I recently purchased a Ford Bronco at Morrie's Ford after ordering it back in October. I was kept updated along the way on the status of my car. I received excellent service from Martin Skiba in sales and Nate in their finance department. Love my car but morries didn't take care of it. I purchased it with 36k miles about and the cabin air filter was still the same one that Honda originally put in. There was a dead mouse in it. Also told me the brakes and everything were good, the brakes were not good. Took a few dollars to get it in the shape it should have been in when I bought it. Also, the type of sticker they stuck to the windshield? Like you gotta be kidding me? Have you never touched a car before?

Nate the finance manager is great. As well as the sales associate Miguel. I traded my car in with no down payment. Got me in a micer car than prior. They work with you every step of the way. With many options available. One of easiest transitions I've ever had. Even though I was there for 6 hours (mostly looking at cars). But no joke it felt like an hour because they keep you engaged through the entire process.

Terrible experience with sales person Max when looking at a Bronco they had on the lot, they were holding my keys for my trade in hostage until I flat out refused to buy from him. He asked me if I was stupid for letting an opportunity like that go. Really glad I didn't end up getting anything from him. Parts department is pretty good, they didn't follow up with me on my touchup paint, but they had it the next day like they said they would.

Had an appointment with the service department in the afternoon to diagnose a check engine light. I was told to wait for a call from the service desk. Waited for 5 hours in the area and received no call. Showed up at the dealership again at the end of the day and the service department was gone for the day. I was forced to Uber back to my house 20 miles away and into work the next day. They apologized but said they could not do anything for the inconvenience they put me through.

Highly recommended! From the time I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. Lariah & Brian were wonderful to work with. Updating this because it was only visible to me for some reason: I'll start by saying my initial experience was a 5 star experience. We were in the market and called the dealership to confirm a vehicle we were interested in was available. Drake the sales rep confirmed it was available and I let him know we'd be there in 30 minutes to check it out. Drake had the vehicle running and ready for a test drive. We were very impressed with vehicle and how well it was detailed. Drake was very knowledgeable and was able to provide information about the vehicle and able to answer our questions. Financing was also a smooth and quick process and Nate was great to deal with. The issue is if you leave the dealership with your purchase and have any issues that require you to get a hold of them. We ended up having 3 items we had to follow up on. We were told that we'd be receiving tabs for the plates as tabs for the plates on the vehicle were expired. We did receive our tabs in a timely manner but the issue is the vehicle only had 1 license plate on it. We also purchased the paint, interior and rust protection along with the clear shield protection . The last item was that we were supposed to be getting a 2nd key fob. We bought the vehicle on 12/30/21 and I first tried contacting the dealership about a week later to get the missing plate issue resolved and to ask about when we would be contacted to schedule the protection application and to ask when we'd get the 2nd key. Every time I called and explained what I was trying to resolve I would get transferred to a number that ended up going to a voice mail Over the next 5 days I left 5 messages with 3 or 4 different people and never received a single call back. On 1/11/22 I ended up emailing Scott Landreth as I saw he responded to many of the reviews in which people experienced problem. He was prompt at returning my email and looped in the used car sales manager Caleb. From that point forward it seemed to be cleared up. Caleb apologized and looked in to the matter. Turns out my paperwork for the protection package was handed off to someone for processing but they weren't in the office due to illness or time off and apparently they had no one covering. He got that scheduled right away for the the Friday of that week and also got the extra key issue resolved. When we dropped the vehicle off on 1/13/22 so it could have the protection applied we also signed additional paperwork for the missing license plate. We were told that the plate should be in the mail that Friday 1/14/22. I did reach out on 1/24/22 and 1/25/22 to follow up on the missing plate and I was informed it was in the mail and it shipped via UPS. It is now 1/30/22 and we have not received the missing license plate. No one has contacted us to see if we received our missing license plate and our temporary tag expired on 1/20/22. As I expect we will never see this missing plate we went to the DMV on 1/28/22 and just purchased State Park specialty plates so we could have valid license plates. I do want to say that everyone we worked with was very nice and I understand people can only do so much. It sounds like they may have staffing issues like many businesses are experiencing these days but the way they manage customers contacting them can be vastly improved. They have no clear system to manage customer calls or issues. This puts the burden on customer to work the issue through to resolution. No voicemail messages were updating indicating if the person was in the office or out due to illness/time off. Since I was transferred to them my understanding is that they are working and would be returning my calls. That never happened. Simply put a lot could be gained by this dealership by a call management and messaging system. It also wouldn't hurt to follow up with customers after they've experienced issues to ensure that the matter was resolved.

Really disappointed took my car in 10 days ago because of the transmission. They told me it was something about a clutch and that everything was working fine so I drove it for another 10 days just to have to bring it back have to wait for a part for almost 2 weeks I'm so mad like I don't have time for this I have to get to work you guys have no cars for rental like I just don't understand.

So far happy with vehicle, but dissatisfied with ability to setup payments on the financing. Nothing in the mail from Ford Motor Credit, no option to talk to a live person at the 800# and no one from dealership seems to be able to help. I've never had such issues trying to make payments on a vehicle...

