a little off-putting. A better experience there would have been the difference.

    Buying my new Mazda from Minnetonka Mazda was like buying from family! It was so effortless! They work with you, they want you to have a great experience, and they listen to you. Jim, our salesman, was amazing! We started at the Brooklyn Center location and had a horrible experience. We were treated like our business didn't matter and that we didn't matter. We live in the north suburbs and tried the Brooklyn Center for convenience. Very happy we drove down to Minnetonka! They paid us fair value for our previous vehicle and gave us a great price on our new one. Highly recommend!

    As usual my experience at Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda was first rate. Sales and service are excellent! The accommodations make bringing my laptop and working during my appointment easy and trouble free. This is the sixth car purchase by myself or my family with Curt and he is simply the best there is.     Disappointing service (albeit overall not awful) and some typical "car salesman" type experiences but nice workers. Was wanting to love it here more than I have but satisfied with the car (thus far) at least.

    The sales experience was fine but I had a post sales experience that was really unfortunate. Right after purchasing a car and driving it home I noticed that an emblem on the back was missing. To the best of my knowledge it was there when we had looked at the car earlier. I contacted the sales person thinking that this would be a simple fix, hoping that they could send me a replacement. Even though I had purchased an entire car from them not 12 hours prior they wouldn't send me an emblem that probably costs about $20. Not exactly what I would consider great customer service. Even if the car truly was missing the emblem when it was purchased, it would have cost Morrie's almost nothing to create a great customer experience, but that's not what happened.

    Worked with Jim Block at Morrie's and had a genuinely wonderful car buying experience - best ever by far. But what's truly remarkable, from my perspective, is that I didn't think of myself as a very 'valuable' customer. I was there with my 18 yo daughter, looking for a solid, reliable and *inexpensive* used car. But we were treated like we were buying a top of the line new car. Jim took the time to find out what was important to us and then made a great recommendation. No pressure - just good info (and a long test drive). I can't overstate how impressed I was. Thanks Jim!

    From the moment I inquired online about a car, I felt valued as a customer! I was referred to Danny Truong. Since I was out of state, he provided me with video and pictures of the car, and answered all of my questions. Danny and Jim Partin handled working with my credit union out of state and the sale went through timely and professionally! I flew out to MN to pick up the car and drove it home to Colorado.     Probably the best experience I could have had shopping for my car on my own for the first time. Mario was a great guy and talking to him was more akin to talking to a friend than a car salesman, Barb was also very nice and helpful with my trade and stuff like that. I definitely look forward to dealing with Morrie's throughout the life of my new cx-5.

    I have known Curt for almost 30 years incredible young man bought many cars from him over the years my experience with Morries was unbelievably smooth everybody was fantastic Barb, Alley, Curt wonderful people. The paperwork was smooth as silk, after the sale great information on the vehicles options. I haven't had service like this since the last car I bought through Curt. If you want the no haggle deal get it through a great guy, tell Curt Randy sent you!!! Btw I got a beautiful 6, dark blue sand interior smooth as silk a beautiful car, a long way from the first car I bought from Curt a 1991 plymouth colt.

    This was what I thought was an honest working car dealership, but they would rather take advantage of a disabled person that has a limited income. We have purchased many vehicles from this dealership and the last one I got is a very nice vehicle, and I didn't have to drive it straight to my mechanics after buying it. When I get home I noticed I had a email from the dealership saying that they had dropped the price on the vehicle and I called them right away and they gave me the run around for the next week, Curt said that I had overpaid on the car and they were going to send me the difference but I still haven't heard from them, they knew that the price was dropped when I showed up to test drive it cause the date on the email was from the previous day. It is only 700 dollars but for a disabled person that is a lot of money, I guess they need it more than me. Save money and take your business elsewhere like we are.

    Joseph, while we do appreciate the feedback there are 2 sides to every story. The vehicle you bought from us was from a different dealer and we had to pay their advertised price to get the car for you. The email you received was an automated price drop email from that other dealership. Unfortunately since we did the deal the day before the price drop we had to pay the higher price also. This precludes us from being able to get the lower price and passing it on to you. I realize that this doesn't make you feel any better but I just wanted you to understand how it happened. Lonnie P.     ***UPDATE 04/23/2021*** Andrew reached out to me from Morrie's and was GREAT, he took care of me - thank you Andrew.***END OF UPDATE*** ***ANOTHER UPDATE 04/20/2021*** It has now been one week since the GM responded to my review and still no contact from Morrie's.***END OF UPDATE*** ***UPDATE 04/16/2021*** I appreciate the response from Lonnie P., the General Manager, however - it is 3 days later and I still have not received a call from anyone at Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda. ***END OF UPDATE*** BAD USED CAR EXPERIENCE. I bought a used car here and picked it up on Monday, May 22nd. Upon getting home, I realized the unlock button on the key fob did not work. I called the dealership the next day and asked for the used car manager; I was transferred and left a detailed message with the issue and my call back information. I waited a few days and did not receive a callback; I called again that Thursday, again asking for the used car manager and again leaving a detailed message with the issue and my call back number. Again, no callback; instead, I received a voicemail from the salesperson from their personal cell phone. I returned the call and left a detailed message for the salesperson, and once again - no return call. I called the dealership again and asked for the salesperson; I was transferred and was actually able to speak to them. Of course, the response was, I don't have that authority, I'll need to talk to the used car manager - well, I thought that in the first place, and that is why I called the used car sales manager. The salesperson said they would talk with the manager and call me back. Well, that was a week ago, and it is now Sunday, April 11th - nearly three weeks later and no answers. I said I hoped they would work with me in all of my messages and put me in touch with the Ford dealership that Morrie's owns just down the road. The main issue with the key fob not working is that when you unlock using the key, you have to start the vehicle right away to avoid the alarm from going off - very annoying. I can't recommend anyone buying used from Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka based on their customer service after the sale.

    Overall a great experience with the sales person Ian. Went to multiple car dealerships within the day and Mazda was our choice. They had the best deal and worked with us on pricing and our trade in. Ian was very patient and made sure my wife got into a safe car for the upcoming family we are going to have. He went over all the options to make sure we would get a great car for a great price. I would recommend him. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a $1900 rental charge on the lease. I asked multiple times if there were any additional fees such as this being rolled into the cost. Ian assured us that it would not. By the time we were signing everything it was around 10pm. And the lady wasn’t super thrilled at me asking about every charge that wasn’t explained to me. All in all, I got the best damn deal I felt they could give me. Thank you.

    Originally went to look at a coupe style vehicle. Wind up finding a very nice 2016 Honda. They worked with me and made it possible for me to get the vehicle. Would recommend highly. If you want the best, talk to Brennan.

    Overall a good experience, but a bit of a headache. Questions were not always directly answered. Sales people seem to think I'm on their time rather than serving the customer. Ask them to explain paperwork in detail. If they say something is "included" this isn't always true and you might be paying for it. Have them give you some form of verification that you have a warranty. The GM explained these brochures are on backorder. Okay then print some for the time being on printer paper for the customers? Didn't think paper was in short supply. Biggest gripe is the sales person said the car was "ready to go" about six times, but when I went to pick it up I still had to wait at servicr for it to get a license plate installed, because the previous plastic bolts were snapped off in the holes. Taking a lot of extra time for something that was supposed to be a pickup and go. Happy with my car, but not with the service fully. The GM did call me and apologized, which any good manager would. Hope to see their service improve.
