Huntington Bank E Apple Ave, Muskegon

I love this bank! Everyone is so nice and helpful

I tried to use the atm today and accidently tried to check the balance of the wrong account. I pressed cancel to restart and the machine ate my card. After going inside and waiting in a line that went all the way to the door I was able to talk to one of the two tellers. I explained my situation and she said that my card would be destroyed because it was from a different bank and there was nothing she could do for me. I went to Lake Michigan Credit Union where my card was from and they immediately pulled out money for me a printed a new card in 10min. I will never do business with Huntington again and am disappointed with their service.

All the people are usually very friendly. They give personal attention to accounts when needed. Appreciate the friendly service despite stressful situations.

The line to get to the window was 25 minutes long before I got to the speaker then waited 15 minutes to be greeted by the rudest teller ever. She had no nameplate but is 55-60 w dyed blond hair. I reccomend a different branch.

Unfriendly service, teller talking down to me. I will never do business out of this branch. I will take my business to Henry and Seminole. There is where the tellers and managers know how to deal with their customers.

When I pull up everyone knows my name. They are always eager and happy to help.

3rd week the dive through has been closed no signs or anything after fighting traffic to go around to lobby they have 2 tellers working with a line outside.

This bank is seriously the worst bank and muskegon county with all their hidden fees and backwards way of working the customer over for money.