I ordered a Ford Maverick hybrid from this dealership on June 25, 2021 and took delivery on February 10, 2022. It was worth the wait. Meanwhile I read many many reviews on Maverick Truck Club and learned that some Ford dealers were marking up special orders and/or scrimping on trade values. Morrie's Minnetonka Ford did neither; it honored the original MSRP order and gave me fair value for my trade. And salesman Rick Zahler was knowledgable, personal, and gave great service (including setting my Maverick radio to a good country station). Kudos to both Morrie's and Rick.

Buyer Beware Terrible experience, took several months to get tabs for the license plates, drove with expired tabs the whole time. We were talked into a "top Tier level 4 warranty and it turns out to not cover really anything!! no Good. Called, left messages with no return call The only reason they got one star is because I had too, Very disappointing. Those who know me would tell you I never say anything bad about anyone but this is been not a good deal

Terrible experience. Purchased a vehicle over the phone with a salesman, drove 3.5 hours to pick it up and they have a different vehicle in delivery area. They tell me the one on my purchase agreement was sold to someone else and that this is the only one available. Trying to charge me the same price for a vehicle with more miles and fewer options. Unwilling to negotiate or provide any discussion. I had a check in hand to give to these guys and they were unwilling to even discuss the problem they had caused. Never going back and will tell everyone I know who lives in that area to stay away.

I put a down payment down on a Ford Maverick back on October 2021. I called to cancel my order a few weeks later. I spoke with my sales person who said he'd handle the cancellation and refund. Few days later after it wasn't taken care of, I called and left him a message, then another, then another. Three messages in total, no return call. I went into the dealership a week after that, spoke with a manager, Gary who took my name, number, photo ID and credit card info and said he'd take care of the refund/cancellation. Wasn't taken care of a few weeks later, so I left him a voicemail. No return call after a few days. I've given up with trying to reach these guys, and called the credit card company to have a charge back issued. Based on the reviews it sounds like trying to get these guys to follow through is a lost cause.

My experience with Morrie’s was amazing! Edwin was amazing from the beginning. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. He explained every step and answered my questions even outside of normal office hours. I was floored when he sent me a video of the vehicle I was looking at and explained all of the benefits and features of it. He helped get everything set up and had the car washed and detailed right before we got there. When I test drove it, he explained other features and benefits as they happened. This was my very first time buying a brand new car and the experience was fantastic. Al was extremely helpful as we worked through different options and financing. He was also great with our youngest kiddo. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from here. It doesn’t even matter that the dealership is an hour away from our house! They sold me a 2018 f-150 2 weeks after I got it the car it started having problems I brought it in and they said a piece of the spark plug fell in the engine and that the engine needs to be replaced they are trying to charge me 14,000 for it to be replaced

I worked with Rob on my new F150. He was very helpful, answered all my questions and was responsive to inquiries throughout the process. He also is helping me get in the cue for a bed liner even though he’s already made the sale. 5 stars! I also give Morrie’s 5 stars overall. Not the first vehicle I’ve purchased from them. Aggressive and fair pricing, friendly staff, and a clean facility. The truck came in and was thoroughly prepped and ready to go. 5 stars! My sales manager was the only weak spot. He didn’t know how to add some features to my order (but he did get it right in the end so I have to give him credit) and wasn’t as responsive to status inquiries as my sales rep.

Stay far away from all Morrie’s dealers. They are super nice while selling the car, but after that, they couldn’t care less. I had my 2015 for for less than 2 months before the TCM went out, and have now been waiting over a month for the part. Half of the people I talk to on the phone don’t know what the heck is going on, and the other half are rude. I have a suspicion they knowingly sold be a bad car. I should have know better when the miles on the car were so low and they were still selling at a good price.

Oil change and wiper replacement. In and out really quick. Service advisor Jesse was on top of everything. Came to find me to make sure I knew I didn’t have any “buy happy” oil changes left. I knew, but appreciated that he didn’t want me to be surprised by the charges. Super professional, friendly and polite. New service area very nice. This trip was a huge improvement over previous experiences at this dealership.

Good experience all around. I prefer to spend as little time as possible with the sales pitch so I shopped online. I tried to use the “express” option and filled out all the paperwork in hopes of a home delivery and signing but it did not work out that way. I still had to go into the dealer to sign papers and pick up vehicle. The only negative was they were understaffed and I sat for a solid hour waiting to get into finance - the whole reason I wanted the express and home delivery option. All in all a good experience and I would recommend and buy here again. They will get the “express” service worked out for the next customer - I hope.

I was early for my oil change (get The Works, you’ll be glad you did) and my service associate not only got the vehicle in the queue early, he also accepted a slightly expired coupon for the services. Terrific, friendly service without the anticipated inquiry for additional services to be done to the vehicle before handing the keys back. They do the requested job well, make suggestions at the end for future service, and you’re off. I love doing business that way and continue going back!

