Sitting in line for 15 minutes waiting to get to through the drive-thru, and by the time I get up there they turn me away because it is after noon because they are closed . How is it my fault you are all slow and can't get through 10 cars in 3 lanes in 15 minutes maybe if you have all the lanes open you should actually have 3 people working it instead of one person working them all, or maybe a faster person.
