Best Financial was so easy to work with. I submitted my loan application and someone got back to me the next day. We even communicated back and forth through text messages, which made it that much more convenient. I would work with them again anytime!

I’ve been a member for 15+ years and have received nothing less than excellent customer service. My loan officer was intentional with ensuring my paperwork was processed and reviewed within 24 hours. In addition, e-signing my documents was super convenient.

I did a refinance for my truck from another financial institution. Melanie has been a great representative for Best Financial. She has always responded quickly and kindly. It’s been a great experience working with Melanie!

Do yourself a favor, get insurance, and do your banking elsewhere because this place is a trap. They “offer” insurance that has nothing but insanely high rates, along with rude agents who lie to get your business for a quick buck. The credit union has tons of hidden fees and their atm is ALWAYS broken, they can’t keep employees (not shocking), and the few they have are not helpful. Go where you’re actually taken care of. Best financial isn’t it.

Just got a line of credit for a home improvement project. Clear sailing on the entire process. Nice to be able to make payments on our basis, through the same place as our checking account.

I absolutely love my bank. Everyone that’s works there is always so nice and always willing to lend a helping hand in hard times. Emily is the sweetest person ever and is great at making every process quick and easy. I really appreciate everyone from the drive thru to the second floor , they are amazing 10/10 recommended for banking needs.

I just refinanced my used car through Best financial and they gave me a really great rate! This was my first time refinancing anything and Jason and Emily made the process extremely easy for me and we were able to get everything done over the phone/computer within two days! Highly recommend.

Most banks/Credit Unions only care about your money assets, these wonderful humans care about YOU, YOUR GOALS WITH YOUR MONEY & HELPING you do the most and best with your money. I won't bank anywhere else. This place is a true blessing

We were set to close on an auto loan in November but had a medical emergency come up. Erin was flexible and helpful and we were able to close virtually through email and still get the great rate on our auto refinance! Thanks Erin and team!!

Run as far as you can from this credit union. Hidden fees, no communication, terrible service. Edit: after working with Emily today, she showed me what customer service should be. Went above and beyond to try to make it right. Emily deserves a 5 star. However my rating for the company I only moved up to a 4, and that is only that high because Emily was phenomenal !!

Great credit union to use. They gave us a much better rate on our RV loan than any of the competition. Closing was painless and quick. Contact Melanie and she'll treat you right.

I've been a member of Best Financial Credit Union Since 1996. The Staff Is Wonderful and Always Give Great Customer Service. They are quick to resolve what ever Account issues that may happen which is Not often. I absolutely love this Credit Union and Recommends it To EVERYONE.

So my family and I have been established with this Credit Union from when it first opened off of Getty St. I have a personal Credit Card with Best financial, checking and savings. Even my children have open savings accounts here. But to make a long story short this place has rubbed My wife and I the wrong way for the last time. First incident happened last year when they tried to hold my wife’s paycheck making it seem like she hasn’t been having her paycheck directly deposited in our checking account for the past 5 years. Secondly We’ve paid off not one but two vehicle loans here early not missing a payment; But what really PO’d my wife is there so called financially advisors stating that she couldn’t afford a new load, when at fist they told her she could and another Credit Union has established that she could also, and with her and I having a Credit Score over 700. 🤔🤔🚩🚩🚩But that’s not the best part they have the nerve to question her why is she getting a vehicle she wants so cheap when the value is more. Thats none of your freaking business. Why, just why, are you indulging in our personal life? So in conclusion my family will be closing our accounts as soon as possible and will be moving to one of there competitors. Take note that this is how they treat long standing members. So to future members to this establishment bank with caution.