I don't think I've ever left a google review, but to be honest this experience with the entire staff has been five stars easily. My van had a weird noise, I took it in and my service manager (Chris) was both helpful and a pleasure to work with. He put me in direct contact with their master mechanic (Scott) who talked through the issue with me and was able to diagnose it on the spot and get it repaired through my extended warranty. This is quite honestly the opposite of every OEM experience I've ever had. Usually you have to fight and overly explain the issue to get the vehicle covered with even a normal warranty and usually without any contact with a mechanic or technician. Not at Morries Minnetonka Ford! They even took care of it in record time, even with supply chain issues. They had it done the day I thought they were going to start working on it, just 4 days after dropping it off. My friend is having similar work done to his van elsewhere and they've had his van for 3+ weeks.

I had gotten in a motor vehicle accident Friday 02/12 and I was in contact with Lariah the next day. I told her what my must haves and price range were and she did an amazing job finding me a handful of options to look at. I was hooked on one model and she showed me a different model that she was certain I would love and she was absolutely right! Took my car here for recall work. Asked about getting the rear seat belts fixed as well. They were broken when I bought the car and the salesman told me they would be fixed since they were missed on the used vehicle inspection. Told I would need to pay $812 for new seat belts. They said they had no record of the car I bought there. Even though they fixed the recall. They held my car while they tried to figure it out. Then inquired as to why it would be $812 to fix the belts when I found the needed buckles online for $35 each. Never got back to me for 3 days. Told to pick up the car as there was nothing more to do for me at the time. Told they would let me know on the seat belts. Haven’t heard back in 10 days now after getting the car back. They will rip you off once they get your money they are done. Bought two used vehicles from morries. First one 7 years ago and second one recently. Used to get free oil changes and car wash but that has ended and it’s not a good place to buy. Never again. Was a great place. Not anymore. Sad really.

Our sales person Lariah Fox was Awesome! Our experience buying our new F 150 was super fun and Lariah totally met and exceeded our expectations. Set up an appointment to test drive a car over the phone and when I showed up, I was told that the salesperson had left on another appointment. Very unprofessional and I would never return.

I took my Ford Focus in to get 2 recalls done, one was pretty urgent considering it can’t shut down the vehicle with no warning! So I’ve called a couple different locations and Morries Minnetonka Ford is the only location that seemed to answer the phone! I scheduled an appointment for this week and they were extremely nice! I didn’t expect them to wash my car either and they did! 10/10 recommend them!

I’ve been working with Ford’s customer Care team for financial assistance when my 2014 Ford Focus power steering went out just before christmas. The care team was wonderful with working on my case, extremely diligent. A 6 year car should not being losing its power steering to begin with. Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford was slow. My car was at the shop for a week and a half for just the diagnostic before I heard anything back. I’ve had difficulties getting ahold of the service department every time my car has been in this shop. It takes hours for someone to return your call because of “meetings” only to find out mechanics are finished with the work before I can get ahold of anyone. They continuously apologized to me for their slow speed yet were unable to help me get a loaner car for the unexpectedly long process time. I’m about done with Ford in general. Being such a huge shop, Morrie’s should have better efficiency and customer service. 2 stars and definitely not returning.

I have brought my vehicle here multiple times because it is close by but this was the last time I will bring it in. I came in for something that should have been covered by warrenty that they completely missed even after telling them about the work that I had done. A $4200 repair that should have been covered. That didn't solve the issue (second time this has happened here) so I had to spend another $1700 to get it done. It seems there is zero due diligence done here. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the levell of service at this dealership.

Morries unfortunately continues the Race towards the bottom for dealer services... Went in for a recall notice/service. As an additional request; since the car was in and the radio wasn’t working I wanted them to check on it. I had them attempt multiple fixes in the past 5 years and had them charge me for each attempt. (They just pull a fuse and the radio works for a few weeks until it locks up again) like every prior attempt to get a diagnosis and fix they “unfortunately” couldn’t find records on a previous attempted fixes on my car for this issue so they wanted to charge me yet another one time diagnosis fee. The showroom, maintenance office, and waiting area was immaculate though. So I guess I know those fees are paying for their day to day creature comforts.

Stopped in for the first oil change on my recently purchased 2016 F150. Daniel Schneider was very professional and accommodating, and the rest of his team did a stellar job. I also harassed the parts Dept while I was there, and after some light searching, they did successfully identify (and had in stock) the specific part I was trying to find. At the end of the visit, I launched an assault of questions at Daniel, regarding services and when certain things were required (trans, differentials, T-case, spark plugs, etc). Smooth & professional, answered all my questions with a smile on his face. Great job to all involved!

I had a very good experience with Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford, starting with the person who scheduled my visit, who was polite and helpful. Tyson checked me in right as I pulled into the service center and kept me informed as they worked on my vehicle over the course of two days. No surprises when it came time to pick up my vehicle, except that it had been run through the car wash!

I made an appointment for an oil change and promptly showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. After an hour and thirty minutes, I asked if my truck was done. At this, the technician decided to run out and pull my truck into the shop. The rudest thing was them asking me if I still wanted an oil change. Mind you, I just patiently waited 90 minutes for an oil change that I needed. Of course, they offered a measly $10 for my troubles. They have no respect for what your time is worth.

The process took way too long, we arrived at 3:30, test drove one car that we decided to buy, and it was after 7:00 before we were able to leave with the new car. If the pinch point is finance, then they should hire more people to complete the paperwork. Otherwise, the salespeople there were very friendly and helpful.

