Ryan is probably one of the most unprofessional bankers I have met. Everything you ask him to do, he just refers you to customer service, even when customer service says he shouldn’t have had to do that. Pure laziness and rudeness. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible experience with Krista this past Friday evening. My employer banks with Huntington and I have never had a problem cashing a bonus check with my drivers license and another form of ID. She was not happy to help me at all. Once she knew that I did not have an account, she barked that it would be a 10 dollar charge to cash the check. I was told I needed my social security card along with my ID. I didn't have my social security card so that was "too bad". This makes me NEVER want to bank with Huntington. I will be informing my employer of how his employees are treated when attempting to cash a Christmas Bonus check.

Can't believe I couldn't cash a $50 check from a family member for my birthday even though it's drawn on that bank and I had my ID. They told me I needed to come inside, have my ss card and a credit card, along with my ID just to cash a $50 check! Never had so much difficulty! Surprised they didn't ask for a drop of blood :(

Top notch customer service! The staff is welcoming and friendly. I have a business account with them and if there was ever a question or issue they address it right away. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Jenny, the bank manager is rude and condescending. She also lied about what she is allowed to do.

I love the bank it’s self. Very easy online but 2 starts for the way the lady with blonde hair acts. Nothing but rude then tells me my Id wasn’t good enough. Thought maybe she was having a bad day, went back in this morning and nothing but mean rude and nasty. I’m a new customer with Huntington and haven’t been with them for a month yet. Something should be done about this before I speak my mind in the branch.

They really really need to work on their customer service. Every time I call the same extremely rude woman answers and is very unknowledgeable and shouldn’t be allowed to even answer a phone let alone work at a bank! Guess I will take my business to another bank since this one doesn’t even try to hide they don’t care about customers.

Over all Huntington bank is great and all the staff does a fabulous job. However if you don't sell money orders you need to take it off your website that you do