Our in-person experience was amazing but since we had our kiddos with us, we had to follow-up after with next steps. Since then, service has been HORRIBLE!! We were literally ready to buy and it has been over a week with no follow-up from the dealer. We have called multiple times with multiple messages. Bringing our business elsewhere - super disappointing.

I was happy with my experience with Kyle Stover and Josh Sternau during the day I picked up my vehicle. But between March 6th and August 19th I was very disappointed with the service. I did not receive any updates on the status of my truck. I had to scrap around the internet to find ways of getting information. Also I have not received the Amazon gift card that Ford was giving out.

I just bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado from Morries. The sales rep Cezar and his managers Gary and Todd were great! The side of truck had gotten damaged at some point before the sale. They gave me their word that I could bring it back after I bought it and they would have the body shop take care of it free of charge. I relied only on their word with no documents to prove what they said was true, something most would advise against these days. However, one week after I bought it, they gave me a nice loaner and did exactly what they said they were going to to. Fixed it like it was brand new! I can’t thank you guys enough and you will have my buisness for sure. Todd, thanks again! A man who stands by his word means everything!

I would like to thank the service Department for not doing their job. I brought my truck in for a tune up and to have the drivers seat fixed as it would not recline. My truck was there from 4:00 pm Fri to 5:00 pm Sat - results - I was told the seat had a broken cable and they could not find the part, as for the tuneup I was told they received the wrong spark plugs NOTHING was done - I brought my truck home and Sunday I removed the seat from the truck and found the cable was in fact disconnected and not broke - I reconnected the cable and it works fine. Again - thank you for saving me $$ by not doing your job - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! Very unhappy with this dealership. We purchased our car on July 30, 2020. New Ford Escape. It had a recall and I completely understand why there was a delay, but they wouldn't give us any information! Luckily I talked to Joe in service and he explained the whole thing. 2weeks later we got our car. We were suppose to get two key fobs but one was lost at the dealership. We were contacted on August 29th that the fob Was in and would be sent UPS. As of Sept 10 we still haven't seen it after many calls to Morries. We also don't have our plates yet. I guess that's an issue for next week. Extremely disappointed.

Very long story but I will make it as short as I can. I bought a lariat F150 certified pre owned from Morries a couple years ago. I paid for the best most expensive warranty they offered so I would not have to worry about the truck. The first year I had the truck I brought it in at least 6 times for the same issues, computer problems, sensor problems, sky light problems etc. The truck ended up being in their shop for at least 30 plus days in the first year. I always had to jump through hoops to even get the truck back in their shop for the problems they forgot or failed to fix the first time, since their wait time was always months out to bring in a new vehicle. Then over a year ago now the engine blows up (totaled). It is covered under warranty, but the truck ended up sitting in their shop for close to 6 months before they replaced the engine. So i was in and out of many many different of their loan cars over that time. You can imagine how frustrating that would be. Driving around a tiny car when I have a full size truck just sitting at their shop.....for months on end.....Then the engine is finally replaced, get it back then literally a few weeks later one of the turbos fails.....bring truck back into the shop, another long wait time....THEN shortly after getting the truck back with a new turbo (covered under warranty), a week or two if I remember right, the truck has another problem and turns out the BRAND NEW ENGINE they installed has blown up AGAIN making the truck completely useless, undrivable. AND NOW, Morries is saying its my fault this time and that i have to pay $21,000 out of pocket to get it fixed. So it took months and months to get a new engine that was covered under warranty, I get the new engine finally, the new engine blows up several weeks after I get it back and morries is telling me its not covered now......I was forced to buy a brand new truck, not from morries obviously, GMC Luther has been great FYI. But now the F-150 has been sitting at my office for close to year now and morries is still refusing to fix the truck or do anything about it. Very sad how they treat their clients.

Very clean place, clean restrooms, and a somewhat comfortable atmophere. I felt like the staff took a little longer to get things done. Vehicle was definitely NOT as photographed/described in the online photos. Once we pointed out the issues with the car and that we would not like to buy it, you can tell the staff got a little hostile and rude. We were told the vehicle wasn't inspected yet so we had to wait, then when we stated we could leave and come back it was "oh, I guess they did inspect and clean it already." Which was not the case because the car was very dirty, had receipts, fries, and car parts inside the car! Beautiful cars on the lot, but pushy staff never gets you anywhere!

Amazing experience! Service was too notch. My salesman knew ever detail about the vehicle I wanted. I called many times with questions and the sales team really performed well getting my questions answered. Management and finance team impressed me with their organization, resulting in a smooth and easy transaction. The dealership was updated, clean and very spacious. The whole experience was flawless. From Daniel taking the time to explain the features of the truck and how their warranties work. Which are as good as it gets. To Mo explaining the loan and extras process. And the manager calling to make sure everything is good and what we expected. We have bought a few vehicles other places but never felt this comfortable. Super nice experience. Flew in from Colorado after finding an ultra-rare new vehicle. They had worked out financing and had the vehicle prepped on arrival. Only discomfort was it took several hours to finalize the financing. But the folks were so great, and it was otherwise so smooth and easy.

Buying the car was all pretty straight forward. I asked them to run the financing through my preferred lender. They came back with some random bank at an interest rate that was double what it should have been. I'd suggest either getting your financing straight from the bank before going to the dealership or immediately refinancing

I stopped in Saturday to investigate the charging infrastructure and ordering process for the new F150 Lightening EV. I was very impressed with the Ford Pass network, which I hadn't heard about. I asked about Morrie's involvement with the MN Auto Dealership Association which has sued the state for supporting Clean Cars initiatives. The new car sales rep told me that EVs are just as bad for the environment as ICE cars and appeared to be a proponent of the anti-EV efforts both at the state level and general adoption. I'm sold on an EV Truck, but I want to purchase from a dealership that actively advocates for reducing emissions, supporting EV efforts in Private and Public efforts, and takes on the challenges of the transportation industry's long term impacts. Here's one of many activities that went on last year to stop EV work.

We purchase Ford Fusion Sport 2012 at this dealership, one of the baying point was engine and transmission life time warranty . When some problem happened with transmission ( repair cost was only $300) Ford corporate through dealership refuse provide any service for free. We provide all receipts for oil, transmission fluids, filters. But was very important for transmission is filter inside the car. I forget in what year I purchased filters for cabin through the Rock Auto website. We provide for the car with 130k all info Steve Daniel service advisor and he provide us back info from Ford. We probably will never purchase a car from dealership.

I’ve never owned a Ford before but I wanted to expand my options and look around to see if any of the cars interested me. Upon walking in with my boyfriend, the salesman focused solely on him, asking what kind of vehicle he drove and what he would be interested in purchasing. It was immediately clear that he thought nothing of me other than just a woman. When we clarified that we were just looking and didn’t know what we would want or even if we would commit, the salesperson shut down. Going as far to state that they were very busy selling (emphasis on selling) cars and didn’t have time to let us look at the vehicles for fun. Go somewhere better— where they treat you like a person and understand if you’re not ready to purchase a vehicle right away. Shame on this dealership. Edit: In response to the manager’s comment: Thank you for your concerns, however I did not give my information to the salesperson as I had no interest in having them contact me. Given that this kind of culture is allowed at this dealership I wanted to spread awareness rather than trying to remedy my experience.

I hate to be one to leave a bad review but here I am. I took my vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation (all good there!). I put in the notes to not wash my vehicle as I just put a ceramic coating on it and it cannot go through a car wash for 5-7 days. When they called my name, I paid and they couldn't find the key right away. I asked if they were washing my truck because is says in the paper work do not wash. He ran and said they caught them before washing it. Well when they pulled up it was wet and had been washed and tech said sorry I did not know. There is no visible damage from what I can tell but unsure of how badly this might of messed up the coating I worked so hard to install. On top of that, there were oily hand prints on the truck even after the wash in a few spots. I am hoping everything will be fine but time will tell. It is just frustrating to put it in the notes and they still washed after I spent many hours working to put it on without issue. All other customers were asked verbally if they wanted a wash but I was never asked, as I just assumed they read the note I left. It is what it is at this point and I am posting this just out of pure frustration and not looking for any hand outs. I just wish it never went through the car wash.

Scheduled an appointment weeks out. They sent out text and e-mail reminders about the appointment. I show up for my scheduled appointment. 40 minutes later I was told I needed to leave the vehicle overnight. I had no way to get home. They had no loaners. I left as I drove 30 miles to this dealer.. It was an absolute cluster. My service advisor never handed me off to a manager. If they were down technicians, Morries's should be calling and rescheduling appointments. There is a lot of employees doing nothing standing around not willing to help.

Worst experience. I Drive my company vehicle in to have EXTRA key fob made and fix Bluetooth. Get quoted 3 hrs, come back 3 1/2 hrs later and expect to wait a bit that’s fine but come to find out they haven’t touched my truck and they won’t with out a title stating it’s my truck. Doesn’t explain any of this the Friday before when I scheduled this. Hell Its not like I hot wired to get it there it’s an EXTRA key fob. WASTE OF MY TIME. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!

I learned something from a young, new, salesperson with my Lease-to-lease trade on Friday. When someone wants to take care of you as a customer and it’s genuine, every minute that you have to wait is worth it. I have the “right” truck! Not just any truck to get me out the door and I don’t even have to “get used to”, something I don’t want! I don’t have to!!! This salesperson cut out the BS and allowed my purchase to be what I wanted. The vehicle was delivered within the time frame promised. The custom-built vehicle was manufactured correctly to all specifications. Lariah Fox and Nate Stallings were very helpful answering questions regarding service contracts and warranties prior to my taking possession of the vehicle. Lariah was very helpful in introducing me to the vehicle upon my taking possession of it. The General Manager and Assistant General Manager both introduced themselves to me. All I have to say is that, it has been 1 year and 9 months since I’ve made my purchase at morries Minnetonka ford and unfortunately I’m still losing sleep over it. I stopped taking it to them. At one point I was asked to write a positive review for them as kind of a quid pro quo thing when they finally decided they were gonna tear down my engine, which they had it in the shop for 2 months. Shortly after I get it back, I notice that there is now an oil leak, I take it to another family owned shop, honest people, and they diagnosed it for free and tell me that it coming from the timing cover gasket and the valve cover gaskets. I also asked this other shop if they could look at my differential because I just didn’t trust morries after I had to diagnose my own pinion seal leak. The other shop scoped it for free and also found there was a plugged pressure release valve and unplugged it for free too. I could keep going on. I will not ever buy another vehicle from morries Minnetonka ford, recommend anyone to them and will never be taking it for service there ever again. Can’t wait to get rid of the gap to wash my hands with it.

Came in for a recall and in the process of checking my car, the tech messed up the electrical in my automatic window so it doesn’t work anymore. This was a few days before moving 15 hours away so pretty frustrating. Tried to get it fixed when I was back in town but they didn’t call back.

There were some issues. I ordered a truck which took longer than originally expected. Not the dealers fault. However by the time it was delivered the Msrp had changed significantly they tried to get me to pay $2000 more then the price I had originally signed for. Eventually the gm Scott got involved and stood by the original offer, which had kept on a written and signed copy. My original sales person apparently did not work there any more. Communication was difficult I guess because no one told me. Until I tried to follow up several times with different people. Email phone calls etc... In the end I worked with Edwin. Who did answer and respond promptly before during and after picking up the truck! If it wasn't for the middle man who told me "they" (the dealer) wasn't responsible for changes in price after a deal was made, and the 2 hours it took to get around him it would have been 5 stars. 2nd truck i have bought from them in 10 years.

Omavi Slaughter was an amazing salesman. He asked me what I was looking for and what I could pay monthly and from there he found me my new car. He took care of the car by cleaning it up and filling it with gas and letting me test drive it. Then Al Maze my financial guy got me approved for a great interest rate and applied the offer that me and Omari had agreed upon onto the new vehicle. Al is a financial wizard and both him and Omavi are huge assets to the company as a whole. I will be buying my next vehicle from Morrie's Minnetoka Ford. Recently traded my 2019 Ecsape in for a 2021 Explorer and was very happy with the process for the most part. We did not have to wait long for the sales guy or take the vehicle out for a test drive. The finance options they came back with were rather high I thought so I called my and got more options from my personal bank. My bank was able to do better than the dealership.. Then magically the dealership was able to offer me a better interest rate. Funny how that works.. I was very surprised we ended up being at the dealership for 4 hours and I thought that was long but I understand these things take time. Overall our experience was pretty good just a few things I wasn't a fan of but that's buying a new car for ya!

Pretty disappointing experience with this dealership. Went in to purchase a used truck, the salesman sat me at a table for roughly 3 hours before we could finish the deal. Knowing what I was getting in to I wish I would have walked out. The vehicle I purchased seemed promising. 1 owner "local trade in" with decently low mileage for the vehicles age, they did a really good job at cleaning it up to sell. Had the truck for 5 months and approximately 2,000 miles driven and now it needs a $2,500 repair, which was most likely an underlying issue not disclosed when I purchased the vehicle. Very unsatisfied with Morries, definitely won't be going back.

If you drive a stick car, don’t bring it here. Every time I have had my car serviced here it smells like burnt clutch for days after I get it back. They claim it smells like that when it gets here but it’s clear someone that doesn’t know how to drive a manual car either takes my car out for a joy ride or is the one in charge of bringing it into the shop.

I bought a 2018 Subaru Outback from this dealer, working with Bao. This is probably one of the only dealers I'd genuinely go back to, I felt like I got a good deal and my time was respected. All of my concerns and questions were answered and taken care of.

Editing review - They were able to secure a loaner car for us and do the work to fix the issues. We worked directly with Ron who was very attentive. It turns out the person I communicated with was part of a call service. Best advice, if you are calling for service that is more urgent, be sure to ask if they actually work in the department as those folks are a little more in touch with what needs to happen. Call centers are wonderful for scheduling and routine questions, but in this case missed the mark on customer service and being able to prioritize. Over all better experience the 3rd time around. We took our explorer into today for a recall fix. After picking it up we noticed a very concerning loud screeching sound anytime our foot touched the petal, this sound could be heard from blocks away. I called back to see if we could bring it back to address whatever caused this from the fix they did today, they basically told me they could get me in next week and if I wanted a loner car they could see about May. I felt like I did a pretty good job in describing the situation, however it became increasingly clear on the phone call that the staff was less concerned about what they had done to our car and more focused on getting me off the phone. Listen, I understand people have bad days, we are all going through the thick of it, but this is our main car for our family and the fact that we trusted it with Morries only to get back a car in worse condition and no motivation to fix it was a bit surprising. I also tried asking about the time frame it would take to inspect and fix it since it has all of our car seats, but there is no option for a loner car, again, the customer service rep really had no answers or desire to help in this case. At the end of the day, I have concerns about the safety of the vehicle, if you are parent, you know how anxiety inducing it is to be stuck in a car that can't function. The whole interaction was odd and I certainly felt the void of effort to try and make the situation right.

Buyers beware: I have several years experience around new and used car sales and experienced disappointing integrity at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford when the sales manager (Caleb) candidly gouged the price on a used car. The price was clearly marked on the car's window sticker, but upon preparing to finalize the sale and pay the price listed on the window sticker, Caleb, the sales manager raised the price an additional $1,000 due to "market demand." Please be very cautious when shopping at this dealership.

Overall a Positive experience. My old dealer service center was not offering a loaner vehicle, which was not acceptable for recall work (or any service for that matter) in my opinion. Morries was hassle free. I dropped off the vehicle, received a brand new F150 as a loaner, and they completed the work quickly. I will be returning for my future service needs and would recommend.

Had emailed about selling them my vehicle. Already discussed pricing and what wasn’t worth driving that far. Sent pics, Rick still asked me to come out for appraisal. He was too busy to meet with an appointment. They still offered me less than they knew I wouldn’t consider. Complete waste of time. Excellent all around! Rick (sales) returned my call within five minutes and was able to show me a 2020 Mustang less than an hour later. Rick was knowledgeable and very personable. I felt like I was talking to a long time friend. Most important to me is price. I have bought 3 Mustangs from Morrie's in the last 10 years. No other dealership can beat there up front pricing!

Friendly staff, but I bought a car off the floor, the whole process took a very long time, I was talked out of a test drive (I drove a different car of the same make, and was told to “trust” the salesperson that it would drive the same. My fault for not insisting.), and at the end of the night when I got in to drive away, the front drivers seat wouldn’t move forward. I couldn’t drive the car and had to leave it there until the next day for repairs. I’m not sure why there wasn’t an inspection of the car, if not every morning for the floor models, then at least before I signed the lease. You walk into a car dealership expecting on some level to feel taken advantage of, but it’s still embarrassing and frustrating when it happens. The car is great so far though

I leased a Ford bronco sports on May 28 2021 and due to their service, I left one star rating, for which I kept getting calls from the manager to change my rating as it’s gonna effect the sales people commission but I didn’t change it and today when I want to leave another review, I don’t see my one star rating review. The dealer approved my lease through US bank (which they applied to). On Aug 5th I went to the dealership again to purchase my leased vehicle but this time they want to apply for loan from different banks. I questioned them, why they want to apply from different bank when US bank already has my details and a loan account. Josh the finance guy wouldn’t help me with a satisfaction answer. I’m waiting for a call from the person whoever is in charge to correct solve my issue or to change my rating and review

I had only been looking for a trade-in truck for 2 weeks. I found my truck on Monday night, messages Morries on Tuesday morning. I was able to come take a look after work on Tuesday. Every communication with Kyle at Morries was great. I test drove the truck with Chris who was very knowledgeable about the truck, financing, trade in values, etc. I knew exactly what I wanted in the truck and the amount I wanted to get out of my Explorer. They were able to beat my Credit Union’s pre-approval interest rate and sent me home that night in my new truck. Al and Moe in financing were also great to work with. Every step of the process was easy and they were all very friendly. I would definitely go back and send friends to Morries in Minnetonka.

This was the worst experience I've had purchasing anything, ever...let alone spending $25k for a used vehicle that is already breaking down. The Sales part of it was fine. It was when I went to sign the paperwork with the finance guy that I should have ran away. Literally no information was said to me (this was my first time purchasing a vehicle and they were completely aware of that, my mistake for going alone thinking they would be helpful). Price of the warranty. ANY actual info on the $4k warranty that was barely offered, just mentioned to me. Info on title, tabs, total price of the car. Literally no information was discussed with or given to me. Paperwork took 3 minutes and I was extremely overwhelmed, so I left. Finally looked at the total price of the car which was $7k more than the sales price. Just not what I was expecting at all. When they presented the car after the sale, it was extremely dirty both exterior and interior. I was told the detailer wasn't there. The car had been on the lot for days. I've had this car for less than a month and parts are already breaking, a piece actually fell off the car this morning. Belts are noisy and clearly need to be replaced. Will remember this sale for the rest of my life and learned a lot, thanks for ruining the experience of buying my first car!!!!

First time I went here for oil change. Asked them how to change door code. They said it would be $300. Found there's a reset code under dash. Took a few minutes to reset. Another visit came in for oil and tires. Not even 30 second after driving in they say I need an alignment. My car drives great. Doesn't pull at all. They said sensors detected an alignment needed. That same day I showed discount tire had 4 tires at $50 cheaper. I asked to match. They wouldn't match for some snake reason. These were over $1k and we're talking $50. They advertise they'll match. Highly suggest Grandview tire and auto or one of the many reputable mechanics in TC.
I would certainly love to discuss this further. We utilize a system that provides a printout of the alignment check for all customers. It will detect small discrepancies that will wear your tires unevenly. Anytime you purchase tires, it's recommended that you align them as well. We certainly price match tires (unless there is another special ie.... mail in rebate). Please feel free to contact me at [email protected]

Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford promised me to get an oil change, tire rotation and multi-system check done in about an hour. They did it, spot on. The internet was working well, and their waiting area was clean and convenient. The car was washed clean and ready. The only hiccup is that they never seem to know I bought the oil program when I bought the car, which covers the oil change part for three years, and I have to remind to look to correct the charge when I check out each time. Even so, the service is great.

Service was friendly and kept me updated on the status of my fixes for the most part. However, a few things which to me Ford is failing with their Customer Service. My car broke down and left me stranded on a weekend due to overheating. I was 1 hr 45mins from home. I was able to get it 2 blocks to a Firestone vs calling for a tow, where I had initial analysis done. I then attempted to work with Ford to understand if the part they identified was covered under any type of warranty by calling the nearest dealer and through Ford customer service center, however, they were unable to tell me if it was or not. I left the vehicle at Firestone for the weekend, used my own resources to get home and then worked the phones some more on Monday where I finally got a a solid answer from a Service Tech in my hometown that the part was indeed covered. I then used Ford's Towing to have it towed to the nearest dealership. I had to pay for the towing up front which was puzzling to me since the part was going to be covered under bumper-to-bumper warranty. Now I need to file a claim with Ford to get reimbursed for using their towing service. My vehicle then takes 3 days to even get into the shop at which time the diagnostics reveals the same issue that Firestone identified and now they need to find the part so it won't be ready until Friday. Now the car if fixed and the dealership nor Ford has no program to help me get back to my car which was fixed under original factory warranty. No mileage reimbursement, no loaner vehicles available (which wouldn't work anyways since I would have had to have gotten a loaner the day it broke down which the dealership would have been closed), nor any other shuttle service due to how far away I am from the dealership. Also, the original diagnostics I had done with Firestone are also not reimbursable, which by the way the reason I found the Firestone was because as I got through the towing options on their website that was one of the recommended places in close proximity. In the end it got fixed and I got my car finally back, once I could arrange transportation & plan for 3.5 hrs out of my day to go and get it. The overall experience was very frustrating

Out of towners! This place was super awesome to us! We are from out of town, traveling to the Twins Cities for the Twins home opener. Halfway through our trip our car was having some acceleration issues.. We called the nearest Ford we could find... Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford and they were able to get us in the next day (that doesn’t happen where we live) we dropped our Ford off that night, Jake was awesome helping us figure out how much it would cost, and if we were even going to make it home in the next couple days! Seriously. They made it super stress free for us! You’re definitely in good hands bringing your vehicle here.

Update: was just a miscommunication between I and the service manager. He was quick to check it out after our original call and turns out the PCM works fine, it's just a faulty part in the transmission that's happening to thousands of people. All in all good service, Ford the car company is scum though.

I enjoyed working with Casey in sales on the purchase of our Dodge Durango. The service department is clean, the work done is good so far as we can tell, and I feel confident that the service department will maintain your Ford vehicle in the manner in which the manufacturer recommends. The reason that this did not get more stars is because repeated calls to ask Morrie’s about aftermarket parts (A Blindspot detection system which our C-Max does not have) did not get returned in a timely fashion. Although this is clearly a first world problem, it was an inconvenience.
We can certainly do better with communication. We aim for 5 stars every visit

Very good at estimating the time it would take. Oil change costs more than anticipated. I wish they would send all information to me rather than my husband. I have attempted many times to correct this. I drive the car and deal with the service calls. I would like to be the name on the emails, etc.

I have always gone here for my servicing, this time around I went & was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Jordan. He wasn’t the most pleasant human being, he was blatantly disrespectful to me & talked down to me as if I didn’t know my car or what I was talking about. My brother left a voicemail for the service manager, never heard anything back. When I came back to pick up my car I was greeted by Jordan again, but another person named Daniel saw me standing there waiting for help so he helped me. Kyle was great but it took so long to wrap it all up. We decided on our vehicle within the first 30 minutes and were there almost 4 hours. The financial part of the deal has GOT to be sped up. Each time Mo would go back to get what we requested it took another 20 minutes. We should have been in and out in 2 hours with our credit and payment capabilities.

My garage and side view mirror got into a fight. I stopped by Morries in hopes they could try to do a quick fix. They were extremely courteous and had a tech look at it immediately. They said they would squeeze me in and I was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks Morries. Restored my faith in customer service

Such a great place! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I think I had the best experience I could have received. Justin Do was my salesman and he made everything so easy. He made me feel comfortable from the start. Everyone else there that helped me was awesome!! Definitely would recommend this dealership.

Brought my car in for a transmission flush and a PTU drain/fill, and it was a positive experience. At $440 with new wipers, this dealership is a little pricier than others in the area but I'm sure that's because they don't have a Quick Lane. After about 2 hours I was on my way in a freshly washed car.

From our sales person Casey, to the Used Car Manager Ryan to the General Sales Manager Brad to the Finance Department Cal, the service was second to none. These guys will help you every step of the way and even beyond. We stopped at the dealership on a Thursday, found the car we liked, told them that we are closing on our refi on our home the next day, . Brad, the General Sales Manager advised us that we may want to check with our mortgage guy to make sure us purchasing a vehicle the day after the closing won’t be a problem. We were highly impressed by this. It’s not to common you have any sort of sales person look out for you in that way. My husband and I are extremely impressed with Morries Minnetonka and highly recommend them. We’ll definitely be back in a little over a year when the lease is up on Our F150! A HUGE thank you to everyone at Morries Minnetonka for making out purchase an enjoyable experience.
